Well, to begin, the work was good, it's the end result that to this day still has me upset. Once everything was said and done, and all the money has been payed by the insurance company for the hail damage claim, the company tried its best to gouge another $3000 dollars from us and the insurance company for O and P, which we didn't have to pay, end result we had to pay the taxes, which didn't add up to $3000 dollars. CONSUMER BEWARE do your research and shop around.

Yesterday I posted a bad review for Cen-Tex because of some issues with the work on my roof. Since then I have taken it down because Joe Samford contacted me this morning wanting to know what they need to do to make it right. So I am changing my review because their professionalism and eagerness to make it right. I will definitely use them if I need a roof.

I contacted Cen-Tex about a new roof after a storm. Mr Chris Low, worked with me, explained everything to me along the way. I have a beautiful new roof, all repairs and the clean-up was done professionally and fast. Hopefully I won’t need a new roof any time soon, but, Cen-Tex is who I will call when I need one! Mr Low is knowledgeable and helpful.

Very nice people to work with. Made getting a roof after it was damaged easy. They came early in the morning and by that afternoon every building on my property had a new roof and no mess from materials were left. I will definitely use them again when the time comes.

Anthony Lenoir and the folks at Centex roofing was very professional and they made sure that I got what I wanted and did not force anything on me. From the inspection to the finish product was only about 4 days on repairing after a hail damage. I upgraded my gutter through them and from start to finish was 1 day, they are very proficient in all work they do and very knowledgeable as well. Thanks Centex roofers

My elderly mother used them for a small repair that was needed. Repair was completed in time frame promised. Price was competitive for the market. A competitor came by and tried to sell her a new roof shortly after. Center didn't mention she needed a new roof so we contacted CenTex roof repair again for a second opinion and they were honest and stated she had a few more years left on her existing roof. We appreciate their professionalism, honesty and business practices. They are an asset to our community! 10/10 recommend!

We had a huge storm come through and we used CenTex for the repairs. They were easy to get ahold of and showed up fast! The work was done and zero problems since!
We’d definitely use them again.

A side note would be how the company supports our local teachers, students, and leagues. It means a lot to have their support!

We called Cen-Tex roof to look at our roof after a major storm! They were amazing at explaining what they saw and told us the honest truth that we didn’t need a new roof! They then came back later on and installed seamless gutters for us! Amazing job, cleaned up while doing the job as well as after! They were professional and respectful of my sleeping babies also! I've used Cen-Tex Roofing for the last several years patching our roof after storm damage, and last year we replaced the flat roof over our carport, and several months ago we replaced our entire house roof. After the hail storm yesterday (egg-sized hail), I contacted John Ivy, and he quickly responded, and came by shortly after to check our roof for any damage. Luckily, our roof held up. Great quality! Not only that, but John has always been very responsive, friendly, and helpful. It's always a pleasure working with John, so I am an extremely happy customer! Centex added a patio awning for us. Tony A.was truly helpful, efficient and honest in getting the process started and we can’t speak enough good things about the construction team led by Jesse as well as his team. We are more than pleased and would highly recommend to anyone.

I made contact with a salesman, Stedson Childress and he promptly scheduled an appointment with me to discuss their company and what warranties they give as well as they deal directly with the insurance company. We chose to go with Cen-Tex Roofing Systems based on what the company will do for their customer and the warranties they provide for the roof and workmanship. In addition. A 30 year abstract roof was put on at no additional cost to me or the insurance company. That is a great addition to why we chose this roofing expert. They even installed old roofing parts with new and the roof was completed in a day. Stedson Childress was the greatest to work with. Any questions I had he answered promptly, even on the weekend or after his hours. He over saw his crew and asked if I had any complaints or concerns about the job they were doing. Even after the job was done he wanted us to contact him if there was something we were not happy with. We are TOTALLY satisfied with Cen-Tex Roofing.their work crew, Stedson Childress and the job they ALL did. Oh yeah. They even drove from Waco, Texas to Killeen, Tx. That is a drive in itself and added expenses for this company. In summary, in case you didn't get it, if you need a roofing job done that is done timely and perfectly, you owe it to yourself to get the best, CEN-TEX roofing systems. Randall was very professional and kept in direct communication through the whole process. He was prompt in responding to all calls and texts, worked quickly and easily with our schedule, and just went above and beyond in so many ways. Super impressed with him as a person and the work he and the crew did was quality. I would recommend Randall and Cen-Tex to anyone who has roofing needs.

Cen-Tex sent out a professional crew, under the supervision of Tony LeNoir and Mark Versch, and replaced my roof within a day! Then spent time cleaning up the yard and used magnets to get any loose nails! Top notch job! 5 stars!
