A&A Express

I nvr worked for aa express but I did for the vice president at another place. And he was such a awesome person helped me in ways I thought no one could. We joked around about our height I'm 5foot2 and he's like 6 foot. Such a good person. Merry Christmas to you all.

I've been in this industry for 32 years. I've seen the good and the bad. I was very skeptical about working for a large company, considering I've mostly worked for Mom and Pop companies. I came aboard at the beginning of August. I have nothing bad to say about A&A, I do my job, and they do theirs. Never been disrespected or talked down to. Wish I would have done this years ago. Thanks A&A.

Recruiters are nothing but a bunch of lier's.
Was told I had the job. Go ahead and give your notice. Two days later they call me and tell me it's a no go. I talked to a lawyer and should have sued these people.
So don't go here. Because they will leave you swinging in the wind.
The lady recruiter was right down rude and nasty when she called me back and then didn't give me a chance to ask why just slammed the phone down. Tryed calling her back and she blocked my number.
I tryed calling the main office and that was just as rude and hateful as she was. So if that's the way they treat people glad I didn't go there. Travis Maddox

Don't work here. They lie to get you in than don't give you the Miles they promise. Watch out no good. The bad reviews are true. They blame you for not getting the miles they promise you.

Stay far away from this company. They will keep your last check from you. Mine was 5000 bucks. They would not give me a reason for the theft and eventually stop taking my calls

I've been driving for A&A Express for roughly 5 plus years. I would easily recommend A&A Express to any driver wanting a better experience over the road.

October 29th 2022. Truck 1768, a lady driver at that. 3 ft off my back bumper. 3 ft. At 65 mph. Your driver's going to earn themselves at 6 ft deep hole, real soon. That's just asking for trouble.

A&A is second to no one in the trucking industry. Starting with the Recruting department, you will be treated as a person not a number. The hotel they put you up in for orientation is clean and inviting. The head office is filled with the friendliest and nicest people that you will find. Also they give you all the tools you need to make money. And their loads all pay above the standard. If you can’t make money here, then your doing something wrong. And their dispatchers will keep you running and making money. I have never been with a company that I made money going home for hometime.

Horrible, low pay, leave you hanging. If you want to wait over a month for them to MAYBE hire you, apply here.

You won't find a better place to work as a company driver or as an Lesse operator. Great support team in the office. All these comments about cheap loads are because rookies don't understand the flow of the market. All these comments about not getting miles and not making money? Maybe they just didn't put in the effort themselves. I'm on pace to gross $400,000 this year. I netted $4500 on thiscweeks settlement. The support, the miles and the money are here if you do your part.

I'm looking for additional parties for a class action lawsuits in regards to payroll manipulation, theft of wage and lease misclassification. If you have experienced a situation that's applicable to the formation issues post "class action" in the comments. Let's parley and see if we can't get something going

I'm impressed, following a slew of inconsistencies A&A has been there and consistently meets/exceeds week to week. I don't believe in 5 star ratings because everyone has room to improve. However, This family is close. Since January of 2020

My husband worked for them everything seemed to be going well until he was due his sign on bonus that he never got, during his 6 months of employment with them he was given 2 trucks each of which broke down several times which compromised our finances we could never seem to get ahead and then the last time it broke down they refused to pay him breakdown pay. We went broke trying to make a career with this company

I'm not even sure where the bad reviews are coming from. A&A Express hired me in April of 2021 and I can truthfully say that they are a huge step up from where I came from. Everything that recruiting all the way to dispatch have told me have been promises kept and I got more than I bargained for. I ended up in a fairly nice truck that is well worth the price and they've worked with me to keep me paid from day one. Again, not sure how they have bad reviews unless there were just drivers whom couldn't cut it here. And cheap freight? You'd be hard pressed to pull anything under $2.00 a mile here. That's been rare since I've been here.

Crooks and thieves, don’t waste your time here. Loads are cheap and ain’t worth it. Guys here struggle. Don’t let them lie to you. As an owner op know your worth.

Unlike Gee Cee's perception of the lease/operator program, I found A&A and Tel to be extremely straightforward, accommodating and helpful through the qualification and delivery process. Even now, with a global equipment shortage. Felicia, Brandon, Betty and countless others, seem to have a genuine interest in my success as a "partner" in this program. Looking forward to a long, profitable and fun relationship with A&A Express.

This company is a scam.
They’re not looking to give lease purchase options but will pretend they are. They really are seeking company drivers. They just won’t let you know.
1. They take up your application and inform you you’re qualified for lease purchase.
2. The recruiter (in my case, Wendy King) sends you a link asking you to apply for a credit check to be done by TELeasing. Once you do, then comes the twist.
3. TELeasing says you’re not qualified based on some obscure employment history issue. You point out they got their facts wrong on that claim and then ask them, along with the recruiter (who at this point feigns surprise at this decision to deny the lease purchase) “wonders” why something that A&A express claims is not grounds to disqualify one for lease purchase, noting employment history has nothing to do with your credit profile or credit rating. Silence. The employment history question is something that they initially claimed I lacked experience in doing the work I was applying for and upon realizing that’s not true, they then claim they’ll get back to me after conferring amongst themselves - they never do so thereafter.
4. Then the kicker comes: “well, how about you come work for us as a company driver? ” (Both Wendy and her supervisor, Brandon, will stick to this line moving forward).
So this isn’t a company really offering lease purchase as they’ve advertised.
Be ready to deal with getting a hard inquiry off your credit profile that was sourced on a pretense. And if you ask TELeasing (Bobby and a very rude person called Felicia) about addressing this hard inquiry they’re doing for A&A express through deception, you’ll be referred to A&A express who then refer you back to TELeasing. Like a ping pong ball.

I have been here since 2017 the longest I have ever worked for any company. That's saying alot because I can be a male diva at times lol. If you can drive safely and you have good communication skills, this is a great place in your Trucking career. Great teammates awesome dispatch and I don't have to wait forever for a response if I need lumper fees or repairs. I am not going anywhere and they are not paying me to say this either lol

Too big of a company, have to call someone different for each place you go. First two loads i was given with this company were not given ample time to pick up. The dispatchers don't seem too smart. A lot of the issue is me but even then. Give me Loads from the start that would be late right away. Thats called ignorance. More dispatchers, load planners, means more people to lie to you. Cheat the driver by not telling them the truth. Especially with appointment times to not pay detention time. The handbook isn't updated properly either. First 2 loads given were because they were in a "bind", so they give it to the new driver. One dispatcher called it a "favor". All that means as a driver your screwed. Will post updates if I receive my only check.

Yesterday I called your dispatch to explain what happened with one of your drivers, that almost killed me. If he would have hit me, bad things would have happened. The driver was driving aggressively and carelessly. I called today again and no one is taking this serious. I did send the video from my dash cam. If there is no actions taken I will report this video to the DOT.
