Very bad experience because of the sales associate dealing with us.
Her name is Samantha, and she is the rudest person I have experienced. Constantly making rude faces as if she is fed up dealing with the customers. This is not expected or justified at all! Zero customer service.

Update: the store is redeeming itself in my opinion. They accepted a return of some jeans purchased last fall, with no receipt, for store credit. It's inconvenient to have to go into a store to make a return but they're pretty generous with coupons and returns/ exchanges.
The posted store hours on their main sign and on Google said they were open. When I arrived at the store at 2: 00 PM on a Saturday, there was a printed sign saying they were closed. There were people busy in the store but they couldn't take the item I wanted to return. They said they'd be open tomorrow. But I already wasted time driving over. I'll just send it back and stop ordering from Carter's.
