HD's Onion Burgers

Always love eating here, the food is fresh and delicious! It’s my go to place for gyros anywhere in town, i also recommend the breakfast burger when they have it available.

Wow, this place is great! The Philly cheese steak sandwich was amazing. The Jalapeño hamburger was absolutely delicious! They serve beer too. Check it out. You’ll be glad you did

It's not hard to make a good gyro, but it's also not easy to make an exceptional one! Stuffed full. Even sliced onions (most places slices are uneven and too thick) flavorful meat. Well done. Great service and even answered the phone to help me over 1hr before they opened up.

I went in originally to sell them some business internet and phone service but came out a customer of theirs instead! I thought the onion cheese burger was amazing and better than Tucker's down the street. Great family-run business with excellent food. I'll be visiting again soon!

I got a chicken fried steak sandwich and the onion rings. The sandwich was tender and delicious. Onion rings.nothing too special.

I got the French Cheese Burger, cheddar cheese instead of American on the patty.
It was like taking French Onion Soup and turning it into a burger, it's incredible. Big ol pile of broiled mozzarella cheese on top of the bun! It's the best burger I've had in the metro. The burger patty alone was something I'd go back for. Don't forget their house made hot sauce, and tots.

I had a GREAT onion burger there this week. We have had the Indian tacos and the gyros which are fantastic as well. The fries are also just the way we like them. Very friendly family run local business. Go try it, you won't be disappointed!

The food was very basic, the service was lacking and the seating is not meant for large groups even though they did try to accommodate us it was just not comfortable. I would give them another try as we were here kind of late and in a large group.

Just finished lunch here best chili dog with slaw! Also have tried the gyro and burgers they are are also equally amazing! We will be back for sure!

I ordered a gyro and fries and it was actually really good. I was hesitant to order a gyro from an onion burger restaurant but they did not disappoint. Will definitely be eating here again in the near future.

Delicious food made to order! Tried this place for the first time and had a wonderful philly cheesecake with fries and a orange fanta in a glass bottle. Food was made quickly and service was friendly. Will be coming back to try out more:)

I ate here years ago & that had great food then. I haven't been soooo full in my life, the service was superb, the food was hot excellently made, & filling to my stomach. I will be back very soon, what are you waiting on, GO GET YOUR VISIT ON!

Wonderful customer service, clean place, and tasty burgers! The BBQ Bacon Burger is on point! Mozzarella sticks were fresh and the cheese was so good. Will be coming back for more!

We have found another great burger place and it is not fast food. Cooked right in front of the customers. Prices are very reasonable and and food is delicious and close to the house.we will be going back to this place for sure.great food for a great price

Big, juicy, delicious burgers. Unlike other onion burger places we’ve tried these didn’t taste like only onions. The beef was cooked perfectly, not too greasy, and bacon was crispy. Definitely recommend!

I went to Merkley's Driving School with my son when I noticed HD's in the same parking lot. I'd seen the name before and was curious, due to great reviews. I have to say it was the BEST HAMBURGER I'VE EVER HAD IN OKC. It was a simple onion burger with lettuce, tomato, onion and pickle. They leave the condiments squirt bottles at your table. The patty was perfectly juicy but not greasy, and the ratio of bread, veggies and meat was PERFECT. I expected to eat maybe half of the burger but ended up finishing the whole thing. The tator tots are perhaps the best tator tots I've had anywhere, ever.so crunchy and satisfying. Bonus feature is all of the Mexican sugar Coca Colas and Fanta flavors in the bottle! I know it's more cheaply priced but if you want the tastiest burger around here, do yourself a favor and give HD's a chance. The family that runs the place could not be more welcoming and friendly. Looking forward to having an excuse to go to that part of Rockwell and 122nd again! Thank you, HD's!

This is how food should taste. Amazing burgers and the fries taste like the fresh ones my family made when I was younger.

Ordered 2 burgers. One was okay the other one was not cooked all the way through and was barely warm when I took it home to eat. Pink in the middle, so much so, I had to throw half of it away. My first time eating here and unfortunately, my last.

Great FRESH COOKED meat, no pre-cooked warming tray meat here. Quick, friendly service and prices are great. As a side note they offer Gyros too.

I’ve had the Gyros salad and a Regular Onion Burger. Both times the food and service were excellent! Don’t forget to order some onion rings! The owners and staff are so great, Love this place.
