Only wanted an oil change had and was charged for Vehicle inspection. This is a new vehicle and this was unnecessary

Little to no updates from Nelson Associates. Great turnover with loaner trucks several times and great communication with that. But little to no contact from Service with Updates about the steps done or taken or completed during the process. We only received information when we, the customer, called in.

Suggest implementing a 5 step process for updating clients:

1. Inspection Complete
2. Parts ordered
3. Parts received
4. Parts installed
5. Ready for payment/pickup.

Detailed communication from dealership to customer at the end of each step, would ensure that the customers are informed and are kept in the loop. There is a severe lack of communication between service writer and customer. This process would fix that.

Charged for things I didn’t ask to be completed. The car interior was dirty upon pick up. My oil change inspection form was not completed so it is difficult to really tell what was checked and what wasn’t. The only evidence of the actual oil change being done is the new sticker in my car. Asked for things to be left alone (my radio/dash) and now those things are damaged/not put back together properly. Thank you Nelson Ford! A positive thought was that the office management staff was very polite and helpful through the issues.

Great service.little mixup with the last name, but they held the appointment and check everything out. Got the parts and all was fixed I. An appropriate time frame

My husband buy one car in Lithia Ford. They are really kind team, so helpful and give us really good deal. The car is used but still working really awesome. I look at for a new car, i will go back with them and find the good car for me with the help from their team. I love how beautiful place, clean room, restrooms, drink, coffee area. Showrooms is awesome. The room wait for the service is really relaxing

Sold me a jeep that has so many issues. Brought it back to them to have them fix the problems and I’m not sure what they did but it didn’t fix anything so I brought it some where else and ended up dropped over $1,000 in fixing only some of the issues, still haven’t fixed the rest of the problems.

As a buyer located in Florida I was concerned the remote inquiry process would be an issue. These concerns were eliminated immediately though because of Ford Lincoln of Grand Fork's professionalism and responsiveness! The salesman Sean was extremely accommodating to my requests and quickly got back to me with whatever information I requested. Thanks Ford Lincoln of Grand Fork's!

We drove into the parking lot to look at what they had in stock. Many new and used available. We narrowed it down to 2. When we went inside we were greeted by our Salesman Sean. We were in town for hockey so we had limited time. We sat down and talked about trade value on my current vehicle which they came back with a very reasonable trade offer. All 3-Sales, Trade, & Financing went above and beyond for us. It was definitely one of the best vehicle purchases I've ever experienced. My husband dislikes the purchasing process of a vehicle and he even agreed that it was a great experience. We came home with our New 2022 Expedition Max Limited.

Yeah, I drove from Fargo to Lithia Ford in grand forks spoke with the salesman. Gabriel met with him on a Friday inquired about the Ram that he had on his lot for 23,000 said that there is issues with the airbag for the suspension and once his shop Finds out what the problem is he’ll call me which he did. I told him I was interested and that my wife would be driving down from Virginia Minnesota which was 5 1/2 hours. We set an appointment up for January 19 told him I would be there at 2 o’clock took off work early called him before we left, I told him know that we would be there by two after we arrive there he took my wife’s Mercedes for a test ride to value the trade value. We sat in that office for 40 minutes before he came back and told us that the truck sold they did not have the common courtesy to tell us before we left a 5 1/2 hour trip that the truck was sold. I inquired four days prior about giving them a deposit to hold it if needed he said nope will hold it for you. Will wait for you and your wife to get here on Friday, I don’t see how a car dealership that treats. Their customers like that can stay in business that is just poor customer service. They just want you to get into the door and try to sell you something you don’t want they’re rude unprofessional they they talk about other dealers and how they are so unprofessional they need to look in the mirror online and as for Grant Dahl supposedly the general manager, the owners need to look for a better qualified personnel. I am going to continue posting on social media on how terrible this car dealership is and also try to contact a local new station.

Super fast response time from Nick Bergan. I live 3 hours away from Grand Forks and Nick set everything up over the phone and through email. This was the most painless car buying experience I've ever had, everything was done in just a couple hours and I was offered delivery so I didn't have to drive the 3 hours to come pick it up!
