Super Clean Tunnel Wash

Revised down from 5 stars. I have used these guys for years and want to give them a good review. However, their equipment malfunctioned and caused me to collide with another car. I was supposed to hear from management within a few days. Three weeks later, I contacted them about it and still crickets. Also, I have been by three times this week to add another car to the plan, but all three times have been told that they are too busy right now to add me. I dunno.

This place is a joke. Two different times my pass opened the gate next to me. Somehow this is my fault. They made me pull around and come in to apply for a "re-wash". Then yesterday I did not know that my anual wash expired and they told me they did not have anybody available to renew it. So I would have to purchase my wash. I pay a year at a time for the savings. No thanks!

They charged me after I canceled my account. My car has been wrecked. Then they told me I had canceled it at a future time… what? ! It’s not even that time yet I canceled it last week. I want a refund for my $30 of nothing.

The car wash tunnel brushes didn't reach or wash parts of my 1998 GMC truck, along the back quarter panels, both sides, my truck was NOT Super Clean. I don't understand why, what happened, I didn't notice until about 15 minutes later. I went back, asked to go through again, simple enough, had my receipt, attendant looked at the truck and agreed but told me 'policy' wasn't to let a vehicle go through again if it had already exited the property.what? 20 minutes ago? Receipt in hand? Well, one star, that's how I feel about it.

My fiancé took his Rav there and when he came out of the wash there was still a layer of dust and he could write on it. Ridiculous what’s the point of a car wash if it doesn’t wash the car. And you never give my dog treats either. Just for show much?

Went through the car wash here with my new car. Left with scratches all down the passenger side and hood. When I called to speak to them they said it wasn’t their issue. Horrible quality wash

If you have a pickup go elsewhere, they turn off all the top brushes. Car wash should be half price then right?

Very nice, clean, newer facility. Young man greeted me as I entered the driveway approach. I was impressed that it also has attendants at the entry to spray your vehicle prior to entering the wash. Not all local wash facilities have that service. Was a little disappointed with the wash results for the rear of my vehicle. There was significant dirt remaining in that area. Maybe a 2nd run through the wash would take care of it.

Paid for the expensive wash and the back and sides of my vehicle were still dirty. I even tipped the guys!

The cost is decent, but everytime I still have dirt on my car. I wish they had people at the end to dry your car.

I joined the car wash club. Two of our vehicles are in the club. The second vehicle is half price. We can get each car washed once per day. We had an issue with the wash bending the front plate on 1 vehicle. Super Clean provided a cover for the plate at no cost to us. The car wash includes vacuums you can you and towels to finish the drying process. If you have heavy bug debry on the front of your vehicle they have a solution to help remove it. Great place.

Came there with muddy inner finder wells and left with all the mud still there.same with bugs on the front bumper pre wash is terrible not worth the money

They did a fantastic job on cleaning my car and the bug filled front after a long road trip. The employee helped me choose a proper wash then advised me of a BOGO half off wash offer that I could use later. (I used it the next day after traveling in dirt roads).

Very good vacuums post wash. I would definitely recommended this car wash and would get a monthly plan if I lived in the area.

Bought the yearly pass. Friendly staff, free towels after the wash, and vacuuming stations are excellent!

So easy to just drive through and get a car wash with my monthly pass. Today the guys saw my front plate was bent and gave me a cover for free so it doesn’t happen again. Thank you for great business practices!

Great convenient car wash. A clean car is a must for me. Being able to pull up and 5-10 min later I’m on the road with a clean car is amazing. Great value pay one price and wash as much as you want! I’m here 3 days a week minimum!

Shout out to customer service hero-of-the-day who recognized me as a paying member. I was about to pay for a wash on a replacement car I was driving while waiting for my usual truck which is in the shop getting repairs. Rather than letting me pay for a new wash, he told me he would temporarily transfer my membership to my replacement truck until my usual truck is back in business. Thank you Zach! You made a loyal customer out of me! If I could leave 10 stars I would. So impressed. Great wash, great employees who have the right customer focused attitude.

I wasn't impressed.looks fancy but I've been to way better carwashes in rapid for less money and a better wash. Also noticed that all one star reviews says it's disgruntled employee, I doubt it lol. I see alot 5 star reviews that have created other reviews the same day or only 2 reviews that are only for this carwash. Seems a little fishy to me.

Worst carwash in town. Go to parkway if you want your car cleaned, good service and 24 hour vacuums

I usually go to Parkway Carwash but I decided to try this one out and I wasn't impressed, my rims didn't get clean at all, my wheel wells were still muddy and the dryers didn't get my car anywhere near dry. Very dissatisfied

Fun colors but that's about it. They have dog treats sitting out but never offer any to my dog whom is with me everytime I go through the wash car never gets fully cleaned either

This car wash and staff are amazing! My car is sparkling clean every time. The vacuums are convenient and powerful.

I have gone here 3 times to get my car cleaned and everytime I've gone it has never cleaned my car, I do not recommend at all.

I have monthly rate, it's awesome just pull in and get your vehicle clean. Every day if you want, staff is great always willing to help.
