The first plumbing company I called told me I had to get a escavating company out because the water leak was too close to my electrical box. I decided to get a second opinion and called Clear and Present Plumbing and I'm so glad that I did. Travis was able to make the repair in a couple of hours without having to get an excavator out. I will use them if I have any water leaks in the future.

This is an honest, dependable, knowledgeable company. I had tried everything myself to fix this leak in my wall and nothing worked. I called Clear and Present Plumbing because of the reviews I read and I was not disappointed! I sent a message through the website late the night before thinking someone might get back to me at the earliest later the next day and they called early THE NEXT MORNING asking if I was available that day. I was very impressed. Travis and Jesus called saying they were ahead of schedule and was I available now. When they got here I was expecting a quote and that I would let them know and they would have to schedule a time to come back. (Not sure if plumbing is different due to the nature of the business) but was floored when Travis quoted me an unexpected low price and got to work right away. He and Jesus worked together like clockwork and were done in less than an hour including cleaning up and waiting to make sure the leak was good and fixed. I slept soundly that night for the first time in a week. Thank you Travis and Jesus. You not only fix plumbing well, but reassure and de-stress the people you help and to me that is more important than anything. Sorry for the book.

Called with kitchen sink clog. They were here in about an hour and finished and gone in about an hour. Did a great job was friendly and courteous. Also a great price. What else could you ask for.

I contacted about 10 plumbers to get an estimate for repairs on a home I was purchasing. No one wanted to give me the time of day until I contacted David - he took my inspection report and got me an estimate quickly. That was enough to get my business! They got me scheduled quickly and the best part was Travis was very honest and said that some of the repairs noted by the inspector were unnecessary and only fixed what I needed. He took the time to explain what he saw and gave me great recommendations. Thank you!

After contacting various companies who could not help me with my active leak for at least 4 days I contacted clear and present plumbing. Despite not having any availability they said they would try to get someone out as soon as they could. Within 30 minutes the first tech had arrived to locate and assess the issue. Shortly after that Travis arrived to facilitate repairs. He was very professional, efficient, and tried his best to keep my expenditures in mind. He proceeded to help me with a few other non-emergency issues as well. The whole process was painless, professional, and finished in a timely manner.

David came out the next day, when they were able to reach back out. We had a pipe break coming off the main line before we left Thanksgiving week. We were able to came out the next day after we got back and took care of first thing in the morning. 5/5 would call them again.

They were actually the third plumber I called for this leak issue.
They returned my call promptly. They went over the issue and made recommendations of things I could do on my own to avoid extra charges. They only made an appointment when they knew that they were going to be able to solve the issue. Once the appointment was set they gave me options of things I could do to prep for the appointment that would save me charges, I was busy and accepted the extra charges but I thought it was great that they were looking out for the customer in this way. The plumber was prompt, and professional. After living with this issue for weeks it was fixed within a day of giving them a call. I'd recommend them and I will use them for all future plumbing needs.

Clear and Present were very helpful when I had a water leak in my front yard. I had called another company prior, and left several messages, but Clear and Present had somebody out within hours of my calling them. I’ve used C&P several times. Appointments are quick, and they are always on time. Each person I’ve worked with has been quick and efficient, getting the job done in an efficient manner with a reasonable cost.

I’ve used them to locate and fix a leak due to leveling my foundation, clearing a clogged tub, and fixing a wobbly toilet.

Could not be happier! We will continue to use CPP. We have a 1950s pier and beam house. Sinks and toilet were backing up and draining extremely slow or not at all, all gurgling loudly. Before David, 2 less-savvy plumbers said we had a leak under the house and needed to have all our sewer and water lines replaced, for THOUSANDS of dollars. David came out and took time to listen, think and analyze. Using his camera, he discovered a clog near the street. The City of Austin came and repaired the clog for FREE. Afterwards, David came back to check on things and to investigate the water "leak" under the house. He found our shower wasn't hooked up and was draining onto the ground under the house. He FIXED it in a couple of hours, adding a well-constructed access point under the house. When others didn't have an answer for the annoying gurgling, David simply added a vent to the sink, which fixed the problem instantly. Everything is working great again, for a fair price. David is smart, he communicates clearly and responds promptly. He and his partner James work together efficiently. David gave us a plan of action that made sense, which he and James executed within a few days. GREAT JOB!

Reached out to David early Monday morning about a clogged kitchen sink in a house which I had just purchased and moved into. He responded quickly with a quote and offered to fit me into the schedule that morning. The clog proved to be significantly worse than either of us expected, approximately three feet of hardened grease and garbage disposal debris that had accumulated in a dip in the line about 25' from the trap which he showed me through the camera feed.

Despite having to work on it longer than anticipated, he honored the original quote. He even allowed me to watch on his camera feed as he cleared the final bit from the line and pushed it on down into the main feed. The quality of service was excellent and timely, plus they cleaned up after themselves leaving the kitchen almost exactly as they found it, minus the clogged sink.

My feedback on Clear and Present Plumbing is long past due. David and his crew worked on my plumbing issues back in September. I had a leak that was not easily detected. Ultimately, it was detected in the foundation.

David went over my options and offered the best solution for my case. He also worked with me on filing a claim with my insurance.

I had a toilet flange issue and called in to make an appointment. I was given the suggestion over the phone of how to fix it myself, which I very much appreciate.
