I had the best experience with Mrs. Michelle and Lloyd today. She gave the best recommendations and he (Lloyd) was on top of recommendations of both Hawaiian favs and the Japanese as well I will be back for that Ramen thankyou all again so much

Very yummy Hawaiian bbq. As someone who is actually from Hawaii, this place is Ono. NC is pretty far away from Hawaii, but they do a great job with staying true to the flavors. We got the mix bbq plate and the spicy beef ramen. Both were excellent.

Very nice, friendly staff. We ordered ramen + shrimp katsu combo, chasiu, and chicken katsu. All were delicious!

We have been here more than 4 times dining in and 2 times with takeout. The service and food are great every time. I love the miso soup, calamari and the shrimp with fried rice.

Great restaurant, friendly & genuine staff. Been coming here for years and have never been disappointed.

The food was absolutely delicious. It was so good, I ate there 2 days in a row. The Charsu plate with macaroni salad was devine. The Charsu melted in my mouth. The ramen was flavorful and so delicious. Wish they had a grilled chicken ramen option but you can easily customize it by getting a side of grilled chicken. Best food I have eaten this year to date.

Today was my first time trying Hawaiian Barbecue. I loved the environment! The cashier was very pleasant and helpful. The owner Mrs. Michelle was also soo sweet she helped me with food selections. She also was great company as I ate and her energy is very warm and welcoming. The Ramen was EXCELLENT! I shall be back!

Wanted an item that was not on the menu. They worked with me and came thru. Superheros! So grateful for this type of service. Mahalo.

Best ramen place in the Triad area. We are Asians and therefore can tell when there is authenticity in asian food. Portion and prices are very friendly and affordable. New ownership took over 3 weeks ago so they added the ramen selections. If you haven’t tried, you must!

Not the same place but even better, it's now a ramen/Hawaiian bbq restaurant.prices are great and food even better and also pretty healthy.they even have house made kinchi for about 2.50, good people and good food.

This place is great food is always hot and fresh but the musubi is the best I’ve had since stationed in Hawaii. I will always go here

Got chicken katsu curry. Chicken was breaded strips which were very bland. Curry was only drizzled over chicken.

An expansive and delicious menu with very reasonable prices! The Pineapple Chicken is easily my favorite. I haven't been in a while, but look forward to any future visits!

Something happened here and something changed. The meat is way too salty, also they use different meat. At least I got total different type of food this time, though my order has always been the same.

Not a fan anymore. Used to go in 2019 and get the pork buns all the time. They were delicious. I came in today for lunch and they don’t have them. I asked what happened to them. Instead of them saying “we don’t make them anymore” they said they never sold them in the first place even though I used to order them once or twice a week. Food was good otherwise. Place is very clean and quiet

Food and customer service was not the best. Employees didn’t seem happy to be at work. I ordered the katsu and garlic shrimp. Katsu was okay but the shrimp I wouldn’t order again one it didn’t look appetizing and the portion was small. Macaroni salad was very soggy and chewy. Not sure if I would return. Wish there was another Hawaiian restaurant near by.

I was totally grossed out! Everyone that entered the restaurant must have a mask on, including the employees except the cook did not wear a mask he actually coughed in my food. I thought there is a mandate in Guilford County about Masks, Not ZC Hawaiian. I could not eat the food I ordered I also asked for my money back they refused. I know he coughed in my food and probably other customers as well. I would go there at least once a week, will not go there ever again.

I tried this place about a month ago and the food was very good, very flavorful. As a fairly recent transplant to NC, I'm not really a fan of NC BBQ (please don't hate). I didn't receive super warm and fuzzies from the staff (my order was a pick made through DoorDash), but that won't stop me from ordering again. Based on my experience, I highly recommend ZC Hawaiian BBQ.

We got this through DoorDash, and it did not disappoint! The poke was amazing! Musubi was delicious, fries with gravy were unexpectedly good, but their kimchi and pasta salad are some of the best I've ever had, and that's saying a lot.

The rice was not good too stickies and the fry shrimp was mostly bread. Not a happy camper about the place.

Unimpressed with everything! I had the ribs. Very little flavor. Sauce was watered down. Macaroni salad is heavy on the mayo. Staff acted as if I was disturbing their phone surfing time.

The guy in there is extremely rude. If he doesn’t like his job find a job not engaging with the public. Respect to customers is very important to paying customers in this country! You don’t belong in the customer service industry AT ALL! DONT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE!

The food was nasty and old. They must have gave me food that was made yesterday and not picked up. This was the second time this has happened. I will not go back. Do not go because food is terrible.

