Called last week for a last minute garage repairs at my mother's. They clearly stated they had a full schedule for the day, and would do their best to make it but still not certain. But they came through! Showed up a few hours later, diagnosed and completed repairs in half an hour!

Every detail of their set-up, from removal of old garage door & components to the installation of new garage door & components was smoothly executed! The installation team person was Wed. He was very efficient and detailed in setting up equipment and supplies and doing installation. Did installation by himself in less than 2 hours. He explained details about usage, care, and maintenance of new door. He removed all pieces of old door. Left the garage area clean.

The long version.

Called on Friday afternoon to see about troubleshooting an issue that kept my garage from closing without holding down the button until it closed. They were unavailable until Monday, so tried a local competitor. That company came out, said I needed new sensors and suggested installing a new unit since I'd already be in the hole a couple hundred just for the sensor work.

Called Absolute back on Monday to give them a shot, and get a bid. Cynthia promptly put me on the schedule for the same day. The tech Wayne rolled in, and in minutes had located the issue; some loose wires in the ceiling unit. Not only did they save me money by correctly diagnosing my repair, but so far, estimates are slightly lower than the competitor that first came out to diagnose our issue.

I will eventually be replacing all of the garage doors and associated parts; and Absolute has earned my future business.

Absolute Garage Doors replaced my bad overhead garage door opener with a new jackshaft garage door opener. They did it quickly and professionally.

I needed our garage door adjusted because it was continually “jumping off the rail”. We called this shop and they responded the same day with great service and a reasonable price. We are pleased.

Was having issues with openers from the builder over several years and couldn’t get any garage door company to figure it out or even sometimes not show up at all, until Absolute Garage Door was recommended. Called them and they set up appointment promptly. With the newer technology and much quieter door openers these days I had them replace both units. Was still having issues (caused by builder) but had Absolute Garage Door come back out, promptly, and they fixed it. It is unusual these days to have a contractor come out when they say they will, and actually do what they say they will do, but Absolute Garage Door does! Thank you AGD!

Absolute Garage Doors was very easy to work. Cynthia provided me tons of options and prices. She kept me posted on the delivery date. It was accurate, which is saying a lot post COVID. Most people do not give you a realistic time frame to expect your product. Once the product was in, installation was also easy. I absolutely recommend them.

My garage door is an old LiftMaster. One of the springs broke and after several youtube videos, a purchase of the wrong springs, and me trying to fix it myself. I finally let the professionals in. They got me in the same day I called and Wayne explained to me what needed to be fixed without treating me like I didn't know anything. IYKYK. Door was fixed and I was happy. Then after a few weeks it started not closing, bouncing back. I lived with for awhile and finally broke down and called back for help. Quickly came out, fixed the issue and called it warranty work. These people are AMAZING! Highly recommend. Kind, fast, knowledgeable.

During this COVID pandemic it seems to have become the trend that it's difficult to find companies that either do not respond or do not turn up when they promise. Absolute Garage doors have broken that trend. Firstly Cynthia is amazing. She responded almost immediately to my inquiry and provided pricing, advice and information almost instantly even into the evening. She responded so fast it was almost as if she was watching me write my emails, she is an amazing credit to Absolute Garage Doors. Then there is Woody who came out to do the measure, he turned up on time and even came out to do a temporary repair at no charge while we waited for our new door to be manufactured. Are they the cheapest I don't know and I don't care because when you get service like this it is priceless. They installed my door today and we love it. They have earned their place on my noticeboard of go to vendors that I will use in the future for all my garage door needs.
