Marcus did a wonderful job with what I needed. Very precise with his work. Very courteous.

This is my second time using Ace Handyman Services, and as usual their technician did a fantastic job from start to finish. Demetric assembled a media console and a toy organizer stand and did a great job on both. He was professional, personable, and top-notch in delivering quality work. He kept me informed/updated as to how he progressed and I felt confident throughout with his expertise. Thank you Demetric and Ace Handyman Services—I’ll definitely use you again for future jobs!

Our handyman was Darrin Kumpf. He showed up on time, introduced himself, and explained pricing policy. (including offering retired military discount). He inspected existing gas fireplace, made sure it was working properly (after several years of non use) and went up on roof to inspect chimney cap. When I voiced concerns about never having used gas fireplace before, he took time to demonstrate the procedure and let me try several times to make sure I knew what to do and discussed carbon monoxide alarm placement. I could not be more impressed with his level of professionalism and patience.

Job was done as desired. I did feel we were slightly overcharged but paid anyway. Will definitely consider this source if needed in the future

Gilbert did any excellent job, was on time, very friendly and honest with pricing…. We were quoted double for the same work by multiple companies. Highly recommend Ace Handyman, and Gilbert. Thank you so much for tackling our pet project!

Stephen was able to help me complete many projects I needed done. He was able to make adjustments when hardware wasn’t included with the mailbox mounting post. I would use Ace again.

Demetric was prompt and professional. He called me the night before to talk about my job, and we discussed what supplies I could pick up in advance to manage costs and use of time. He called me the next day to tell me he was on his way and arrived on time. Listened to my concerns and suggestions and finished the work promptly and to my great satisfaction. I’ll definitely ask for him again.

I have tried to contact ACE multiple times about my request for services. I have called and emailed and even placed multiple online requests only to have some get back to me after I called the office over and over again. Even after this I was told the office were reviewing my request and still nothing. I wish someone would get back to me or at least keep me in the loop on what's happening with my request.

After my review Michael from ACE San Antonio, personally called to apologize for my previous experience. He has been extremely helpful and knowledgeable in addressing my concerns with my home issues. I am happy with his diligence to provide optimal service, next week he'll provide me with a quote to provide services. I'm hoping to receive the same quality of care as he has taken as of today.

Mark and Sabien came out to help with some big TVs, grout repair in the shower, installation of grab bars and a Ring camera. Both guys provided quality and efficient service with a friendly attitude. This is one of many, many great experiences we have had with Ace. They are the only ones we call to do work around our house. We had a situation we needed taken care of fast as we were not in town to do it ourselves. Mike called me and let me know his thoughts on the job and listened to our concerns. Skieler showed up 5 minutes before my scheduled time, was very prompt and courteous. I had a few small jobs that needed to be done and he did a fabulous job. Would highly recommend these guys as they are professional, reliable, honest and trustworthy.

Stephen & Sabian not only completed the 2 jobs I had for them - caulking the fascia & soffit around the roof, finishing a stone border, they also completed other work - sealing up gaps between woodwork & brick work on the outside of the house, assembling a garden cart & a greenhouse, & installing new security lights above my garage. Excellent work all around! And both guys were friendly & personable. With all the work they’ve done for me, my house is all set for winter.

Stephen did a great job. We wanted to replace our bathroom vanity with a new one. He removed the old, and then we discovered the new vanity was too short, my fault, as I ordered the wrong one. We decided to abandon the remodel for now, and he was quick and neat getting it put back together. Always a pleasure when he works for us, as he has many times. Great guy, very knowledgeable. A real asset to your company.

Marc contacted me that is he was able to come earlier than the scheduled appointment which was great. He also completed the initial job request thoroughly. With the time remaining, I was able to consult with him and two other concerns such as caulking and a patio-door hinge.

Marc put together all the equipment for our home gym. He was terrific. He had all the necessary tools and know how for this multi hour project. Thank you once again. A+

Had a 9am appointment today. Waited until 11am to finally call and get an update. Told no one was dispatched. I asked if someone was coming now since I’ve been sitting here waiting for 2 hours. And no, would have to be another time according to their convenience. Not the customers. Very disappointed and would never use again.

My experience was excellent with Stephen. He was very candid and patient in explaining what needed to be done with my front door replacement. He was friendly and helpful in answering questions and very informative about other repairs that I needed addressed. The front door installation was done with quality and care; the cleanup was great, and the cost was totally affordable! I am already scheduling Stephan for future repairs. Trevor is outstanding in his knowledge of carpentry, drywall, fencing, foundation, etc. I appreciated his advice beyond words. The repairs they did in my home are professional and I know they are done correctly. I will be calling Ace Handyman again for my next home project!

This was our first time hiring a handyman, and we are so glad we did! We had several projects ready for Marc when he arrived (installing curtains, mounting tv's). Marc did a fantastic job. He came prepared with more than enough tools/gadgets, and he was professional. We were so pleased with his service. Worth every penny!

Stephen has helped us twice this week. He came as scheduled to repair a towel rack that had come out of the wall, put up a flag pole, change the ac filters and a few other items. Then I had an unexpected need two days later! Back he came to hang a large picture! Yeah, Stephen! He always knows how to do it right. He seems almost like part of the family we see him so often! Dependable. Expert at every thing it seems. Can't say anything negative about this man.

I have called on Handyman Matters 2 times now and have not been disappointed! Marc is phenomenal! I requested him for the second job list because of the quality work the first time. I shopped around and the rates are very reasonable.

We love the team at Handyman Matters. They just installed grab bars in our office restroom. It was a tricky situation, due to the layout and size of the room, but they found the right bars and they work wonderfully. No mess left behind! Stephen was great! Highly recommend this company. Let them do the work for you!

We loved Bill, who arrived at our door exactly on time and went straight to work on the various (14 or 15) handy-man projects we had lined up for him. He was worth every penny and we will be requesting him for the next time we call Handy Man Matters. (Our dog loved him too!)

The coordinator/manager is dismissive and short, the handyman was nice but appalling slow. A three hour project has taken all day. Terrible customer service and communication as well. I wouldn't call them again if the service was free.

I had a couple doors that needed to be worked on and fascia/dripedge that had damage and needed repair. Marc was prompt, friendly, knowledgeable, honest, and skilled in repairing all my handyman needs. Highly recommend for anyone needing general work done around the house!

Waaaayyyy overpriced for what we had done. After the guy left we figured out why the simple work we requested took twice as long as estimated, with most of his time being spend in and around his van: there were beer bottle tops littering the ground where his van had been parked. We paid this handyman top dollar to sit around and drink beer. Will NEVER be calling them again!

Top notch help with drywall repair during a closet remodel. Bill even took time to teach me how to do the next step of texturing after his top notch repair dries. I will definitely ask them for help when I need it next!
