Went to Kay’s to have some jewelry cleaned and were surprised with not only professional service but great conversation and friendly smiles! Micaiah and Hassan made what normally would be a mundane task feel like a fun experience! 10/10 to them! Thanks for making this mother daughter duo laugh!

The worst experience I have ever had! They gave my husband the wrong certificate for my Leo wedding band and when we went to order the correct one we were told it would take 3 weeks. It took 6 months! Chris, Tabitha and their staff are rude, they lie, and they have no sense of customer service. Every time I'd call them for a status on my order, it was always a new excuse and they would say they only check the stores mail once a week. I had to get the district manager and the company escalations involved because of the incompetency of the staff. Whatever you do, don't spend your money here.

I increased my rating to 4 stars from one because of some amazing service I received from Ryan last month. I needed to have my rings sized down, but I was skeptical due to my last few encounters with Kays. I sent off my diamond wedding rings and my emerald ring. I was nervous to send the emerald ring as resizing those gems can be tricky. The emerald ring was a custom piece and something had been messed up with Jared (a sister company of Kays), so my warranty information wasn't in the computer.
Ryan was so helpful with this! He called me to make sure that everything was clear, as there had been some miscommunication previously regarding the emerald ring, and in the process he reached out to the company they use to resize and made sure that they had all my information on file so that if something happened, Kays would be the liable one (due to me having the warranty). He keep in contact with me throughout the process, updating me on when it should be back and spending about 30 minutes entering in my warranty stuff by hand, only to have the system reject it. Not to be deterred, he added a note so that no matter where I went, the representatives would see all of my warranty information. When the ring came in he called me right away and when I showed up to get it, he went over the ring with me, made sure it fit and that the stones looked secure and intact.
I don't know what happened to the old staff, but I am very pleased with Ryan and his new staff. They have been so helpful the last few months and they have really made me feel valued, and made me feel like they valued my pieces as much as I do.

Thank you Ryan and the current Kays staff - You guys have been great!

Micaiah was very helpful and knowledgeable in my engagement ring decision. He showed me many options in many price ranges which I appreciated. He also talked to me about customization options in case I couldn’t find the perfect one.

If I could give them negative stars, I would. My husband bought a ring that was pretty expensive from there a mere year ago. My engagement ring and wedding band. Since then, while sending it to get resized, they lost it, then gave me back the wrong ring. We gave up on them after that horrible experience and lost our warranty. I recently lost a diamond out of it and took it to a much better place in Fargo. Long story short, they messed up the band resizing it, I have multiple loose diamonds, prongs need replacing, the shank needs to be replaced, and they put a wrong size diamond in the band which needs to be replaced. A lot of expense to fix what kay messed up. Do not waste your money here. I’m begging you…

My husband bought me diamond earrings for my birthday from Kay Jewelers. After two months the straight, metal piece that goes into the earring fell off on one earring. I brought the earrings into the jewelry store and they said I would have to pay $70 to get the earring fixed. I couldn't believe they would not stand behind their product. It had only been two months. I'm done buying jewelry from there.

This is a great place. I bought my girlfriend a necklace there and the workers are super easy to work with and very friendly. They are willing to teach you much about the things you didn't know about jewelry as well

Horrible customer service! They are extremely rude. Not willing to help. The wait for help is ridiculous before anyone will even acknowledge you are there. I do not recommend this place at at.

Bad service, waited for over 10 minutes for help and ended up leaving to take my business somewhere else. None of the staff acknowledged we were there.

Only store closed in the mall again. Website says Fargo location open so drive all the way there and not open. Can't get ahold of anyone by phone, chat, or email even on Kay's corporate site. When they were finally open they had sent my husband's ring and my ring off for service. When it was time to pick them up only one of them was back. I tried going back a week later to pick the other one up and they are closed again only place in the mall closed. They never called and asked us to come pick up the rain cuz they were going to be closing their store.

I have bought a ring from Kay's before and I had no issues because we went into the store and they were very helpful when we went in and we ended up leaving with the ring that we had wanted. However, just recently I ordered a mother's day ring for my mom from their website and I have had nothing but problems. First they double charged me for my order, which they did return one of the payments, then they haven't updated any of the shipping information since the date that I had ordered it which was on the 12th! Customer service has given me no answers and I have emailed the email address and still have yet to receive an answer on this issue. I have never had so many issues with ordering things online than I have had with this order and it's driving me nuts.

Came in on Sunday looking for a new fun ring to replace my current one that’s a few years old. Staff completely ignored my existence. No greetings. No “I’ll be right with you”. Wouldn’t look me in the eyes. Even when talking amongst themselves behind the counter after helping other customers, nothing. I might be younger than most of your usual clients but I’m still worth your time.

Everytime we go there, Tabitha takes care of us. She is very knowledgeable about jewelry, and I recommend anyone to go to her. She always finds the best deals.

I took my Mivado Museum piece watch to Kay's at the West Acres Mall to have my watch cleaned and replace the battery. I asked if they could take care of Movado watches and was assured they could do the work.

When I picked up my watch, I saw there was a piece from my watch left in the repair bag. My watch was supposed to have been sent directly to Movado.
I asked to see the repair slip to see where it was actually sent. She refused by saying it was against company policy. She said the repair company couldn't do anything more for my watch and if I wanted my Movado watch back, I had to pay $400.

To date I still have my Movado Museum piece watch, and it's still in the bag with a piece from my watch.

I've never gone back to Kay's and never will. I don't know but have wondered if my special watch was sent to the jewelry repair shop downstairs at the mall. I'll never know what really happened, but I do know I won't return to Kay's.

Had a complaint and tried to call the store many times with no answer. I paid cash and they did not have a enough money to give me $165.27 cash back. REALLY A MULTI-MILLION DOLLAR COMPANY CANNOT REFUND CASH BACK!: (
