I looked at a vehicle here and Justin V was very easy to work with. Even though I ended up not purchasing a vehicle, Justin provided the best experience I’ve had at a dealership. There was no pressure to buy like I’ve experienced at other places, and I felt like he actually had my best interest in mind. I truly hope to do business with Autoland in the future.

Aaden did an amazing job helping me with my first car. He instructed me, in detail, through everything I asked plus some! The process was very smooth and I am grateful for his help! I definitely recommend this dealership.

The staff is amazing and especially helpful every time I go in for my oil changes. I highly recommend them. I’ve had no troubles with my new jeep since I’ve bought it 4 years ago.

Potential buyer from out of state and asked for detailed pictures. Justin sent very candid pictures with blemishes and imperfections close up. I really appreciated his transparency. Not the car for me, but would work with Justin anytime.

People were nice but, took it car in to get the window fixed due to some connections and they broke our clips on our door? They didn't even tell us. Would rate 4 stars of we were told and it was fixed for free.

Please do not fall for the information these dealers tell you.at the end they don't care about valued customers. Bought a vehicle form them winter 2022, its april 2023 and have already paid 5K in repairs. THIS SHOP IS A SCAM.in response to the comment below

I’d give zero stars if I could. Sold me an overpriced vehicle that wasn’t safe to drive, then refused to fix the issues. Always check the online price before going in, otherwise they will rip you off hundreds of dollars there too.

Eddy was very friendly and did whatever he could to get me into a vehicle. It was a quick and easy process. I will go to Eddy next time I come to autoland.

I worked with Justin who was very friendly and did not make me feel pressured. He also was very helpful with sending me additional information and pictures on the vehicle I would later buy. I am very happy with the vehicle as well. Runs and drives great even though it was a pre-auction so it was sold “as is” Would definitely recommend and will be going back

My first car purchase at auto land. Charlie was helping us with trade in. He is patient and do such a good job. I would like to work with him again in the future if I looking to purchasing car.

I've purchased 2 vehicles from Autoland in the past 5 years, and both times my experience was perfect. Preston was my first salesmen and Aaden was my second. Both of them hardly felt like salesmen as they treated me like I was a VIP client. All questions were fairly answered, pricing was great, no pushy tactics, etc. I always recommend Autoland when someone asks me where to get a new vehicle!

I asked about ANY issues before driving to get the vehicle. I was told there were none. The front right had hit something and the bumper paint, turn signal & light all had damage, something had been attached to the dash and there are two spots where the dash was destroyed & there are suspension issues with the front end. NONE of these were mentioned. DON'T TRUST what they tell you!

Justin was great to work with, listened to our questions and concerns, and went out of his way to find us a truck we loved.

I would like to modify my previous review of this dealership. I received communication from the manager, Joe today. He was not aware of all of the issues my son could not move forward with the buying process. He did refund me the entire deposit that was put down on a vehicle, which he did not have to do since it was held for a few days for us. It just took extra time for him to reach out due to unforeseen circumstances. As a result, I am modifying my review. I would recommend this dealership to everyone and I will do business with him in the future! Thanks, Joe!

Went along with my brother in law to search for a SUV and had a great experience after looking at a couple other dealerships. Justin V was our salesperson and did a great job. Knew his info on the cars such as gas mileage and pros and cons of each model and make. Adam K, manager was also great to work with too! We were also blown away too by how easy it was to apply for a loan and completed the whole transaction in an hr and half. Other places in the past would take 4 to 5 hrs to complete. Bought two vehicles from here, both had issues. I was very pleased with the way I was treated when I showed up to look for a vehicle and thought they were very professional. I bought my first vehicle and was happy for about 2 weeks until I went on vacation. The car started smoking from the front wheels I stopped at dealership to get it checked and was told I hade serious break and rotor issues and they were shocked it was sold to me in that condition. When called them I was told sorry nothing we can do for you since I had already purchased it, then was told to bring it to them for repairs only. Out of state kinda hard, beside just purchases so should not be getting major repairs anyway.fixed at dealership, not autoland. Made the mistake of giving them another try after paying off my car. This time I was talked into an extended warranty, which by the way was a joke just extra money. And was assured that it was for future problems and new car was riggulsly inspected. Puchased and bam, not two weeks later issues with car again. Once again would not take car of issue even tho I just purchased, was again told to bring to them for repairs at hi cost. The knowingly sale cars with issues and then tell you your problem but will fix it at a cost. Do not purchase a vehicle here unless you want to put alot of repair costs into it shortly after purchase. Made this mistake twice, never again.

