Has my tires rotated and they have done nothing but roar since. Also having trouble holding air when I never had any problems before. I might give them one more try but not sure

Thank you Firestone. I was about to head home to Atlanta today, and my tire pressure light was on. They immediately checked my tires, added air and sent me on my way with piece of mind. I appreciate your excellent customer service!

If I could leave a -10 (negative 10), I would! Horrible service! Every time we take our Mercedes Benz SUV to them for a minor service, we leave there with a lot more major issues going on with it and have to take it to the Mercedes Benz dealership to get it repaired. Recently, we took it to them for an oil change and to check the fluids. They talked my husband into getting the fuel system cleaned out. As soon as we left, the check engine light came on. We called them and they said that was normal and for us to drive it for a day or two, and that the check engine light would go out. We went on our road trip, which was 2 hours away. The check engine light stayed on, and it started jerking and hesitating. We called them and once we got back home, we took it back to them. As soon as we left, no jerking, but the check engine light came on again. Well today, this is our 4th time taking it to them, and this time we were told that it was something was broken and they wanted to charge almost $4000 to repair it. We've never had any problems with it before we took it to them. EVERY TIME we take it to them for something minor, it turns into something major, EVERY TIME! Even if they wanted to repair it free of charge, I wouldn't allow them because I don't trust them! Oh, and by the way, the Mercedes Benz dealership said if that part was already broken, the check engine light would have already been on. We contacted a different a Firestone who told us that this particular service should have never been done without them changing the spark plugs, as well. HORRIBLE SERVICE!

DO NOT GO HERE! Definitely do not get your brakes changed here. $1000 for brakes is insane. Youtube it.

I dropped my truck off for a diagnostics test and a tire alignment. They did a test and told me I needed some work that would’ve required another alignment. Instead of doing the alignment and charging me, they let me know how to get it fixed and then get the alignment. Honest work is hard to come by these days, but I appreciate the integrity and also them saving me some money.

We were on vacation in the area, noticed our tire was slowly losing air. Stopped in at 4: 20PM on a Sunday afternoon. They close at 5. We had a patch in place and were on the road by 5. Mitch and Tanner took care of us. Very friendly and extremely professional and helpful. Thanks guys.

I've always liked this place. Even with the 100% mark-up on parts, they'll stand behind the work they do.

Listened to them quoting people prices on parts. Parts definitely get marked up quite a bit. Quoted someone around $1000 for a EVAP canister. Nah most of the time you can find one for a lot less than that. I could be wrong but from what I've looked into with my vehicle $1000 is not reasonable at all. If their parts supplier is that high, they should look into a different one. I will never go back to them. I had a service done and got my vehicle back and it was worse off than before I took it. Just my experience. It could be different for someone else.

I would not go here. Go down the road less than a mile there is a valvoline or Walmart way better service and work. I took my car here for an oil change and they over filled it. My whole car was shaking. Also the first time I took my car here I had an appointment and they “didn’t have time” to touch my car for 5 days because they were so busy.

6/24/23 UPDATE.
I still agree with my previous review from 3 years ago below.however, today I am terribly disappointed! I scheduled an appointment earlier this week. Spoke with someone scheduling everything I needed done. Was told when I got here at 1pm that of would be a couple of hours. No big deal, even if 3 hrs. I was told at 3 hours that it would be a few more minutes. It's now been 4 hours! I was just told that it'll be another 30mins and I was told that the last item was not on my appt schedule, which is bull!
If I had been HONESTLY TOLD HOW LONG THIS LAST ITEM WOULD TAKE, I WOULD HAVE RESCHEDULED IT!
I have groceries in my vehicle packed in ice, but I can't be sure now they are still good. And as evident, I wasn't given an informed choice to make sure I could get them home in time. I've been a seriously loyal customer here and am now questioning that decision going forward.

Knowledgeable staff and service. Always where I bring my vehicles, am given reasonable time frames for completing services and reasonable prices. My vehicles continue to run very well thanks to Firestone at Hamilton Place in Chattanooga TN.

They are always honest, after being cheated on with other mechanics this is the only place I trust with my car.

Charged me for h9 900 cca, didn't say they were going to replace it with h7 850 cca. I asked detailed questions all but 1 worker became offended by me asking questions. Was also told they couldn't fit the (h9 900 cca) battery I asked and paid for in my car. I know the battery I asked for is heavy, though if they didn't want to do the job that was asked they could have just told me they didn't want to do it. Before going to this location, I've already stopped by autozone to see the correct sizes. This is why as a female I'm starting to work on my car myself. Thanks for showing me you can't be trusted.

Update: I went back and spoke with the Mgr. He was very understanding and cared about the customer experience. He strongly have good moral skills and good work ethics including 1 of his employee that was concerned with the situation. Thank you for your time and energy! Have an awesome week!

Reported that my rotors, brakes, and calibers needed replaced a year ago then when I got the rotors they took off the truck back they were barely worn. Less than a week later, a caliber stuck and ruined one of the rotors. They refused to take any responsibility saying it had nothing to do with the work they did. Plus the prices are ridiculous!

Indiana gave great service. He is very efficient in his job. Gave prompt service and answered all my questions.

Was told one price to book an appointment and when I got my service the price was doubled. Won’t be back.

I had to stop in here on my way from Florida to Missouri, and the guys here were nothing but awesome to work with. They didn't have the appropriate equipment to work on a 1 ton drw truck but still replaced my problematic tire and tried their best to see what they could do to help me with my other issues. Staff was very friendly and understanding. When I make that drive again, I will definitely be stopping in here for any of my needs. They told me they were trying to get approved for the appropriate equipment to align/work on drw trucks at their site. And I believe they 100% deserve it.

I waited for six hours, one hour of that my car was ready; they had went to lunch. I feel like I was encouraged to spend more money than I need to.

I have buddy's that works there and the are so awesome and they fixed my car and I would recommend this Firestone
