Panera Bread

Had been coming to this location for years but the new staff is horrendous. I ordered over $50 worth of food, they stuffed it into one bag, crushing the soups, making it spill through the bottom of the bag as well as got a lot of my order incorrect. When I politely asked to refill the (small) soup, the African American man behind the counter first asked, "did you drink it? " Not whether it had been spilled, not whether it had been mis-packed, but if I had in fact DRANK it or not. I not only expect better from a decent upstanding business such as Panera, but from a fellow African American gentleman. What an insult to be asked that question, especially after spending over $50 on the order and tipping 25%! If I would have known the service would be so poor and disrespectful I would have not even gone in to retrieve my order! Safe to say, I will NEVER go back to this location, or at least until the incompetent, rude and disrespecful staff turns over.

I called the store to place a last minute small group order and got no answer so when I got there to order 1 tote of coffee and group bagel pack they told me it would take. 10 minutes for coffee. I spoke with manager and her reply was we make it fresh. I expressed that I had been calling and calling without any answer. She words I’ve been here and only heard it ring twice, “I don’t know if it was turned down”. That was laughable and just down right POOR manager skills. How can you hear it ringing and (she never said she answered)

My client is located at south point, but next time I’ll go to Starbucks…. WERE THEY ANSWER THE OHONE”

Really poor customer experience, the staff, including the managers on duty, refused to make a sandwich on the French baguette, even though we could have it on any other type of bread but that. It seemed their computer system wouldn’t allow them to enter that combination so therefore, they refused to make it.

Not good.one of the workers got my order wrong, I order the sandwich fest and gave me 1 sandwich when I ordered 3 of them, and one of the costumer’s were arguing with the worker because she could not her order right also, the costumer kept saying sorry because the lady kept getting her order wrong.

I always ask for an extra pickle, rarely do I receive it but my food is always fresh & tasty. I usually order the turkey & avocado blt with crispy bacon. Sometimes they crisp the bacon but usually it's cold & chewy with visibly solidified grease.

The young Lady at the register who took was very careful to place our order PERFECTLY. The person (s) who prepared our grilled cheese and turkey did a GREAT JOB making both sandwiches not only LOOK GOOD but also TASTE DELICIOUS; and our favorite soup [French Onion] always meets our expectations. Last but not least, we observed the person cleaning the tables in the Dining area even wiped off the spill left on the legs under a nearby table. Excellent service, Delicious food made me add another tip to the Tip Jar AFTER we finished our meal!

I order my lunch through the Panera app, they use door dash for their deliveries. I work ACROSS the street, got a notification saying my order was delivered but obviously was no where to be found. I have been calling for the last hour and a half and have yet to get someone on the phone to resolve the issue. This isn’t my first issue with them but it will be my last. I do not recommend this place, for a salad and a smoothie it costed me $30 quite expensive for such poor service. I’m a hair stylist and don’t have the time to be sitting on the phone let alone searching for my food.

The foods ok but it cost you just as much as sitting down at regular restaurant to eat. But a least the food was good. It's good if your hungry and want a small bite.

Some of the food we got was poorly made. Avocado was in two huge chunks, too much mayonnaise, and bacon was missing from the BLT. I threw my sandwich away as it looked disgusting.

Good location but it was slow (25 min) due to staff shortage or management? I asked repeatedly and they just gave our money back no explanation or apology. After the frustration, we took the refund (no apology) and went somewhere else.

I have to say the last hand full of times I ordered my Baja bowl it was what looked like half full. I ordered from a different location and it was normal and just filled to the rim. When myself and another customer brought to the associates attention it wasn’t even acknowledged. Multiple times in curbside my straw and other utensils aren’t in the bag. I have set in the curbside pickup multiple times for 20 mini only to walk-in and there my order set waiting for someone to bring it out.

It's a basic Panera. Good food, clean dining area, coffee etc.fully stocked, nice and helpful people. Not bad being basic.

