Ecco Salon

I recently had Wendy at the Ecco Salon cut my hair for the second time. I have come to expect superb service, pleasant and knowledgeable stylists, and overall a great experience. I leave the salon feeling like a million bucks!

I have gone to Lisa for.many Years. I am always so pleased with how my hair color turns out and the cut that Lisa does.

No one holds a candle to Lisa! My hair always looks amazing when she gets her hands on it! The salon is not overcrowded or impersonal like so many others. I´ll never go anywhere else!

This was not a good experience or cut. She didn’t wash my hair, and I received a different cut than I came in for. The cut on my bangs is worse than I have given myself or received elsewhere. Very disappointing and expensive.

I called and last minute got an appointment, they squeezed me in on a Saturday afternoon which is unheard of. When I first walked in, I was greeted by the sweet receptionist and offered coffee, tea, or water. I then received the best haircut of my life (not exaggerating) by the nicest lady, Jesse! She did an amazing job and gave me exactly what I asked for and more. Will be coming back for all my hair needs, and recommending to everyone I know.

I saw Sarah a few weeks ago and all I can say is WOW! She did a wonderful job, and I love my hair! As for the salon, it's so cute inside and all of their employees are so polite. Highly recommend Ecco Salon if you're looking for a salon in the Nashville/Franklin area!

I wasn't looking forward to going to a salon during a pandemic, but I hadn't had a haircut in a year so it was long overdue. That said, my experience at Ecco was great. My stylist (Courtney) was really friendly and super on top of preventative measures (wearing a mask, sanitizing etc.) and she did a fantastic job on my hair.

I am from out of town and had to reschedule my appointment FOUR TIMES! But Jesse was so patient. When I arrived she went over exactly what I wanted for color and cut. The results were amazing! I had a wonderful shampoo as well. Jesse is expert in her service and is such a nice person as well. Thank you thank you for a wonderful experience!

Emily did a great job! Perfect balayage, exactly what I wanted! The studio was clean and everyone was so friendly. Great experience.

Lisa is an artist and a color expert! I am slowly transitioning to gray hair and I wanted the transition to be subtle. Lisa talked me through the process, recommended a color, and a combination of low and high lights. The process was extensive-it took 3 hours! When it was done, the look was perfect! Very natural, healthy, shiny. As my gray grows in, I will only need touch-ups from time to time. I am so grateful that I found Lisa and Ecco Salon. I had an excellent experience in every way.

I've been going to this salon for years now with good reason. Maggie cuts my hair better than anyone evet has. Ever. Period. She listens, gives feedback when solicited, and is just so knowledgeable. She's also a fantastic human being. The Ecco staff is so friendly and the atmosphere is cool. Love this salon!
