Mike did an excellent job! He was very diligent and his report was easy to read and well organized. He answered any questions we had and was very easy to communicate with. I would recommend MK Home Inspections to family/friends without any hesitation.

Michael was great in all aspects of our home inspection. The layout of his report was very easy to read and understand quickly. He was also a great communicator and available after for any questions. Would recommend him 100%!

Buying a house is never easy and anxiety inducing; however, with Mike, he helped relieve the stress in knowing that we made the right purchase in our new home. My husband interviewed several inspectors before we went with Mike, and knowing he worked in construction and served in the military, it was an easy choice.
My husband and I never knew with a new build there would be so many items/areas that need inspecting. Mike was more than thorough and answered all our questions. He looked in every nook and cranny to make sure everything was to code and working. He was patient with all our questions and never rushed through the whole process. My husband and Mike were in the hot attic answering all my husband’s questions and concerns. Mike pointed out some areas that were either above average or could use improvement in which the builder agreed to do. He even went out of his way to explain how certain things worked, the materials, and quality the house is made of.
We never had an home inspection so complete and never had an inspector go far and beyond making sure we were at ease and answer all our hundreds of questions. His report was thorough with a lot of pictures and easy to understand. We definitely be calling Mike for our 11 month warranty inspection for the builder’s one year warranty!

Hands down the best inspector there is. If you're a first-time homebuyer, this is the guy you want. We're first-time homebuyers ourselves, and we were anxious coming in, but he took time to explain things to us and went over every nook, crack, and cranny of the house. He told us what we needed to keep an eye out for with old houses, certain maintenances that needed to be done as a homeowner. We're very grateful to have stumbled upon his website and to have met such a wonderful human being. Thank you.

He did an excellent job and truly went above to make sure we had complete picture of what was going on with the property! He also, helped us to better understand what items were probably more important than others, while in the end really giving us peace of mind that we knew what were getting into!

Excellent service at very affordable price, when i approached several other companies they quote me very high price, but MK home inspection they provide service at reasonable price instead of no compromises at quality. I give him 5 stars. He thoroughly checked each nook n corner proficiently. A big salute for his services, I will definitely recommend to anyone if they need home inspection services far better than any others.

My wife and I had an excellent experience with Michael, he was very professional and was able to work around scheduling constraints to get us in at the perfect time. His report was very thorough, and he did an excellent job at explaining his findings to us and giving us solutions for smaller issues that we could fix ourselves. He even showed up a little early to inspect the outside of the property, so our total time waiting for the inspection was significantly shorter than we originally though it would be. We definitely recommend him for all your home inspection needs!

If you are looking for a respectable, reliable, and thorough inspector for your home inspections, I highly suggest you contact MK Inspectors. He willingly answered all of my questions before leaving the property and after the report was completed. Making sure I understood the terminology used in his report. As a woman, I feel like that is very important. I felt completely comfortable and confident in his work.
