Food was good, inside was HOT like no air-conditioning, machines were down, staff worked like they we're lost

Accidentally ordered at this location on the app and no one would answer to cancel my order. Keep my money I guess

This location is the worst Bojangles I’ve ever dealt with. They mess up our order every time and instead of apologizing they stare at you blankly as if they don’t understand. Food quality is always hit or miss and customer service is absolute trash.

Arrived at the drive thru at 4: 57 pm. Parking lot was empty and the lobby was closed. Even though it says online that they were open. There is a sign on the door that says they close early.

Service is horrible as well as the food, if the even remember to put what you ordered in the bag. Very understaffed and always an extended wait for sub par food. How can a restaurant that can barely get orders right have the audacity to charge extra...

Disgusting! The mash potatoes had hair and dirt in it, the wraps was served cold costing 7.99 not even worth it. 12 pcs $34.99 was disgusting. Idk who the owner of the establishment is but they need to revamp the store.