If you all don’t do curbside anymore make it known then. But don’t have people waiting outside and nobody even acknowledge the system saying that I am here. I waited 15mins and nobody came outside.

I gave three stars because I find their prices too high. The food is good but nothing to get excited about. It surly doesn't justify the price. For example I had their "pick two" of salad and 1/2 sandwich and a bottled water and cost $16. A high price even in the current raising costs environment. There are many other places to choose from that offer good food at more reasonable prices.

Had tried using the app to order, after not seeing an advertised item on the menu, i caught an associate, who was bringing someone their curbside order, and he stopped, took his time to scroll through my phone, hoping to assist me. Neither of us saw it, so he was kind enough to take my order personally. Ryan, you are an exemplary employee and I commend you on your effort. Thank you for taking the initiative.

I absolutely love Panera. I eat there regularly and the location I visit in Raleigh is phenomenal. However, I work at the mall in Southpoint and this Panera is by far and away the worst place to try and order lunch from. The staff is always very polite and friendly, but on numerous occasions (4, to be exact) I’ve ordered lunch from them to be delivered, and it never arrived. Twice, the doordash driver stole my food and I was reimbursed. The two other times, the store cancelled my orders AFTER they show as delivered in my app. And didn’t refund me for either until I chased down customer care demanding my $40 back (because this place isn’t cheap either). Really unfortunate because I gave them multiple opportunities to correct the delivery issue. The food quality is great, the staff is nice, but none of that makes a difference if I pay $20 for a meal that never shows up

Going to Panera is always great because the food is good and you never quite now what meal your getting. Sure it’s going to be roughly the same as the thing you ordered but the fun mystery is trying to figure out what will be different! Are they going to forget the sauce this time? Give me a different side? Not include my cookie or drink or give me a different cookie than I ordered? Will the chicken be a different type? This place is great I always come back when I’m at the mall!

I love their broccoli cheddar soup and it is comparatively low carb. I also had the veg Mediterranean sandwich. Very refreshing and satisfying. I got their pick 2 and it is reasonable

Seems like it's an outdated location and the set up of where everything is, is just a little over the place. A lot of bakery items were out of stock and the kids meal was weak in amount for the price. At least give a kids drink for the price.

We came to Panera bread in the hope of having breakfast and we’ve been standing in the line for like 15 minutes (while girl on cashier was chitchatting with other costumers) knowing that we’re going to have a breakfast menu and they flipped the menu in our face, with words “I am sorry, I forgot to flip it half an hour ago”. We asked to call the manager, cashier left, we waited for some time, neither of them showed up…

This Panera was very quick to get us through line. The food is very excellent at Panera. It is in a very convenient place to stop and grab a bite to eat while shopping. I got the you pick two meal. I chose a turkey bacon avocado sandwich and tomato soup with bread for the side and it was great. I will warn you it is about 14 dollars an adult to eat there. (that is if you add a drink)

Good location for us - my mall shopping turns into bagel break. Staff is always helpful. The only downvote is one of their electronic order online machines never works I’ve finally given up and just go directly to the register to place my order.

Ordered bagel at the kiosk. It was ready in two minutes. Toasted and yummy. Employee thanked me and wished me a good day.

Didn't realize the location closed at 8, came after work. Came to the door, an employee just opened the door and let me in so I assumed it was open. I go up to the counter to order and the guy behind says "Problem? " with an attitude and I'm like "I just wanted to order" and a girl comes up and tells me they close in 2 minutes. My mistake, I didn't know the restaurants closed at 8 along with the mall, since they have an outdoor entrance. I don't really appreciate the dude though, I get that it's closing and you probably want to go home, but you're still on the clock and you're repping the company you're working for.

I used the curbside pick up option today and was impress with how smooth the process was. My soup and sandwich were great.

My coffee And Pecan braided twist or 2. But the wild rice soup is perfect for bread bowl and quite tasty. They have a wide variety of eats go try them for yourself.

