I would not recommend to anyone. Gloria Munguia that’s been a tax preparer for “over 25 years” is the worst. This is the first year me and my spouse have had to ever do an amendment with the IRS because of all the errors made while filing with her, now I owe $800+ to the IRS. On top of everything when we tried to call back and resolve the issue stated she did not make any mistakes and yelled at us for even asking. Overall worst experience, worst person to file taxes with don’t go there unless you want to get scammed.

Worst place to ever do your taxes. Gloria scammed us out of all of our money and trying to charge us even more to fix it. We were told that we were recieving money back and instead she filed them completely wrong, now the IRS is saying that we owe back. Unless you want to be scammed, this is not the office I would suggest to anybody!

I've been doing Taxes with Michelle years and she is the best. I would never go anywhere else. She so professional. I love coming to the office. I love the feeling when I walk in. They are very honest and very caring.

I came to Ameritax due going elsewhere to file my 2019 Tax Return and never received my refund or Stimulus. I filed my 2020 Tax Return, Gloria called IRS for my 2019 refund. I have to say I am a very satisfied customer. If you need help, come to AmeriTax!

If you have children do not come here. The manager Gloria will refuse service for having children! I went to a different Ameritax and told them that Gloria refused service for having my daughter come in with me and her axact words were “no kids allowed” and they said that that’s is not a rule they have and would speak to a supervisor. You want people to come and do there taxes with you not leave and go somewhere else! Come on do better!
