OD discount ink isn't filled up completely, it's the only ink I've gotten that hasn't even lasted a month. I run 2 printers so it's used little. Other refill inks will last me 3-4 months. After 1st time I got a free one with my empties, but did same thing, less than a month. DO NO TBUY Their discount brand, some don't even work

Heidi and her colleagues were knowledgeable about the current deals and products, offered assistance and made suggestions for products that I wanted to see. Heidi was helpful and courteous. She really went above and beyond to create a memorable shopping experience.

Needed a copy of current automotive user manual with only scanty info & outdated flash drive to provide to Colin, the store representative in print dept. He located updated manual & arranged for immediate printing & pickup. Great job!

The associate wasn't knowledgable about the store's product or its LOCATION. I did get a deal because I found it online first, but 50% of the chairs listed online was not available. Still, 50% off a decent chair.

I needed some office supplies on a Saturday afternoon. Of course I went to Office Depot/Office Max where absolutely every gal and guy were helpful, pleasant and knowledgeable!

Great store. Convenient location. The staff is very helpful whether I'm buying cables or having items printed. Excellent place to have prints made, including extra large sizes.

This place hits a home run when it comes to customer service. They also have a great printing service in addition to great products. Great for work at home people like me.

Upon entering the store I was greeted & assisted by Ren. He was fabulous. So eager and helpful, as well as very knowledgable. It was refreshing to see such excellent, above & beyond customer service! Which is so rare these days.

Chris, the store manager, was very helpful in ordering my toner cartridges for my HP color laser MFP M283 fdw printer/copier. She even gave me the expected date when they would arrive at my home, which is a blessing in itself. I won't have to make a second trip into town to pick them up.

Friendly open atmosphere, clean store, fairly good selection at reasonable prices for office and school products. Highly recommend

I needed something printed out and stood there for like a good two minutes standing next to your employees while they talked and joked around and ignored me. I just needed something to get printed out but still. They helped me but a nice hello or something would’ve been nice. The old man up front on the register didn’t even help me but had better customer service.

Andrew helped us out in the 11th hours by printing my niece's wedding programs. I will be forever grateful to him for that.

Had to come in to get the handouts for my dad's funeral made. They did a great job. Printed a test print to make sure it's what I wanted. Price per sheet was a little high compared to competitors, but overall they did a great job.

I recently visited Office Depot in RC to purchase a new printer. As I headed for the brand I normally buy, an employee, Jorge, asked if I needed help and I explained about the printer. He asked me to look at another brand and pointed out several factors that convinced me that I should buy the other brand. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. My new printer ink lasts much longer and is less expensive. A very good deal. Everyone in this store is attentive to the shoppers and very helpful. Store manager Chris is doing a great job in retaining wonderful employees.

Madison was extremely helpful and knowledgeable with my project. Very happy with the customer service and the shopping experience at Office Depot. The associates treat me like a valued customer. Will definitely go back!

I've always dreaded going into your store because the employees are generally lacking in knowledge and seem apathetic. Customer service has always left a whole lot to be desired.
However, yesterday Cody provided ineffably professional, helpful, and courteous assistance. He was an extremely proficient assistant.

I want to thank Cody this evening for going above and beyond in his customer service! As the older lady in glasses simply left me standing at the printer still unsure and did a complete drive by on me with a run by comment: (Cody took one literally one minute to help me with my purchase of a gift card and made sure I was completely satisfied! Thanks so much to him that I’m able to hand in my printed documents! Something so kind and simple went a long way in my world! I hope he knows that it was just not just a piece of paper it was pertaining to my whole life and my future! Great service! Happy tears! Proud rewards member because of people like Cody when I could have easily went next door and used my neighbors printer for free! Thanks again for being above and beyond! I felt like a human! ;)

If you want to get something printed you have to use the self serve printer which is fine for people who have card payments but for those who use cash there is a minimum of 2.50 to get something printed by the workers. I went in this morning to use the self serve printer, it didn’t print what I needed so the employee printed it off behind the desk. Well the minimum charge was 2.50. So I paid 2.50 for 2 sheets of paper. It is such a rip off to those who use cash and/or when the self serve printer doesn’t print what you need. I will NOT be going back to Office Depot again. Screw that company.

Lisa at the Copy and Print station was very helpful. She caught a spelling error that I had missed on my wedding invitations. She helped make sure that the problem got fixed before they were printed. Her attitude was super friendly and a delight to talk to!
