I was let down by a floral shop in Dickinson two hours before my dear friends service. I called and stopped at Hirsch and they quickly made up an arrangement for me and it was beautiful! Thank you Hirsch floral for putting up with my emotions this morning. Highly Recommend!

Wouldn’t recommend one bit. This company has no idea why people even order flowers I guess. Staff is unqualified to answer the simplest questions in regards to their product. I ordered "Here Comes the Sun" for a new colleague. I've never been to Mandan, ND, but the process was easy. Shortly after the call was placed, Hirsch Florist called and let me know that their available flowers were slightly different and asked if I'd like to proceed. I appreciated the alert, but was confident they would deliver a stunning arrangement. My new colleague was impressed with the flowers. So happy I chose to use Hirsch!

I ordered flowers for same-day delivery to my cousin who was putting her dog down as I live out of state. They called me and said her house was "SOOOO far away" and they can't deliver even though she lives in Mandan city limits and the zip was in range according to their website. So now she has to go pick them up literally one hour before her dog is getting put down. So unprofessional and rude.
