Great service. Went beyond there way to make it right. Honest and reliabe. I will use this company from here on. Thank all of you for reliable and honest service. I have been tring to get the work done for over 2 years with no solutions till Action Air and plumbing came through.

My hot water heater had been installed improperly and was leaking. I called the company and they set a time to come out and assess the problem and also unclog a shower drain for me. Mario came and installed a new hot water heater and fixed all the issues. Mario was very professional. The job was done quick, orderly, and tidy. Will use them for future jobs. Highly recommend

I called and they were able to get to us in less than 24 hours. Ed was our technician and was absolutely fantastic! He called ahead and asked to come early, was very polite and patient with me and two kids while trying to get started. He was professional and very thorough in checking the indoor system, outdoor unit, and thermostat. Once he got everything back up and running, he stayed while the system cycled a few times to make sure the pressures all stayed stable. Very affordable, great service, will definitely use Action Air again!

Technician was professional at his work and showed that he cared and wanted to give us the best option of getting our 83 yr old mother back in her home after the electrical fire, so much stress had been lifted from my shoulders and I most definitely will use and refer Action Air to friends and family. Technician arrived ahead of schedule with previous polite call requesting early arrival. Problem was diagnosed succinctly, repaired promptly with matériel on truck and I happily had heat returned on a snow day!

Very knowledgable staff.they diagnosed a problem that other companies couldnt figure out for us, and did so at a very fair price.with the cost of materials and product shortages due to the pandemic, they still provide a great service at a great price and couldnt be more happy with their services.i own multiple businesses and the cost of goods and labor & employment taxes are always going up, I know very well that you pay for what you get, and these guys are now my go-to company plain and simple.

Paid $150 and I still have clogged toilet, was told it would be $75 now they want $350 to use a camera, technician didn’t even try to snake sewage line. Technician was here 35min

Our AC went out on the weekend. Managed to get someone to come out on Monday. We were told they would be here at noon, but they were here already at 11. He explained what the issue was, and explained the process he went through to come to his conclusion. He was very nice and even gave me advice on some other questions I had. I wish I could give them more stars!

Action Air & Plumbing to the rescue!
Another company had pumped one of two sides of the tank. Then, couldn't find the second access riser.

I called Action, they were out in 48 hours and had the problem solved. In addition, they were willing to customize the job which allowed the first company to finish pumping out the tank.

Lesson learned. We'll call Action first next time!

Action Air replaced our septic system and our air conditioner. They are all amazing to work with- Hayden, Jon, Robert and Jessica. Our Warrenty company was a nightmare but Action Air was very supportive and helpful in helping us deal with them, including Jessica being on hold with our home Warrenty for 2 hours. We couldn’t be any happier with the work they did for us. They leveled out the backyard after replacing the septic system and then we got 5 inches of rain which made the yard a mess. Without being asked they came back and leveled it out for us again and even cleaned up our alley entrance. They always showed up when they said they would and did excellent work. We highly recommend Action Air and will definitely be sharing their names with our friends.

We had problems with our heater and on the weekend of course. Jordan was out to our house very quickly, diagnosed the problem, and had it fixed as quickly as he could get the part. Then, when we experienced similar issues a week later (on the weekend again), Jordan again was out to our house quickly and fixed the issue. I highly recommend Action Air & Plumbing!

I can not say enough about this company five star plus. Jordan goes above and beyond for his customers. We use Action for all our plumbing needs but this is just one example.

We were out of town on a Saturday for my nieces wedding in Abilene, Texas and was notified that we had a flooded front yard and water was running down the street. My husband called Jordan at Action and he saved the day! That’s a big deal It was after 6pm on a Red Raider Football game day with game about to get underway.

You can bet he and his staff will take care of your plumbing issues any time any day.

Jordan was amazing - prompt, helpful beyond fixing the issue because he explained things and answered my many questions, and was willing to look at and come back to fix a second problem that I surprised him with in the moment. Fantastic! Highly recommend!
