Horrible costumer service. Bad experience with rude cashier today won’t be back and won’t recommend

The wash often leaves patches of dirty car that I need to finish cleaning in the port area.

Tried this place twice now. $30 per wash only to find they DO NOT was the tailgates or back of your pickup. Definitely overpriced for what you. Both times the was did not clean my tailgate or rear bumper. Valley Dairy across from the Alerus has a better wash for only $11 and free on Fridays if you buy gas. They also wash the backs of your pickups!

I discontinued my car wash almost a week ago and got charged today, so I called in and she told me that she could not refund me even though I moved. So here I sit with a $70 charge for carwashes I won’t use! She just told me I discontinued it now and you won’t be charged further, what good does that do for the $70 I just paid today for nothing.

Great car wash! Never a line and it cleans really well.
CJ and Jay were very friendly and greeted us with a smile when they did the pre-scrub! Free vacuums and clothes are a great bonus! Will come back!

A little expensive but they give a great cleaning. So I find it worth it. The vacuums always work and they wash your weather tech floor mats.

Not only did my car come out looking amazing but once I got to cleaning out the interior of my car I had an amazing experience thanks to Jay having great energy and providing amazing customer service

Visited the tidal wave in grand forks. I came early in the morning & the gentlemen on shift has top tier customer service. They greeted me with a smile & the service was amazing. I will be coming back! Tidal wave has a great team! Thank you guys!

I have always had a very good experience with Tidal Wave car wash in Grand Forks, ND. Grateful that they are here to support all of the communities car washing needs! Especially with the weather changing and the snow melting!

The attendant was informative and very nice. My car came out shining like it had just been hand waxed. I will next time buy a monthly membership which I didn't know they had till today. I travel a bunch and the attendant told me the locations. I left with a smile on my face! Love this place.

Too expensive for me. And when I told the gentleman I wanted to pay for just one car wash and not go with the monthly payments, I was told "well you're the one losing out - it just means more money for me" - What a greedy and a tacky comment from someone who represents the company. I'll take my business elsewhere in the future.

Best car wash out there, now that I’ve gone to them I wouldn’t go to anyone else, their team is super energetic, Michael helped me choose the best wash for my car!

This was an aweful experience the car did not get cleaned with the $30 wash. Then it ended up getting scratches which they denied having it happen there! I would stay away from this place. If there was a way to give negative stars I would.

Absolutely love this business. Best car wash/treatment facility I have used in 6 years. Would recommend this business over any facility in town. Excellent customer service and wash provided.

My car got super clean from this Auto Spa, it's an excellent service. Also, the staff here are friendly, I strongly recommend it.

Used the car wash and the lady Donna was very nice and very helpful with information. Loved the tire polishing and the dryer with the cloth at the end. Vacuums were very powerful which is awesome.

Worst carwash ever. My car was more dirty after I left and it cost $20 for their midgrade wash. I wouldn't recommend this carwash to anyone.

Had the unlimited 50 dollar a month car wash. Not only does this wash scratch your vehicle. You are only able to wash your car once a day. Doesn’t seem very unlimited to me and they were closed the last couple of days when I went in the afternoon. You can get your car cleaner in the self service across town for a quarter of the price. I canceled my membership and went to the new northdale gas station. 100% better car wash and it’s touchless.

Took my wife's car there because it had a lot of bugs on the front from recent road trip thinking because their was a pre scrub with 2 attendents they hardly even touched the car because they were busy dancing around. 30 bucks later I still had to do it at home.

Great car wash, great staff, and clean cloths and spray to use with the vacuums. I highly recommend.
