Dr Chad Richardson and his lovely nurse (I need to get her name!) are AMAZING, I've been going there for a few months and I have NEVER been disappointed. They are very kind and considerate and they are ALWAYS professional and on time if not early! They are doing a great job as a team and individuals. The front desk has always been kind to me as well! They have just gone above and beyond!

My son and I both go to MMC. Chad Richardson and Dr. Mangus are great at what they do and I would recommend them to anyone.

Dr. Chad Richardson was very thorough and explained why he did not want to drain the fluid from my ear at this visit. He believes it will correct on its on in a few more weeks so does not want to damage my eardrum unless he absolutely has to. So we wait and see.

Very good experience overall from front desk to checkout. Very welcoming and friendly staff. Chad and Erin were easy to talk to and answered all my questions.

The entire visit was extremely efficient from the check-in process, to seeing the Dr, to doing a couple of necessary tests, back to see the Dr, follow-ups given, and check out process. I’m not sure I have ever been to a Dr. Visit that everyone involved in each step was super time efficient, considerate, covered everything including what to expect with each step of the visit as they walked me through it. I had even previously told my son to grab a ride home from school as I was at least 30 min away from the school and there was no way I could get in and out of a Dr. Visit in time. I was wrong, and was even 30 min earlier than I needed to be to get him picked up! Very grateful for the amazing and efficient staff as they really seem to run a great system here!

Chad was very positive, clear, and simple in our discussions concerning the situation with my injured/broken nose. After our discussion, I was much more positive about how to proceed with my situation, and had a clear non-disturbed mind.
I was very appreciative that the MMC ENT office staff was able to get me seen by Chad the same day I called (12/15/22).
Another facility, that was locally recommended from my local hospital release papers on 12/10/22 would not see me any sooner than 1/15/23. I would have been worried/concerned about my condition's next steps for a another 4 weeks.

I thought doctor Richardson Was very good From the minute I saw him I am so glad that I got in to See him And look forward to coming back for my visit on December 22.

Chad always behaves in a professional and caring manner. I come in for treatment every few months and the experience is always positive. The ENT support staff are also helpful and kind.

Dr. Richardson was excellent! He was extremely attentive and understood what I needed. We couldn’t clear up my problem in one session but that was in no way his fault, his staff was excellent as well, very courteous aside from one receptionist who was talking loudly in the office about some family issues, I felt that was unprofessional, but they could’ve just been having a bad day! It happens. That is the only reason I dock one star. Not at all for Dr. Richardson, he was great and I’d be happy to see him again.

Chad was very professional and knew what he was doing. He answered every question I asked him during my visit.

Dr. Richardson seen my twin toddlers. He is amazing with kids, extremely patient, and informative. I ask a lot of questions and he made sure I completely understood the best options available and the details around it.
MMC has the best providers hands down.

Richardson was absolutely wonderful with my child who has anxiety while visiting the doctor’s office. He is always kind and very informative.
