Excelle! The places is beautiful and clean Every time I've been there. I love how my nails look. It could be a little pricey but I don't mind paying when i'm satisfied with my nails. It really sucks and you have to pay a lot and nails a horrible.

I left dissatisfied! Nail tech was very argumentative about the color powder I had on my nails and 7 nails in said that he could do the color I wanted. Nails were and are not even, they are still uneven. After cutting fingers I asked for someone else to complete and the guy that came over was also uninterested. When asking for other colors was told that there wasn’t any even though they were right behind them. The manager Traci stated that because they couldn’t satisfy me I could just leave. They were really rude this morning and maybe I should reconsider visiting such establishment that can’t respect or listen to the customer especially when a service is being rendered or paid for. I left with nails that i didn’t like and was very unhappy. If you walk in and feel as if your mail tech is uninterested go with your intuition and patronize another establishment.

I’m from Phoenix and I was in Tulsa for business Feb 6th 10th. It’s was an exceptionally exhausting week and I just wanted to go home. My flight wasn’t until 7: 15pm and it was only 3pm. I was by the mall and decided I needed a fill because I just wouldn’t have time over superbowl weekend. I walked in and asked.
I was helped right away by a sweet woman who was magic with gel polish!
She also used magnetic gold sparkle polish and was able to create where the sparkles went on my nails!
I also had a problem, my guy back home was kinda in a hurry and made my nails way too thick.
This sweet gal took her time and fixed them along with my cuticles that were in need of attention.
I feel horrible because I didn’t get her name to recommend her to y’all, but she knows who she is.

I really like the pedicure service here but I feel like a 20 dollar upcharge for gel is a bit steep considering gel polish cost 5-10 dollars a bottle.

I walked in and was rudely greeted. The tech who saw me didn’t speak English so he didn’t understand what i wanted and no one was able to help him. Manicure came out ok.

I am from out of state and was here on business. CT nails didn’t hesitate to take me in at 6: 30pm when I was unaware they closed at 7pm. They were super kind.
My nail tech was Quan; I can’t even begin to tell you how much I appreciate him!
He did everything exceedingly well!
I am so picky and if I lived here he would be my tech forever. Will Most definitely come back if I’m here in the State again!

I took in my 8 year old granddaughter for a child's pedi. Their Facebook page stated 10 and under was $25. Once she was seated they brought me an adult pricing list. I told them she wanted the child's pedi. They said she was a "big girl" and was too big for a child's pedi. I repeated what their Facebook page said, and they kept stating she was a big girl. Apparently there is a weight limit for child pedi's I'm guessing? !? They finally did do it for the child price. I did not walk out prior to service as she did not here what they were saying, and I was not trying to draw attention to her. I will never be back, and will tell anyone who ask for recommendations to avoid this body shaming salon at all cost.

Walked in on a Saturday at 4: 30 and was seated immediately for a mani pedi. The place was extremely clean and quiet. Diane did a wonderful job! Will definitely be returning.

Daughter and I went and had our nails done. She received a pink and white ombre set and I chose polygel with tips! Both of the girls did so wonderful! I'm always nervous to try a new place but they were super welcoming. The place is beautiful and our nails are amazing!

Beautiful facility and very good pedicure. Very polite and they also serve wine. The massage chairs are nicer than any I've seen anywhere else.

UPDATED 12-2022. I revisited this beautiful salon and had a good experience. However, less than one full day later, seven of my nails are chipping. I have not done anything to cause this. I called the salon to see what their policy was. They told me that they would charge me to repaint them and they didn't have a policy for regular nail polish. Clearly, my nails were not cleaned well before painting. I have had hundreds of manicures and this is not normal. After dropping $100 for a Mani and pedi which included a $20 tip, I am disappointed that they do not stand behind their work. I will not be going back.

I have tried so many salons and I seriously have never been so in love with my nails and the service. The owner is fantastic and they all were so kind and kept making sure I was comfortable and happy with my nails and refilling my beverage. MICHEAL is the one to go to there! You have to ask for him. He shaped my nails perfectly without cutting me and gave me the most perfect French tip and shape. I have had my nails for 3 weeks now and it barely looks grown out. Doesn’t lift. Doesn’t break. The salon is GORGEOUS. Pricing is great too! Highly recommend this place. 10/10

I’m pretty picky about my nails, I don’t like them too thick, I like them to look natural, and I love attention to detail. This place is amazing and Dianne is an amazing nail tech, I definitely recommend.

This is the absolute best nail salon I've ever been to! Alex has done my nails for many years, so I followed her here. Yes, the prices went up, but it's worth every penny. The service here is top notch and the atmosphere is very relaxing. Highly recommend it!

Men! Do yourself a favor and take your Wife to the CT Nail Lounge! I took my wife there on Saturday for Nails and a Pedicure, she was very pleased with the first class customer service she received and her nails look amazing! I also heard the secret to a happy life is a pedicure, and I could not disagree.

Love this nail salon! I just went in to get a polish change and they did a great job and they were so friendly.

I had limited time and wanted a dip manicure without an appointment. They accommodated me beautifully, were so helpful and kind, and did an impeccable job. Highly recommend.

I will never go anywhere else! They just moved to there new location and it is absolutely amazing! I havebeen seeing Tony for 6 months now he does an awesome job every time! I never have a chip or a break! I'm very busy so sometimes its 4 weeks + and they last the whole way thru. Prices went up slightly but well worth it! Highly recommend CT lounge!
