Everything is ok.but date did not care for the MMA fight and bloody stuff on the TV right on front of her

Everything about this place is just "ok" and there have been a few times when the service has been less than that. Mediocre at best.

This place used to be my go to (at least twice a week). Everything has changed the last year or so. The prices have skyrocketed, and the food quality isn't what it used to be. Then there's the wait for your food when the restaurant isn't even that busy. They are on a downward spiral.

Order a steak well done and it wasn't the way I wanted it and sent it back twice and last time it was burned and couldn't eat it

I enjoyed dinner here with a friend and was very impressed by the speedy acknowledgement by our server and his incredible service and contentiousness! The food was delicious and plentiful. I love Logan's!

Came in Saturday, October 16th, 2021. Sat at the bar & at first everything was going great. Ordered a margarita while i waited. Ordered a steak plate & as I waited? Other people were coming in as well, ordering & waiting. Two sets of people came in, ordered ribs amongst other food & received their food & I NEVER RECEIVED MINE. I kindly asked the bartender to please go check on my food & I was alone. Went to back, came back out & said he had "Good news, Bad News" The good news was if I waited even longer that I would eventually get my food. Bad news was? That my steak went to another table. Say What? Who does that? I love logans, but that Saturday was ridiculous.

Never been to a Logans roadhouse so did not know what to expect. Met some people there was seating quickly. It is a dark bar/restaurant with tvs and it felt like a quiet family friendly environment. My waiter was very good and got my drinks and food quickly. The food was fairly priced and the quality was also very good. Would recommend this place to try!

Arrived at 12 on Saturday figure we would be in the rush crowd. Walked in were promptly seated by tge hostess. Waitress promptly brought fresh hot yeast rolls with butter. Ordered an adult beverage. Logans T always good. So many choices she had the Filet Mignon with 2 side salad that she loved. Loaded Baked potato. Her filet was cooked to perfection. I also had the Filet Mignon but larger portion. The sweet potato was cooked perfectly as well as the Filet. Had saute mushrooms and we excellent. She gets 2 meals out of hers. I have been cutting down would normally get the largest prime rib. What we had was the best. Great Dinning experience. Thank you

Waited 30 min for a table of six while tables of 3-5 were seated around us only to be told it would be at least another 15 min. Very childish up front

We had a birthday party of about 12 people. We had two who ordered medium rare and it came out about burnt. Service was so bad, we were waiting on drinks all night. The server could not remember who order what or what drinks went to who. My first time at Logan's will definitely be my last time.

Slow service and cold food. Tables who had been seated well after us served before us. Last time eating here

The food not so good! Steak was over cooked! Ribs were dry! But the rolls were hot & fresh!

Was a nice place until the bartender started being ugly will contact osha and corporate asap.do not touch the lemons as we witness Ed the bartender doing nasty things without washing hands terrible. Worse experience since the lockdown. Unsanitary!

Literally there was what looked like a frozen snot half the size of a dime frozen into an ice cube of my drink. I told my server, she said she would take it off my tab. Meal was served, server came back to check on how we liked the food. I said I was still summoning the courage to eat after what I saw in my drink. After this, a manager came by and apologized and said they were comping my meal. When the server came around I asked if the whole order can be comped (I was paying for two) including the app because it was my turn to cover date night. She asked if I wanted the check split I said no I don’t think I should have to pay for it because of what happened. She went to ask the manager and came back to say only the app was removed. So I still had to pay for the other meal. We didnt finish the meal because so disgusted by my drink. Boxed it all up for my dog.

Horrible food, horrible prices, horrible service. Waited an hour for our food for it all to come out super cold. I couldn't even eat macaroni. I do not recommend highly at All.

It was good. The service was great. Friendly atmosphere. The paper towel dispenser was empty and the trash needed attention. Probably won't be back

Omg I lovvvvve Logan's. They have the absolute BEST ROLLS AND HONEY BUTTER. I've gotten just a couple different things but my usual favorite is a Logan's house salad with everything on it. I also got a Watermelon Roundhouse Tea (Alcoholic beverage) LOVED IT

Came in while passing through on our way home from a day trip to Carowinds. It was late, 8: 15, and we were immediately greeted and seated. We told the waitress we were hoping to get served rather quickly because really needed to be on the road but we also wanted a steak. Lol The waitress took our drink and food order then immediately returned with drinks and bread. After about a 20 minute wait, our food arrived, hot and fresh and delicious!
This experience for us was wonderful. The service was great and the food was exactly what we wanted. We were out and back on the road before 9: 15!

Used to go every weekend because my whole family loved the ribeye and the filet but the past 3 times the steak was very dry, very cold and just not good at all. Not sure if it has to do with staff waiting too long to take the food out or what. Will not be coming back anymore.

