Excellent work by the whole crew! I work night shift and they were quiet given circumstances. I slept they worked and didn’t bother me a bit.

Mason is incredible to work with! He explained everything in great detail so that we understood all that was going on with our system. He has extensive knowledge and expertise in our unit and gave us all the options and his professional opinion in a respectful and realistic manner. We’re happy to have found a company and technician we can trust.

Our kitchen faucet needed a number of parts replaced recently. Our technician, Ebert, helped us secure the parts for free from the manufacturer and then returned as soon as they arrived to install them. Great customer service all around!

Aaron was on time and direct in his diagnosis. Explained what he thought the issue was in a way that was easy to understand and act on. Gave us a plan/tips to try and fix the issue organically, but was thorough in quoting out the next phase in the repair plan if we need it. Pleased with the service all around!

Technicians were prompt, professional, courtesy, and timely installation. They were careful to protect the house and neat.

The service tech that came to my house was extremely professional, very knowledgeable, and informative (I think his name was Trent). He sent a detailed report of his findings along with several repair options after his visit.
Then the salesman came to compare the repair options vs installing an entirely new system and he was also informative but insisted on both my wife and I being home during his visit, which isn't convenient for our work schedules, but we made it happen.

I then called their office and asked to join in their protection plan for all of my home systems and told them my choice from the repair options laid out by their service tech. The office staff didn't seem to have any knowledge of the options that were emailed to me by their system, never tried to schedule the repairs or set me up to be in their protection program. Would have given zero stars if not for the service tech that did a thorough job and was very friendly - he gets 5 stars, the rest of the company left a lot to be desired.
I feel like if I had chosen to replace the entire system, which would have been 8-10x more expensive than the repair job, that they would have delivered better customer service. Will not recommend to others in my area.

Hoffman Brothers is always focused upon my needs and experience as their customer. Brian, our technician, was very professional and took the time to explain what was happening and his plan of action. We have a standing maintenance and service agreement with them - being loyal customers when lived in St. Louis and now that we have relocated back to Middle Tennessee. We highly recommend them!

Billy gave me an estimate for replacing my secondary heating and AC unit. He was friendly, knew his technical content and provided me with a clear understanding of my options and costs.

I called Ken on his way home on a Friday because both A/C units were not functioning. One is brand new from Hoffman. Ken knows I have several properties and he has helped me with several of them and when I explained my family is in this home were welcoming their son and newborn who can not spend a weekend in the guest suit upstairs at 80+ degrees, He on his own accord called his supervisor and said this is a great client who needs some help. He was almost home for the weekend…. Ken a huge thank you for going above and beyond the call of duty, and saving this weekend for our family who are visiting and me who is suppose to attend the little ones first birthday party. Thank you doesn’t seem like enough. I am beyond appreciative.

Trent Tucker from Hoffmann came out to run a diagnostic test on my new AC units. He was super professional and was able to find a few issues the builders/installation reps missed when we moved in. I will be using Hoffmann moving forward. Great work!

So glad I went with Hoffman Brothers. Chris explained everything to me in terms I could understand. They were courteous, respectful, on time and helpful. I got 5 bids for my cast iron pipe replacement and while they weren't the cheapest, their bid was right in the middle and did not over recommend services I didn't need. I would use them again.

I'm sure their work is good, but check on others pricing. Paid $95 to get a bid to replace a reducing valve, expected their price to be comparable to other bids I recieved. Even after paying the $95, I saved close to another $100, by going with another compny. No reason to doubt their work, pricing I'm not as sure about.

Brandon was a super star. He explained everything that was very understandable to someone that knows nothing about AC units. The reason and the only reason I did not use the service was because of funds. What I needed today was to find out what was wrong with my unit and how much it was going to cost to repair. Hoffman Brothers and their technician Brandon did exactly that. They did not try to force you to do the work today and I like that out of a company. When I save up the funds to do the repair Hoffman Brothers is exactly who I will be calling.

We have used Hoffman Bros.for plumbing. Today was to checkout the old HVAC unit and 40+ year old Ductwork. Today Dylan Fiscus helped us. He was kind and so helpful with options. He was able to answer almost every question. When he wasn't positive about the information he set up with a Project Manager.
Overall he was helpful and informative. This is the norm of Hoffman Bros. Thank you

A/C tech spent 3 hours doing system maintenance on my package HVAC system he cleaned and checked every component of the system, best system check the unit has had in the 8 1/2 years l've been dealing with HVAC companies in middle Tennessee.

David was very helpful with answering all of my questions and concerns regarding installing a new gas line for a kitchen remodel.