A real disappointment. I was looking forward to some Hawaiian BBQ, the first I've had in the Triad, and the first since living in SoCal back in '16. Full of rice, and, like typical Chinese (they own the place now), ripped me off for "undocumented" menu choices. Never going back.

Not satisfied at all. Food is bland, no real sauce, dry. Thought I would get something different.

Used to be a favorite of mine whenever I worked in the vicinity. Everything I tried was great, very consistent and not too pricey.

It was our 1st time trying ZC and we got there just 15 min before they closed. They were still happy to serve us. We got the spam musubi and an order of malasadas. The musubi was tasty and the malasadas were fresh and probably the best we’ve tasted from Hawaiian bbq restaurants!

My go to if I want to eat out while trying to keep it healthy. BBQ chicken is definitely my favorite and this is coming from someone who usually doesn't order grilled chicken as take out. First time trying manapua and it was delicious. Definitely would recommend.

I love the COVID protocol they have in place: a plastic barrier between the staff, with a small port for sliding your bill underneath and a door to transfer your order to you whenever it's ready.

Amazing BBQ chicken/chicken teriyaki! I have been looking for a place that does this since I left Seattle 15 years ago! Thank you for the taste of my childhood!

The food here is very authentic to the Hawaiian food actually served in Hawaii. I like to eat here whenever I'm feeling a bit homesick, usually before or after one of my trips back to Hawaii. The chefs really know what they're doing.

This is the worst food I ever taste in my life the chicken is dry the shrimp is nasty and they mixed chicken wings with some weird white stringy food that is disgusting if I have to choose between this and starving baaabbyy I would starve.

This is my favorite restaurant in Greensboro and I came back today for the first time since they closed for Covid. The food is good as always, in fact better than before (maybe because I miss it too much haha) and employees are so sweet. I tried their new item under the side orders, the nuggets and they’re really good. They remind me of the popcorn chicken from boba tea shops but better. I also noticed how they installed large acrylic glass above the counters. I’m glad they’re taking precautions to stay safe. I love coming here and will continue to do so

We traveled almost 3 hours from swva to try their Hawaiian food. Nothing like food back home in Hawaii but the poke plate was on point. I also had a beef teriyaki plate and the beef was shredded, mac salad was very watery, chicken katsu bites did not look at all like what katsu should look like. And how you gonna cut kalibi without a knife? Yup, they didn't give it or napkins either, what the heck!? !? Oh and don't ever order their malasadas, it's from the can, not authentic The rice was good and so was the musubi.

I am Born&Raised in Hawai'I. Moved here to North Carolina 4 years ago and I have been craving local Hawaiian Food. Even it's not Our Authentic Hawaiian Food (Real Hawaiian food is Laulau, poke, kalua pig, squid luau, opihi, list goes on) but this place is the closet I'll ever get to being back home. Well to an L&L. Haha Found this Gem in Greensboro and it has been Our Ohana get together every Friday! Great Place. Great food. The Family that owns this Business has been "Aunty&Uncle" ever since. We Are Regulars here!

Not at all what you think. The burger was good, they had to replace the Garlic chicken they made. The sauce tasted like horseradish. Not great. Not authentic.

The food was great, a excellent selection, and Huge Portions, Excellent prices. I was very pleased.
Plus.they have Spam Sushi and Cheerwine!

It was really nice. Cashier explained the dishes to me bc it has been a longgg time since I was there. If you don't know what they have or what you want I suggest you look at their menu online and maybe research what the terms/ descriptions are b4 actually ordering. Ijs. Food was great! New taste combos, fresh foods, fast service (I was there around 3pm Tuesday). I will definitely go back to try other tasty things I saw on the menu. Prices were affordable, comparable to nearby Asian and Mexican places.

I absolutely love this restaurant they always have fresh poke and their other rice bowls are delicious want to try something different this is really the place to go.

This was our first time ordering here. My wife ordered the shrimp bowl, my daughter ordered the BBQ chicken bowl and I ordered the seafood combo w/BBQ beef. The take out portions were a little smaller than I expected, my wife said her bowl was good although her shrimp was overcooked, my daughter enjoyed her bowl (no complaints) and my bowl was good as well. I was a little "underwhelmed" by the BBQ beef. I expected a bolder flavor but I was very impressed with how the fried shrimp and fried fish were prepared. Overall, we were pleased with what we ordered and look forward to trying more menu items.

Keeps getting better and better. Had the Chicken Katsu with curry sauce today. Top notch! Highly recommended. So glad to have something different out there to break the monotony.

Came in as I was curious about Hawaiian BBQ and it was really tasty. This was the BBQ combination plate and came with lots of food for a good price. Would definitely recommend others to come over and try this place out!