Great customer services and delicious food! Personally frustrated by poor remarks as I have had nothing but a great experience every time I eat at this Panera Bread.

Typical Panera with consistently good quality food, decent coffee and nice environment for a meeting or casual meal. I had the steak breakfast sandwich which was exceptionally tasty and actually reasonably priced at around $5

Being from St. Louis I try to support home grown businesses. Ive always loved St. Louis Bread Co and its products.

Worst paner ever, tables afe not cleaned, i had to clean my self. And sandich was so oily, i ate same avacado chicken sandwich in morrisville, there is no comparision. Close the store if you cant operate a chain store. And the kettle cooked chips were so oily, never had worse chips than these.

Ordered baked potato soup - received cream of broccoli - returned to the mall to exchange for what I ordered- received the right soup but only half filled. Did not take it back - felt like a review was more appropriate!

We like Panera bread. Most of the time I get my food there.street at south point they are very Disappointed, Too route. I Payed my food right. I like Panera Bread, the chain. Menu is healthy, prices are ok, and I like having calories printed with each menu item.

This store, like most, is clean and efficient. There is some outside seating, but the view is 100% parking lot.

Great food, but the prices have gone way up. Two for one menu previously meant you got 2 smaller items (half sandwich, half salad, soup, etc.) for the the price of a whole sandwich, salad, soup, etc.). Basically, doubled the prices. Not good for me.

Although I enjoy going for Breakfast, I am now unable to go due to the morning hours being changed to 7am.

Worst Panera in the area, if you can make it to the one in Morrisville DO IT! I've been to this one only when I really didn't have the time to drive to the further one 3 times in the last 7 months and each time my order has been messed up. They skimp on ingredients, my sandwhich is like 3/4ths the size of what I get at any other location. And these visits aren't close together either so their accuracy rate has got to be less than 50%. Also Bo the manager is rude and always has an excuse as to why the issues arent his fault. Just dont do it!

I love panera but their suite number is wrong. We walked all mall up and down and didn’t see anything where it is supposed to be. I think online it says 1690 suite number but in fact is 209, next to yankee candle.

Coffee arrived after 25 minutes waiting, after arrived the half and half was empty another 5 minutes waiting. The staff there is unprofessional I will never go back to any Panera bread store

Ordered rapid pick up from this location and my order was wrong. I was told it was my fault and I ordered it wrong even though I didn’t. I was told to just fix it myself by a rude employee. Definitely will not be back to this location.

Consistently slow and disinterested. Food prepared as the chain requires, but nothing more. A last resort.

The bagel I ordered didn't come hot and I didn't get any butter with it either and I think it didn't come sliced either

The ability to get your soup in a bread bowl is the seller for me. But the best thing, that is offered at Panera is the kitchen sick cookie. I ask my wife to get me one of those as often as she eats here!

This cookie, is not like any other cookie, the mixture of toffee and chocolate is fantastic. I have to get two. One won’t make it home!

I am warning you, don’t try this cookie! You will dream about it! Regular cookies taste like cardboard now. I am forever ruined. Now I must go get my fix.

So my coworkers and myself order food delivery all the time. THEY rarely get it right. I ask for extra avocado and pay extra or I ask for spinach, no cheese. Nothing right. I ordered a 2 dollar fruit cup. Literally looks half eaten. I even spoke to a manager and they say they are going to refund my money, they never do. Has happened 3 times. I had a manager drop off my food at the door and walk away. Food on the floor. Great! I don’t mind a lot of things, I’m pretty easy going customer, but this is the worst. It’s taken me over a year of receiving this kinda of service before actually posting a review, I gotta go back to work now. Hope this helps

I always enjoy Pantera Bread. When I travel, I look for there restaurants. Their soups, salads, and sandwiches are wonderful. I love their breads, pastries, and cookies.

It was really nice! Everyone there was nice, & the food was really good. I would definitely go back there, & recommend it to people!
