We chose Elevated for a roof replacement. Elevated's high ratings and awards caught our attention at first. Second we learned they do a fairly high volume of business locally, so we could view their work, etc. Then we met the owner Mike and he came across very genuine and honest. He emphasized how Elevated stands behind their work. We liked that Mike and his staff strive to reflect Christ in their business dealings.

They replaced the roof and did exactly what they promised.

In our case there was an unusual situation where a pex line in attic at outer wall was placed too close to roof during original home construction. A roof nail made a pin hole in pex pipe. It was right above outer wall in a challenging location.
We discovered the issue later after roof work was completed. We called Mike and his crew IMMEDIATEDLY responded, diagnosed root cause, opened spot in roof, repaired the leak and perfectly closed spot in roof. They did not stop till it was complete. This exemplified to us that Elevated stands behind their work, they were prompt in responding, and they were diligent to get it resolved in short order.

John and Cindy Luttrell are very gracious and professional in their service. John is prompt in getting the roof inspected and installed. He is very knowledgeable and efficient in his work.

I had hail damage to my roof and needed a roof replacement. John was excellent throughout the entire process, was on-time, straightforward, and did not beat around the bush. He stood apart from his competition both by his company's credentials for GAF roofs, as well as his promptness and attention to customers. I will be using John and Elevated Roofing for other projects in the future, and I refer any family/friends that need work done to him due to his excellent work at my house.

There are lots of roofers out there, but I found one you can trust. Each and every team (roofing, gutter, painting, etc.) at Elevated did a terrific job, are very polite, professional and accommodating. The roofing team added ridge vents to the house for better attic circulation without me even asking. The gutter, paint, windows and air conditioning teams did spectacular jobs. We couldn’t be more pleased with the outcome. Our house was damaged by a severe hailstorm in February; it was a terrible storm and left a lot of damage to our home. I had worked with Mike Witte in the past and Elevated Roofing had done a great job, so I contacted Mike again. He coordinated everything working with the insurance company the whole way. We needed a new roof, some windows, gutters, fence staining, and our garage door painted. Very high quality work throughout the whole process and you don't have to call a different contractor for each different service. This was my second time working with Mike and I will definitely call him again. GREAT JOB!

Following the February 2022 storm I contacted Mike Witte at Elevated Roofing. I called Mike because Elevated had done an outstanding job replacing my roof on 2017 and I knew I could count on him and his team to do a great job. Mike personally came out to assess my roof damage, met with the insurance adjuster and was my personal point of contact during the whole process. The quality of the work performed was excellent and Mike and his team are always customer focused and professional in every way. I definitely recommend Elevated Roofing!

We used the wrong company to install our roof. Elevated Roofing would not take full responsibility for puncturing our gas line while replacing our roof. I have no doubt that the Elevated Roofing representative Fidel could smell the gas each and every time he entered our home and did not say anything. As a result, we were without the use of our gas (two weeks) while it was being repaired and an additional $1500 in gas line repair. Our neighbors who live three doors down were having their roof replaced by a different company and the same thing happened with their roof replacement. The major difference with their situation was that their roofing company took full responsibility and had their gas line repaired the very same day with no additional cost to the home owner. WRONG COMPANY selected.

Excellent experience. Replacement of roof completed in one day. Waited some time to review expecting harsh foul weather would test the structure. That occurred a few weeks ago with winds over 60 mph. Not a particle of damage. Upgraded to 6 inch gutters at Elevated's suggestion. Well worth the extra cost of materials. Elevated roofing is a professional, extraordinary company.

After the high winds and hailstorm that occurred in Frisco in February, I called Mike Witte at Elevated Roofing. Mike scheduled an appointment and personally completed a damage assessment at my home. He also met with the insurance inspector during the insurance company's inspection. Elevated Roofing worked with my insurer and all of the identified damage - roofing, gutters, window screens, etc.was addressed. All of the resulting work was completed with very high-quality materials and workmanship. I will use Elevated Roofing in the future as I have in the past, which is the highest recommendation anyone can give a contractor.

