Very accommodating and polite when having to deal with a delivery to my fiancé while I was out of town for work, on Valentine’s Day! I’ve ordered from here multiple times and the arrangements are beautiful. Highly recommend for the product, friendliness of the staff, quick delivery, and convenience.

I lived in Fargo for many years and used Shotwells, on occasion. We moved back to Florida and for my friend's birthday (she's still in Fargo) I again turned to Shotwells. I was embarrassed when she sent me a photo of the arrangement. Without tax and delivery fees, I paid $75.00 for the Designer's Choice. It was not the regular arrangement, it was described as the " Awsome" arrangement. It was by no means awesome. It consisted of Gerber daisies, regular dasies and carnations. When I called to tell Shotwells, I was told "Well, if you want something specific, you have to let us know. " This arrangement looked like it had been designed for a teenager. So if you do decide to use Shotwells, be sure to list the specific flowers you want included. I guess that's not part of their job. I will not use them anymore. I could have purchased something much better from. 1-800- Flowers for less money.

The person who received the bouquet loved it and sent a picture. It looked very pretty. It was delivered very quickly also. Thank you!

Ordered a memorial plant & the associate on the phone was very helpful & patient! They sent me a photo of the plant snd also confirmation even it was delivered. I am very pleased! Thank you!

Highly disappointed. The first arrangement was poorly assembled and did not appear to be worth the money I spent. So I called to see if they would send another arrangement the next day. The second arrangement looked far worse. It's hard to pick a florist when you don't live in the area but my family recommended Shotwell. Even my Fargo family said they've gone downhill. I will never use them again.

Ordered a simple arrangement for my husband and when I called to change the name and check the status of my order, they were very rude and sounded like it was an inconvenience contacting them. I also happen to own a very successful floral shop in the cities with my aunt so to see how other people run theirs is interesting. I had asked for it to be delivered at a certain time and they said their orders don’t get delivered by 12PM. First of all, that is very late to send out flowers and second of all, I asked for a specific time frame because my husband won’t be at work after a certain time. Very disappointed. Hopefully it’ll look nice at least, but never again here.

Nancy at Shotwell did the bouquets for our wedding and they were just gorgeous! The bouquets exceeded my expectations. Nancy put pine into the bouquets since it was a winter wedding and tipped the roses with gold paint. What a fantastic job! I highly recommend!

After having a terrible experience with another florist, Shotwell put together an absolutely beautiful bouquet for us last minute and had it delivered on time the same day! Highly recommend.

Very quick turnaround time for online order and delivery. I ordered an arrangement as a birthday gift, and after ordering in the morning, they were already delivered by noon. One of the flowers in the arrangement wasn't available that particular day, and they called soon after the order to confirm a replacement. The flowers were beautiful. All around great experience.

They delivered a beautiful arrangement to my sister at Essentia hospital. The online process was easy and the final product was loved!

I had flowers delivered to me for my birthday, they had a couple beautiful lilies in them. Since lilies are very poisonous to cats, I decided I’d just head to the store and see if they would replace them. All the ladies there were so nice and wonderful. My lilies were replaced with big beautiful roses and since the water was low (my fault I spilled it) they even trimmed all the stems again. Thanks for making my birthday flowers beautiful and cat friendly!
