Circle-E Maintenance

The service tech Jake actually showed up early and jumped into fixing my problems right away…Jake was very professional in his appearance and was polite and kept me informed of his progress and left the job site in great condition. Circle E staff were great and kept me informed of arrival time so I wasn’t surprised! I have used Circle E before and they are now my “go to” service company, I highly recommend them!

My AC unit was acting up, couldn’t figure out why. I found this company and called them and they got a tech sent out immediately. Within a few hours my AC was working good as new. The staff was extremely professional, very knowledgeable and the prices were reasonable. In this Texas heat, I would highly recommend Circle E for all of your AC/HVAC needs.

When I had a house full of company over a weekend (of course) I called several Plumbing companies all to hear they could get to me on two days, and some don't even answer their phones! Whatever happened to 24 hour on call service? Then I remembered Circle E, I gave them a call, phone was immediately answered by a very polite Kyle and said no worries he would reach out to the young man call and I would hear back from him shortly. With in 10 minutes he has a plumber on his way! Jacob was there in no time, was professional and to the point. He worked until the problem was taken care of, at one on the morning to be so sweet and not grumpy was great! They are not the cheesiest but not the most expensive either. I would use them again if the need arises. Just would stay away from agent hours if I could. Lol great job!

Our church had a major water line break and although we called other plumbers, only Circle-E responded quickly and discovered the issue. The city water line had broken and a city crew came out within 6 hours and repaired the break.

Jake from Circle-E arrived and within minutes had the valved turned off and provided all the information we needed. Sean also came by and verified what Jake had discovered. We are grateful for Jake and Sean and their concern and quick response to help us with this problem. Great job Jake and Sean!

Jake arrived promptly and was very helpful. He was knowledgeable and professional. He went above and beyond diagnosing the problem, explaining, and correcting a previous repair (outside of company) without prompting. Super thankful for his service, would recommend.

After getting the run around from a few other companies for a few days I tried Circle-E, who I had never heard of before. They were very responsive, followed up with me on what day and time they could come to my house which was actually very fast (about 24 hours later). They asked if I had an emergency, I did not and said they can have me as a regular appointment.

They called when they were on the way and showed up exactly when they said they would. They did the repair and install I needed, and gave me some advice on other things. No trying to oversell anything at all like many companies do, just giving me little tips on things which was great. I see that Circle-E provides a variety of services besides the one I needed. They do A/C, Furnace, Plumbing, Electric, Drywall, Painting, and much more. I will be using Circle-E for any of these services that I need in the future.

Tech called 10 minutes before arriving. Gave a quick estimate and time frame and did the job same day.

DOUBLE EMERGENCY handled immediately, twice this week! As a Realtor I have a list of good plumbers but this week during Snow-vid 2021, I couldn't get a plumbing company on the phone to save my life. Someone on my Ring Neighborhood notifications recommended Circle E and I called them the second I got the notification. Kyle answered the phone immediately, and had a plumber at my door within 4 hours-SAME DAY! That was Wednesday and today I was notified from the water department that I had a major leak. I found the pipe in the yard and called them again. Kyle again had someone out within 2 hours and the pipe is being capped so I will have water again tonight. I cannot even begin to explain how professional, prompt, and caring this group is. I can officially say I now have a family plumbing company. Circle E is my personal and now professional choice! If I could give a 10 star rating I would.

Circle -E is my go to general contractor for all my home needs! The owners and technicians are always so timely, knowledgeable, and respectful. They really take the time to help me understand, so I can make the best decision for my house. I live in a house that was built in the 40s so it can be finicky. Circle-E fixed the old faucets in my guest shower that were original to the house and would not shut off, and most recently they replaced my entire electrical panel and brought me up to the 21st century so I can safely use my power.

I would highly recommend them for any service big or small you need done at your house!

They fixed both of my toilets for less than quoted. They are professional, friendly and do quality work. Will definitely use them in the future for other work I need done.

The gentleman that answered (Shawn) was very nice and eager to help me after hours. He made me feel like a priority. Then Michael the plumber came over the same night within minutes of each other and was ready to get to work with the same positive attitude. They fixed the issue in less time then expected and I look forward to doing business with this team again on my next home projects. Thank you!

I had experience. Service person helped me fix my bath tub shower, i did not want to spend too much, so plumber came up with creative idea instead replacing whole shower kit, we just replaced valve.

Circle E does a great job maintaining our HVAC system. They provide high quality services and always do a great job. I highly recommend them for your building maintenance needs.

Circle-E performed a fantastic remodel down to the studs (including all new plumbing, electrical, fixtures, polished concrete floors, paint and hvac) of the entire 5000 square foot building in my family for 60 years. They were fast, cost-conscious, hard-working and comprehensive! The owner Seann and the manager Chris offered a depth and breadth of understanding and experience that surpassed my expectations. I’ve now mandated that all of my tenants use them for maintenance. I don’t want anyone else touching the perfect building they made me that will last another 60 years

If i could leave no stars i would. Very unorganized in the office. Owners are rude not to mention the techs they have now don't know what their doing. Problem still not fixed.

So happy that I found Circle E. These guys rock from the moment the ladies in the office answered the phone, to the tech that came out to fix out plumbing issue. I will continue to tell everyone what a great company this is. I even received a follow up call from one of the owners. That's customer service! Thanks again Circle E.

**UPDATE:

I received a call and email from staff offering their help and requesting removal of the review. This effort convinced me to up my 1 star to 3 star review. I wont choose them still, but it looks like they are trying to better themselves.

I cannot believe how these guys are still in business. I normally do not waste time with such things but these guys seriously deserve this review.

For almost $10000 project, I wanted to test them, by starting with two simple light fixture installation at our dealership. They had to reschedule 3 times with a week in between each. First excuse " our manager" got deployed. Think of a business, when one person leaves, entire operation sucks. First sign of low quality that I missed.

We reschedule the appointment for a week later at 10.30. On the day of of appointment, the company calls me at 11.30 and apologizes by saying "we thought the parts were in stock but they are not, we will have them by x day"

I say okay, lets go with that. Today I call again, like everytime I call they have no idea who the caller is or what status of our case is, they have zero customer relationship management, each time you have to recite the whole story so they can actually make progress in understanding what one needs. With this third failure, I cancelled everything. I wish I could charge them for this dishonest and inapt business practice for wasting my time for so long.

Take your business elsewhere, or go through the same bs and find the same things out the hard way.

Do not use this company reason's are
1- not one of the owners possess a Master or Journeyman license they rent them
2- they do not pay overtime
3- you are forced to do illegal work
4 - you never get paid on pay day (late up to 5 day's)
5- Seann one of the owner goes on vacation and does it on employee's pay check that's why your late on getting your check
6 - seann cook's the books on tax's
7 - Circle -E owes me 45,000.00 in unpaid wages
8 - if you bring in a new customer your supposed to get an bonus you do not