Overall my experience was decent. I wasn’t too pressured into anything & for the most part, Clay was helpful with any questions I had. I was a bit disappointed when I reached out to him less than 24 hrs after my purchase with some vehicle problems & was basically told it’s on me to fix them now. I felt as if I had been sold a vehicle with known problems. I am satisfied with my vehicle however I am not pleased that I ran into problems on day 1 of having it.

Tried to trade in my Durango for a Fusion but was told it “wouldn’t work out” then they tried to push a different vehicle on me that I didn’t want or like. It smelled like cat litter on top of it. My guess is that the vehicle they were so adamant about has been there for awhile and they just want it sold. I felt like all of my questions were avoided and they never told me what my trade in was worth. Two stars because they respond quickly.

The guys were very helpful in giving me the loaner on a weekend, Rochelle was wonderful explaining everything and getting my car in right away. The guys did a great job fixing everything needed and I was also explained pricing! This is my second car bought from Autoland, I won't go anywhere else.

They won't stick to there word about working on the vehicle and once they look at the vehicle for anything they say that it's going to cost 3,000 dollar and then oh wait it's gunna cost more than that to fix a transmission which how how is it to take the old one out and put another one back in for $3,000 but they go back on there word and don't go there for anything cuz they don't want to do good work either way cuz they are poor people to have work on something so please don't go there

Drove from Minneapolis to buy a car here, overall the experience was pretty good. Justin was responsive and the negotiating process was smooth enough. Upon arrival the car was ready and the paperwork prepared. We ran into a couple bumps in the road after delivery, but eventually got things worked out with management. I would buy from them again!

Absolutely great place to be. I’ve been to quite a few shops for various different things but this place stood out for sure. The people here were all very knowledgeable and friendly… any parts they needed they had brought in same day! Got me squared away for my long drive back to school and I couldn’t be any more thankful. I recently had my vehicle detailed at Autoland and I was amazed at the results. The customer service and communication was great and my vehicle looks new again! I would recommend their services to anyone.

Sales team lures you in like they care about helping you find a nice vehicle, but once the sale is made it's "bye, bye. " They knowingly hide issues, and issues you find, say they will fix at a later date. But they won't! Had the service dept.charge me for work I asked for, but they never did. They have lost my business and all those I tell. Very unscrupulous practices.

UPDATE: One of the agreements to purchasing the vehicle was (at my expense) to replace the running boards. Today found the drivers side running board with a bunch of missing hardware, making it unstable. This is totally unacceptable and dangerous. The vehicle was purchased just 3 months ago and I have missing hardware? ! I stress (again) stay away from this dealership and their service dept.

Place was cleaned, AC. Looked at an Infinity. Clean. Test drive was nice. Our rep was awesome. Would definitely go back. Beverage offered.friendly service.

Thomas was awesome and helped me find the perfect fit for me. They also gave me a great price on my trade! The process was smooth, fast and I never felt pressured to buy. Zero stars if i could. Do not do business here! Will sell you a car with problems and then say they will take care of them after purchase. The manager also has no need/want to help you after you purchase the vehicle.

DO NOT SHOP HERE! Would give zero stars if possible.the car i bought it was suppose to be a new and long lasting vehicle, and since day one there has been problem after problem with the car. I take the car over to get it checked out and they wont fix anything without charging me an arm and a leg, you would think they would fix these problems considering its been less then 2 weeks, I refuse to give them any more business. I will just take my car to a good mechanic and get everything they wont fix, fixed. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THESE GUYS, CARS HAVE PROBLEMS AND THEY WONT WORK WITH YOU TO FIX THEM! Manager even had the nerve to say "after i sell you a car i have no obligation to help you" it is no longer my problem.

I found an awesome vehicle and was helped greatly by Eddy, a week later I noticed my brakes made a funny noise, I called and spoke with Kyle who got me into their shop right away. They have a great team and three weeks later my car is running perfectly!

