I am so happy I chose DFW improved to help me through a very unpleasant situation. My house flooded with a leak and my guest bath was totally destroyed. Josh and his team replaced my flooring throughout my entire home and remodeled our guest bath. They were professional, on time, tidy and above all did excellent work. Any time I had questions, my calls were answered immediately and I was kept informed every step of the way. I couldn't be more pleased as Josh went above and beyond in his attention to detail and was sure everything was taken care of to perfection.

We are happy we chose DFW Improve for our kitchen update. Our project manager, Josh, did an outstanding job of supervising the process of replacing our countertops, sink, and backsplash in our kitchen and laundry room. He detailed the project schedule and communicated changes and updates well. Cynthia at Levantina helped us find the prefect quartzite slabs for our counter tops and backsplash. We chose DFW Improved for our home renovation, and we are so glad we did! Our project manager, Luis, was a great communicator through the whole process. He always kept us in the loop about what work was occurring on what day, paid great attention to detail, and kept things running on schedule. We are so happy with the final results! Our project included taking down walls and a complete redo of the kitchen and all bathrooms in the home. We also created a Master suite on the ground floor.

We could not be happier with our home remodel and second story addition that DFW improved did for us. The whole team from the very beginning made the process easy and far less intimidating than one would expect with taking the whole roof off of your house.

Our GC/project manager, Luis, was responsive, efficient, and invested in our project. He was always present when subs were beginning their part of the project and held them accountable for their work. Best of all, Luis, is easy to communicate with and truly wants to help actualize your dream home!

DFW Improved is a good company to do business with. They do what they say they will do, and do it very professionally.
Josh is excellent and we enjoyed working with him every day. He drew up a schedule we could work to and even though WE tossed in changes along the way he stuck straight to the Schedule and provided us the ability to work around the changes.
The one thing that really impressed me was every morning I would get a call from Josh telling me who was going to be at my house (names and all) and what they would be doing. This was very impressive! That helped me plan my workday. Loud noise, no speaker phone conference calls, quite days, conference calls. I would recommend DFW Improvements and Josh to anyone who needs some repairs or a full-blown destruction / recreation like we did.

After a year from having our bathroom remodeled by DFW Improved, there are two things that I am disappointed with. First, the grout used for the tile in the shower was not sealed and already has discoloring. Second, the concrete floor was not prepped prior to laying of the luxury vinyl as requested. The removal of the tile flooring left uneven spots on the concrete slab. As a result, the luxury vinyl makes a popping noise at some locations as you walk across the floor.

Josh (PM) and the rest of the DFW team were very responsive and kept us in the loop. Everything was smooth and was completed in timely manner. Thanks

DFW Improved remodeled my entire 750sq ft condo: kitchen, bath, bedroom, closet, utility area, living/dining space. Appreciated having a project manager — one person to talk to. They made sure the work was done to my satisfaction, but also keeping my expectations realistic. Happy with the results and the customer service they provided, would highly recommend using!

We loved working with DFW Improved! We worked with Carlos, Debra and Sarah to remodel our cramped guest/kids bathroom. They were great from the start - Debra and Sarah had really knowledgeable and amazing recommendations for how it could look, including some creative solutions that managed to somehow give us MORE counter and storage space while still completely opening it up - it isn't cramped any more and honestly doesn't even feel small! Carlos was awesome with the project management. We had heard so many horror stories from friends about remodel projects, but he puzzle-pieced together all the work schedules to get it done super fast - even with a holiday right in the middle of the work, it was done on time. His communication throughout kept us on top of everything so we knew what was going on when. It's only been a few days and we already feel like our quality of life (bathing toddlers, getting in and out for storage etc.) has gone up so much! Thank you all!

I’d give these guys more than five stars if I could. Our project involved tearing down walls, gutting the kitchen and creating one big great room including new lighting new windows, new cabinets. Budget was 130k. Jaime in sales and Luis, the project manager, were great to work with - constantly making sure I had what I needed, asking questions and staying in contact.having great communication was so vital to the success of this project. What impressed me most was the speed at which everything was done. Demo the week of thanksgiving and we were cooking by spring break. Speed plus attention to details kept me an my wife extremely happy. The work looks great!

DFW Improved did a great job on our remodel project which included new iron staircase, 2 bathroom and laundry remodels, and new fireplace tile.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Shane and Gabi from DFW Improved to build a custom golf simulator room in my home, and I am thrilled with the results! From start to finish, the experience was outstanding, and I am incredibly satisfied with the quality and craftsmanship of the final custom build.

First and foremost, Shane and Gabi were an absolute pleasure to work with. They listened to my ideas and vision for the golf simulator room, and their expertise and creativity were evident from the get-go. Major renovations to kitchen, master bath and closet and entire interior painting. Primarily dealt with Gabi Sperry and Todd James who guided us along in this process. Both were very helpful, easily available and went out of their way to ensure the work was completed to satisfaction. Months following the renovation we had a pipe break during December 2022 cold spell. We reached out to Todd while vacationing overseas and he arranged to have the plumber available the day after our return. In addition both he and Gabi offered to help anyway they could. We recommend the services of DFW Improved for your renovation needs.

I recently selected DFW Improved to complete a partial bathroom remodel. At the start of the job, I realized I needed to expand the scope to include the re tile of a secondary tub/shower area. I initially worked with Gabi to determine the details of the work to be quoted. Gabi was extremely helpful, flexible, and offered expertise in the area of making the shower more handicap accessible for a parent with mobility issues. I was assigned Josh as the project manager. Most of my interaction throughout the process was with Josh. Josh provided me options and shared with me the details of what to expect: from storage of the products needed to complete the work, the disposal of waste from the demolition, the calendar for when and what work would be completed, the expected times and names of who would be working at my home the following day. When minor issues were brought to Josh's attention, he took steps to resolve expeditiously. I am very pleased with the results and the professionalism of this business and look forward to future projects.

DFW Improved did OUTSTANDING work in our home! We had drywall and wooden floor damage due to a leak in our master bathroom. A different company came in first and removed the damaged material at the direction of our insurance company. We hired DFW Improved to perform the restoration work due to their outstanding reputation, and they did not disappoint! The initial estimate for repair was within $100 of what our insurance adjuster calculated, and this really set the tone for the project, meaning that they were very precise and highly professional in every phase of the effort. They assigned a Project Manager, Josh Merrill, and he was very skillful in managing the different trades that were required to perform all phases of the repair work. Josh kept us informed every step of the way, and he proved to be very knowledgeable and very personable, and did a great job answering our questions and keeping the effort on track. All of the tradesman that came in to perform their phase of the work were very professional, courteous, and made a sincere effort to keep the area clean as they were working. At the end of the project, the punch list was very short, and Josh made a sincere effort to complete the remaining items very quickly. In summary, the work was completed on time and on budget, and with a very high level of quality. We couldn’t be more pleased with the results, and we will definitely work with DFW Improved on our next project!

I used DFW Improved for renovation to bathrooms and kitchen flooring. All room turned out fantastic. Josh our project manager was outstanding to work with and kept informed all the time. He resolved everything very quickly. I would definitely recommend them

Was looking to do a bathroom remodel to compliment a plumbing repair. They came in and verbally quoted $40k. $40k for a total bathroom remodel is not in our budget, so we were then was pitched doing vanities and tub now, then the $16k shower later. And none of that includes any plumbing. Come on, that's ridiculous pricing, and of course they won't break out any quotes between materials and labor because it's a "one stop shop service". But then after talking through the first steps of the remodel, we didn't even end up getting a quote sent to us. Just disrespectful. Way overpriced anyway.
