Subway

I sent my boyfriend to get a great garlic and I texted him specifically what I wanted. To my surprise he showed up with a roast beef sandwich, the great garlic is chicken and bacon. I figured they were new and called to rectify my hunger. The girl who answered the phone said she would get the manager and put the phone down. I heard her telling the manager and she said I bet is that girl that just left god. She came back in the phone and snobbishly said she would be with me in one minute and asked if I was Stacey by chance. I said I was not. When she eventually came back to the phone I just said I had my spouse come get a great garlic and it was roast beef. She argued with me that it was roast beef and I said not it’s chicken and bacon, it’s the only sandwich I get there and if you look on the menu it never been roast beef. Then she said she would be happy to remake it if I have the receipt which they “have” to put on the bag but if I don’t have it then she can’t. She repeated this three times with a foul attitude. I literally had to interrupt her and ask if I could speak. I have never talked to a manager so incompetent and disrespectful in my life. She should not be in a management position at all. She tried to make excuses saying they were busy and had catering orders and I just asked if being busy was the reason they don’t know their own menu? Subway was one of my favorites to get on my lunch but I definitely won’t be returning to this one anytime soon. We’re human, mistakes happen, but the way this was handled is just too much for me to want to ever have to deal with again. I hope they get rid of her and straighten up that place, what a shame.

Subway has fallen to shambles the past few years. The food is average at best, the customer service here was terrible, and the place was dirty. My veggies were thrown onto my wrap, and the wrap itself was just hastily rolled up and stuffed into a bag. The two ladies working were not very nice at all. I think I'm officially giving up on Subway.

The young lady that I spoke with was quite helpful. She even told us about some places to visit and best places to eat. Thank you so very much for your help.

Got take out messed up two of my three sandwiches pretty bad. I have came here quite often but I'm done.hire people that can read maybe they can put the right things on the sandwiches. 4 people working too.sad and ridiculous

On July 3rd 2023 at about 6: 15 PM As I walked in to the store the employee didn't even acknowledge me as she walked towards the back area, it was obvious she did not want to serve me was it because I was white and she was black I don't know but she was talking to someone else trying to get them to take care of me. The worse part was that she didn't even try to hide the fact that she did not want to serve me. This has ruined my experience with subway. How sad.

Worst costumer service I’ve never experience. Did an online order for two subs they messed up both so we went back in they said one sub wasn’t right they fixed it going all they way back home and the second sub that they said was right was indeed not so we go back in immediately before saying anything to me they call the manager end up waiting around for her to get there when she got instantly started being rude to by saying she had to come back in over a piece of cheese at 8: 30 but it was they whole sandwich was none of the vegetable's where on it they started to make a new one still being rude and calling me names ended up just walking out whole time out the calling me names and being rude

The sandwiches are always great. The variety of breads and toppings are always fresh. The service is always top-notch at the one I frequent.

Very rude worker. Completely ignored us waiting while he finished up a to go order and then he came out to the lobby and straightened some things and then went back to the back room without saying one word to us. We will not go there again.

Let's be honest. This isn't an artisanal deli shop. It's Subway. If you haven't had Subway by now, honestly, this is probably not a place for your hoity toity sensibilities.
But if you have.and you want a well managed, clean, run-with-pride establishment; this is the Subway you are looking for.
They did recently discontinue Swiss cheese, which I don't appreciate that decision not being run by me. But I'll get over it. And so will you.
They did remove their specialty Teas. And that was unacceptable.
But again. You go for the sandwich. We'll survive.

Other than the fact that the music was so loud you couldn't have a conversation without yelling (literally) it was a good experience

Worst place ever management rather make money then give you a refund when your are not happy with there service and was forced to pay for a order that was wrong not once but twice
