My AC broke down in the middle of summer. I called Colair and Technician David Cardenas arrived soon after. David was very professional and courteous. I tried to explain my situation in my own words. He very quickly identified the problem and subsequently fixed it. A definite asset to Colair.

Noah in sales was great. He was patient and took his time explaining what was necessary and best for our home. Helped us with which financing best suited to our needs. Techs/Marcos, were prompt, courteous, professional and walked us through the project. They were done in appx. 3 1/2 hours, so I had the time to finish errands. I am very pleased with the service I got. The Colair tech Lalo arrived at a very decent time. He was very friendly and promptly assessed the issue with my a/c unit. He went over several options with me which helped me decide on what would be best suited for me and my house. He was very honest and direct. Lalo had a great attitude and was very helpful.

As we are new to the area this company came highly recomnended. All our experience with this company was excellent. From the sales person to the installers. Lalo and all were very professional. They explained everything they were doing as the day went on. The crew left all the area clean when they were done. Any questions we had were answered fully and truthfully to our satisfaction. Our ac stopped working early evening. Called Colair. They were very pleasant to talk to, and very helpful. They came within an hour, and got our ac running. He spent the time talking to us about our ac and the problems with it. Ot is 14 years old. We decided to purchase a new ac, which they will be installing tomorrow. We are very pleased so far with their service. He took the time to go over everything with us and answer our questions.

The gentleman took the time to explain to us what he was doing. He showed us how to apply basic thermostat setting to maintain our home in a comfortable manner.

I recently had Colair install a new unit for my mobile home. This week, unfortunately, I discovered there was extensive damage to the AC supply and return ducts. Hector was the 2nd technician on site, and with a smile and an "I can make it right" attitude, did just that! Very professional,

Colair is simply the best! The ladies in the office are polite and very friendly.
Angel was our initial service tech. We found him knowledgeable and very detail oriented, willing to patiently answer our questions and never “ in a hurry”.
As our unit was over 14 years old and a very basic model it was leaking refrigerant and capacitors failed about 6 weeks apart. We listened to Angel and agreed it was time to purchase a new unit.
He suggested a middle priced unit as our home is relatively small. I asked about the price for a slightly over-sized unit and he discouraged us from “up-sizing”! Really? Wow! That’s honesty at it’s best for sure!
Julian and Saul showed up on time to install our new system. They were both very professional and courteous. They worked as a team and had our new unit installed in record time. These gentlemen even cleaned up, including vacuuming! Really? We were amazed. We had several questions about the new thermostat and how to access the remote internet features. They never hesitated to walk us through the features and took their time to explain and even demonstrated for us.
After the job was complete Angel contacted us for follow-up incase we had any questions or concerns. We later discovered he was off work when he called! Really?
Service is excellent and prices are very competitive. Trust these folks. You won’t be disappointed!