Potato was brown like it had been cooked the day before. Salad with wilted. Bread was burnt. Gallon of tea was too strong and bitter

Food was DELICIOUS.i had the ribs & let me tell you they taste so good better than city barbecue for a fact ️

It was good but I've had better. In my 40+ years I've never used A1 on a steak until tonight. Just not much flavor to it

I have a little nostalgia for Logan's since the location in Yukon, OK was out first date 9 years ago. This location - It's an okay steakhouse. Our steaks were great and cooked perfectly to our liking. The sweet potatoes are perfectly cooked and huge. They no longer have the veggie skewers on the menu which is super disappointing. We ordered the fried mushrooms for an app - we'll stick with the onion petals next time. Over all - exactly what you would expect from a chain.

A manager blamed a broken light fixture on his wait staff to a table behind us which is pretty poor leadership.

Not very good at all steaks won't cooked as ordered everything was cold just not happy whith this dinner at all

For the love of God. Fix the draft beer taps. If not bull doze this place down so we can build a real bar and restaurant. Seriously in need of an update. One of my favorite places. We need an upgrade stat.

I was seated very quickly even though the parking lot seemed full. The waitress was very attentive and the food was good.

Bartender was killing herself trying to keep up with the workload but the other kitchen and wait staff were moving like snails.very disappointing experience with food and service

We had a family get together for 14 family members. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The manager on duty was very accommodating for our large family. All around our experience was delightful. I can't say enough about our waitress, she deserves a gold medal! I will definitely recommend Logan's for a great dining experience. Thank you again.

Sign on door says that try are short staffed and may have longer wait times. Place was busy almost every table filled but our party of 6 was immediately sat. Waitress couldn't be nicer. Food was great but check your salads. One in party ordered the chicken salad. Chicken was ice cold where it should have been hot and produce had not been checked. Large piece of mushroom had not been washed/checked. And was full of dirt.

I'm from Maryland and its alot of restaurants that are new to me out here and this was one of them, me and my fiance just left from there and the food was absolutely awesome, everything I got was so delicious, best alcoholic beverage I've ever had and thats why I gave this restaurant 5 stars my only concern and complaint is that it felt like I was being judged by my race, they handed everything to my fiance and seemed like I wasn't there, when I asked for a to go box the guy put it on the edge of the table, when I gave him my ID for the drink I handed it in his hand when he gave it back he dropped it on the table, he was cool it seemed but the girl Mya ignored me and gave all the food to my fiance even ended up dropping my food cause she was focused on handing all the food to her. We are both mixed races but she us closer to the carcassonne side then me, they even handed her the check lol. Overall the food was some of the best I've ever had. I will never blame an establishment for some of the employees. I won't be returning to this location unfortunately cause I was so uncomfortable.

I'd have to say this is the worst experience that we've ever had at Logan's we spoke to a manager he did not really do anything about it he offered us more food which if we've already had bad food why would we want more simply just didn't do what I manager would do if someone told him that you know they've been there before never had no problems but this is the worst meal we waited very long time and our meal was still cold we addressed that and like I said he offered more food will win we didn't want more food that wasn't the case we was letting him know that this was the worst meal that we have had and basically nothing was done about it I'm just not happy and we will not be back to this facility

I tried the combo meal with ribs & grilled shrimp. The ribs were really good but the shrimp had some spice on it, was to hot for my liking. But we love Logans

Worst service ever! I used to go here regularly, but after last night, I probably never will again!

Unfortunately I have to give this establishment 2 stars because the food was terrible! The quality, taste, freshness just everything was bad. The very nice waitress and manager tried to make adjustment to the food but it just came out worse. Therefore I most likely will not visit again. The staff is very nice the food is just bad!

Ate evening diner here on August 8,2021.
We ordered or food. They had problems with being short of staff and only one manager.
Me and my wife enjoy this place. Our waitress was exceptional and great. The manager came to our table apologizing for the issues, and gave us a major discount when they didn't have to.
Recommend this place all the time and will definitely be back.

Had to wait about 20 mins before sitting down. Another 40mins for our food and it was luke warm.

Great food, slow Slow service not very many people eating but you have to wait 20 minutes to get a table

The bread is delicious and the steak and the hot dog the fries the chicken only one thing missing peanut

With being short staffed they still did a great job. The only disappointment was I could not get the soup and salad as a side.

Waitress was nice. The food was good. It took a bit to get the food but they were short staffed.

I have been here many times and the food and service has been top notch. This time, the service still was but I have never has a ribeye here that was so tough. I was completely surprised.

Waitress was great
Food was great when replaced with hot food
Worker could have been more assertive to the bathroom crowd who was in need of toiletries
Other than that. $20 dollar tip was earned.

The lady w different color hair is super sweet she rocks as bartender & waitress she always ask every little bit if u need anything the food is awesome drinks are good to.can't wait go back

Steak was not right but they happily made a new one. Broccoli was better than perfect. Server was fantastic