Eddy was very helpful and did everything he could to help us find a reliable vehicle. I showed up after having both of my vehicles die on me within a week and he made sure I left with a reliable car that I could afford. The entire staff was very helpful from the beginning of the process to the end. I will definitely be going back to Autoland for my next vehicle purchase.

Couldnt be more happy with the service we received throughout the buying process aaden and kyle were great no pressure what so ever aaden even put a hold on the car we were looking at so we could figure things out the next day.we will definitely b back to get other cars! Thomas and the finance guy were very nice and easy to work with. The negotiation process was good, however after agreeing to the price my credit Union advised me that I did not get a very good deal. I also have to spend $125.00 on a rental car to drive 5 hours to go pick it up. I should of talked to my bank first.

I recently bought a car from Autoland and Kyle and Eddy were great to work with and financing was easy, I didn’t think I would get approved but I did and my payment are not bad either.

I got a cash offer for one of my vehicles through Kelley Blue Book and they sent me to this dealer in Sioux Falls. They looked and they honored my offer and within 20 minutes I had a check in my hand. It was one of the easiest things I've ever had to do. I highly recommend that this dealer. They are fast and friendly and they have their act together! And it looks like my super cool car is going to be in their showroom in the next few days.

Last time I visited this lot I had very poor experience that we will never come back. I was looking at specific car online, so I wanted to check it out in person. When I went there car wasn't anywhere to be found. (this happen couple other visits on THE SAME CAR) this time we talked to older gentlemen who looks like he just got done riding a horse. I asked him to see the car and he started looking for it. He walked us around the building and in the back rooms and service dept.after 10 min of us looking for a car with the sales rep he said ooh car is not here yet. Okay first of all as a sales rep you should know all your cars (inventory) and what's coming. (its not that hard you don't have 3000 cars on your lot) Second why is that car online on every website if dealer don't have it yet on the lot? Very poor move by management, it should say "coming soon" not as like you have car to show or sell? The attitude of this sale rep was horrible. His knowledge about used cars is 0. Saying to customers 'I have been doing this for 30 years' doesn't make you look good. Sometimes you will have customers walk on the lot knowing more than you about that make and model. Always be friendly and try to learn or teach your customers, NOT to tell them with piss poor attitude. Its very disappointing as seems like nice place to possible do business but not anymore. I will not be returning here and I will not recommend this place to my friends and family.

Eddy was great to work with, he was honest and transparent about the vehicle I was buying. Personable and easy to get along with. I never felt that they cared more about making the sale than me purchasing a safe and reliable vehicle. Eddy called right away when they got a vehicle in that matched my want/needs. On top of having a solid inventory of vehicles, they also provide service if something goes wrong. I would highly recommend looking for your next vehicle here!

My kid bought a car here and was totally taken advantage of.paint started peeling off a couple weeks after purchase! Brought to local body shop and was told there was recent work done to it but not correctly.staff at auto land were very rude and will not stand behind it! BUYER BEWARE

Only giving one star because it can’t go any lower. Worst. Dealer. Ever. I can’t begin to explain how excited I was leaving there yesterday inches away from owning a minivan, to have it ripped from our hands not even a minute before we were finished figuring out the financing. They told us last night that they would put a finance hold on it. But failed to tell us that as soon as we needed a co-signer that the finance hold was null and void. Over 12 hours of our time wasted because of their manager. Sales guy Aeden was great, but everything else about them sucks. Don’t ever buy a vehicle from there. I know I won’t ever be going back. Which sucks for them, because I have 4 kids who are all going to need vehicles in the near future.

I'm kinda sad I got completely ignored by Preston after I put in my credit application so I sent him a message and got a reply about seeing about a vehicle there. He was going to check on it and get back to me and never did. I guess i should be thankful that I didnt waste more time by going out there and spending hours and hours looking and driving vehicles.

I was actively trying to buy a van from these guys when the finance guy calls me and ask me if I have my finances in order. I told him that I was waiting for a phone call it will be just 1 second and while I was on the phone with him, I got my finances all figured out. He told me sorry I'm selling it to someone else because this person is right here in front of me. I will never go there again. They lost my business forever. I will say that my salesmen Aaden was awesome. Hopefully he sells somewhere else so I can buy from him!
