The food itself is so good. We’ve been here twice and the food is delicious and hits the spot every time. Now the service is another thing. We had the same server both times and she’s a lovely girl. Her actual service is okay, not anything special. She forgot our drinks meanwhile 2 other tables got sat and both got their drinks and we still had no drinks until she brought our food out and we had to ask for them. No big deal, things happen. What gets me is both times she didn’t check on us, not once. No drink refills, no “how is everything? ” the next time we would see her is when she dropped the check off. Okay, whatever paid the bill and we went to leave. My boyfriend forgot his wallet so he went back in and a COMPLETELY different server comes up to him and questions him as to why he didn’t tip. That is completely unprofessional and uncalled for. She mentioned him not tipping “last time” so I guess they keep tabs on people who don’t/can’t tip. So moral of the story, don’t go here unless you want to tip for mediocre service. Plus the atmosphere kinda sucks. No one greets you and it just seems like they don’t care. We will not be back to this establishment.

There shrimp boils are 2nd to none! Always top-notch, and look forward to everything I eat here!

Extremely disappointed with this place. We’d been going for years and after today I will never attend again. For starters we walked in and were 3rd in line when we asked what the wait was we were told it would only be 10-15 minutes max. So we went and sat in the waiting area they have right by the front door with quite a few other parties. That wait turned into a hour and a half wait and we never had our name called. Everybody in the waiting area had been there the same amount if not longer. The lady at the counter would walk to the waiting area and call people’s names. Once people started getting called that came in behind us I had my Fiancé go check to see how much longer. Since we had already committed to the wait anyway. He was informed that our name had already been called and that we missed our chance. Nobody ever came and got us and nobody ever heard our names called either. The lady was extremely rude about it and then went and loudly talked bad about us to the other counter lady and they mocked us as we were leaving being extremely rude and disrespectful. Our server was great. But the people you see first are what matters most in the service industry and I hope nobody else has to endure the experience I had. To say I’m disappointed is an understatement.

Awful service- Ordered a the boiling with 1 pound of shrimp, 1/2 pound of crawfish, and 1/2 pound of mussels. We got a total of 7 shrimp (that's no where near a lb.) and when we told our waitress she brought back a different guy and he said "are y'all the people with the shrimp". Then left.waitress came back and said "they measure everything". It took over a half hour for them to just come at the table and look at the 6 shrimp and do nothing about it. We got charged with the pound and she never came back to the table to check on us. Waitress also took forever to bring back our cards and money afterward.

Our favorite place for boiled crab, shipman and more. No waiting time and always taste great. Their service is amazing and always on time and accurate orders for dine in or take out.

The drink I ordered wasn't correct, the food made me sick normally I live this place but not this location. This location is terrible. I have nothing good to say. Terrible service, terrible drinks, terrible food. I'm never going back here again.

I do not recommend this place today I went and I felt discriminated against. I spent 40 minutes waiting and nobody attended to me. More people arrived and they were attended to instantly, so I decided to get up and leave better

The service was no good the waitress did not come back to fill our drinks this is how our table was left she never cleaned up our table or took anything away we sat in this until we finished our food for an hour the waitress then charged us a $30 tip. On my bill and also another patron at our table was charged a $30 tip we had already spent $250 with them and for them to charge a $30 per ticket tip was insane we then bought it to the manager's attention who was very rude and belligerent about the facts that we were charged a 30 percent gratuity per ticket the manager came to the table blaming us for not seeing the added 18% gratuity we should have only been paying $13 or $14 in gratuity on an $90 bill each the manager then came over and laid our receipts in our trash that was on the table after he corrected it the waitress still never came back to refill our drinks she never cleaned the table off and the fact that we waited almost 30 minutes to get crab crackers to open our crab the service was horrible be sure to check your tickets before you leave and if you have a party over 6 people be sure they only charge you 18% gratuity. I will never visit this Britton road location again.
