Alex and Edgar were both friendly and professional, and we are so grateful that they were able to replace the outside fan to our furnace. After going the weekend without heat, my family is extremely happy to have it restored since we did have to wait on the part. They also spotted another issue which will be getting fixed in the next day or two. In addition, they cleaned up the area nicely after the job was completed. So happy that Gem Plumbing could accommodate us late on Friday to diagnose the problem and remedied the issue as quickly as they could the following Monday.

Mike D is the most charming and welcoming employee! My first genuinely awful experience with a restaurant in my 24 years of life I've ever experienced. At about 11: 40 I call vittos for a pickup order, I order a medium chicken bacon ranch calzone. They tell me 15 minutes. I get there at 11: 58 nearly 20 minutes after I had placed the order give or take. I get the calzone and drive all the way home I open up the box and it looks like it's fully cooked on the outside but I take one bite and a string of raw dough comes with it. I call and ask if I could get a refund and my order remade and they told me to bring the old one back and to pick up the new one. I get back and I'm greeted by the owner a gordito Italian guy who said that he was supposedly going to make the order himself but when I asked for my refund also he started getting very aggressive and out of pocket and outright refused my refund if I got the remake which most likely would be raw also being it was almost the end of the night and he told me it would take less time than the old calzone. He also asked me what I was waiting around for when I was waiting to get my money back from the woman at the register, as they were talking about me in a vulgar manner in their native language

My 2nd time there to have a root canal with Dr Laila Kari. Great experiences both times. The support staff amazing. They always go over and beyond to help out and make things pleasant and easy for you.

Editing my review. Really going to miss this place. Known Rick since I was 13 years old. Awesome place. Fish and chip is on point, wings and food is awesome. Never had an issue here IPAs on tap good drinks lots of fun and nice crowd. Rick has came a long way from just a pizza joint Definitely recommend
