I want to send a shout out to one of the employees that delivers in the Rapid City/Hill City area. His first name is Damien. This guy amazes me as he always is so friendly and hustles all the time. He parked on the highway and ran down to our ranch to deliver a package this morning -7 temp just because he saw my husband getting ready to plow. He senses where my packages go since I run a business out of my home. Some items are left on the front porch, some by the garage. I appreciate him doing this!

Juxtaposition being what it is, FedEx consists of some of the hardest working men and women in the country. Working hard to make sure you get your devices, furnishings, sculptures and less safe for work purchases. The hours are no different than a full days of work, at any other dull time job - but seeing the sights and getting well versed in territory would be a benefit, don't you think?

Packages consistently arrive damaged. Get email notices that deliveries were attempted, driver never rang the bell or left a slip. Horrible customer service. Lady behind the counter at the terminal is extremely rude.

Took forever, package was locked in a truck so I couldn't even pick it up, while everyone else was still delivering. I paid double for FedEx to do 2 day, it arrived a day early, but I couldn't even get it until it was delivered almost a week late.

The staff is always nice to me when I need to ship something out or have an issue with delivery. I wish I could say the same about their 1-800 number though.

Good company great people independently own facility contracted by fed ex. Wonderful management which helped my learn the ropes till an unfortunate series of events causee to have to leave back to new York. Highly suggest working for them if the opportunity arrises

Horrible Customer Service. When asked why they didn't come back during the posted hours on the door. I was told that they don't have time to run all over town. In that case what is there job.