After the worst hail storm that I have ever experienced in 25+ years living in Texas - John and Cindy Luttrell put our home back together in the most professional way possible. From helping us through the insurance claim & damage assessment to ensuring the quality of the repairs - every step was seem-less and done with the best products available. We had significant damage that made our roof a disaster - one side of our home had multiple windows destroyed - our relatively new fence was trashed and needed a complete overhaul and our garage door looked like it had been through an Army live-fire exercise. Mike is very professional and helpful with the whole process. He came out personally for the insurance adjuster's inspection on a Sunday because that was the only day that worked for our schedule. Any time there was a problem, Mike was responsive within the same day to address our concerns and needs. I had my home built six years ago, and the roof started noticeably leaking in less than a year. I showed them where I could hear the drip at and where it was dripping onto the sheet rock in the attic. It wasn’t until I had a big water stain on the ceiling that they did anything. I had the builder out at least six times to diagnose and repair. They could not get it right each time they attempted, and said they won’t be able to diagnose correctly unless they came over while it is leaking. The leak was unpredictably audible and visible inside the home, depending upon the wind and how hard it rained, and the builder wouldn’t come out until next day or later so there was no chance of them seeing the leak in action like they said they needed. It became obvious that they were uninterested in making it right.

Enters Elevated Roofing. After my roof leaking for four years, I contacted them out of desperation to see if I could get better quality work by hiring someone myself. The answer was YES, YES, YES. Not only did Elevated find the problem _while it wasn’t raining_, I learned that it started as siding being installed incorrectly, but Elevated got me patched up and the leak hasn’t come back for the past year. With that said, it’s now safe to say that no matter how the wind blows or how hard it rains, Elevated got it RIGHT.

Now I’m confident and have the info I need, I’ve sent a message to the builder to try to get them to fix the defect that they created in the first place, which was reported during the warranty period and chased long after. Wish me luck because the builder owes me a sizable reimbursement, plus the attic hasn’t been inspected yet for structural water damage which I’m sure exists, and the ceiling needs to be fixed as well.

Either damaged the roof when replacing our skylight or improperly diagnosed the issue the first time they were out because immediately with the next rainfall the roof comes crashing down again starting from the corner of the skylight where the shingles are now flared out. Could be from lack of sealing the skylight as well? Manager Daniel was such a snarky dude from the beginning of the phone call and completely unwilling to help. We might have considered them to just fix the roof in entirety if they would have attempted to rectify this little situation but hard to trust them now.

Elevated Roofing was pretty easy to work with. Ryan was super helpful, responsive, and created a smooth process. Overall, I would use them again.

After having my roof, back fence, garage door, and gutters annihilated by hail in early spring, I called Elevated Roofing. John and Cindy were courteous during every step of the process. They worked quickly and conveniently to my schedule. They were willing to work with my insurance and my needs. This was a positive experience from start to finish!

Having lived through the damage the various hail storms caused to our 20-year-old roof this past winter, my wife and I decided it was time to get the house re-roofed. After interviewing a number of roofing contractors and getting recommendations from neighbors who had their roofs re-done, we settled on Elevated Roofing... And were so thankful we did.
The company sent one of their people to walk our roof, tell and show us us exactly what was needed, how long it would take, and how much it would cost. We signed the contract and two days later their crew arrived at 7 a.m. ; were removing the old wood by 8 a.m, spent the next 8 hours completely re-roofing the house; then spent the last two hours cleaning up the debris, making sure to return the house, the roof, and the surrounding environment to its now “new” stature.

Not new to the process of getting a roof replaced, overall I’d say Elevated Roofing did a good job. Very little debris of the old roof was left behind. (The old tar paper did not appear to be replaced with the prior roof job as it was disintegrating when being pulled up. I occasionally find a bit behind the bushes.) What stood out with Elevated was Ryan. When there were issues, Ryan was very quick to get them resolved. What was really helpful was how Ryan presented various roof tile colors overlaid on an image of our house with some recommendations. We found those recommendations very helpful, and ended up choosing one of those. Elevated was also really good at working with us on scheduling because we decided to get the exterior of our house painted in the process.

Elevated Roofing, specifically Michael Lance, have provided exceptional service for our roof installation. We had a few different companies come out to provide an inspection but Michael was the only one to take the time to go over what he saw and his professional opinion. He was very helpful in detailing the next steps with insurance and what to expect. He also met with the insurance company (on multiple occasions, even on a weekend) to make sure they saw what he inspected. The crew itself worked quickly and made sure their work area was exquisite in cleanliness. Michael then provided another inspection and gave his seal of approval. Josh Lashua took great care of us to explain everything and be sure the insurance company had everything they needed to get the repairs completed as fast as possible. His team showed up on time and finished the same day. They replaced the gutters and re-stained the fence. Everything was so clean afterwards and they used a mesh instead of tarps so the grass and garden didn’t suffer in this texas heat. We will be using them again in the future.

Elevated Roofing did a great job replacing our roof and gutters after a hail storm. They even handled getting the fence re-stained. Kenny and the whole ER team were very responsive and sent pictures of the progress the day of.
