New owners are great and the food is on point. Tucked away in the Wall Mart complex but worth the visit. Looks like they got rid off the crooked manager and dreadful employees at this location.

Great food with wonderful environment and fast service. Gotta come in and try the pork or the brisket! One of the best spots in town, customer for life!

Horrible, Dickey’s Corporate can you please shut this place down. Employees were outside the front entrance smoking cigarettes talking to these two obese girls who were yelling at a man with his pants around his ankles in the parking lot. Then they proceeded to come in with their cat. They allowed a Walmart employee back to cook his own food behind the line with a disgusting stained Walmart vest. No menus, 30 mins wait for Mac and Cheese which was frozen and already made but they had to boil it to thaw it out. Just seems like a place on its last leg letting a couple losers have a job and bringing their friends till they close. Please close this place. How the health department let it stay open is beyond me.

Google says verified open hours and open now. They are very closed. Sadly had to go somewhere else.

The service and staff were wonderful! But the food was not really good, it was just so-so. The okra was super salty, the meat was soggy but the Mac and cheese was great. The worst part was how dirty the floors were. They were sticky in some places and slippery in others, I actually slipped and almost fell 4 times. There was actual grime and filth on the floor. There is potential, but they really need to clean. Great great personality though with the staff, they were sweet and helpful.

We came in 30 minutes before closing, and the people working could not have been more welcoming. They chatted with us, talked about music (their selection was great), and the service was super fast. So wonderful, and thats rare these days.

We stopped by this place after my VA appointment. (June 14th 2023). My fiance and I both got the #3 pulled pork combo. Service was outstanding and the food was better than any other place we have tried in the Ashville area and around the upstate SC area. I will definitely be back!

Under new ownership and management. Place is cleaner and more vibrant than ever! Friendly wait staff and beyond good food!

Showed that it was open online and on their website so I placed a pickup order. When I went to pick up the store was closed due to staffing issues which is understandable and I’ve got no issues with, however I was still charged and have been trying to get a refund from the restaurant and their corporate but no response from either. Sorry you guys are having issues but maybe should shut down online ordering?

My order was wrong when I got it and it was remade and it’s still wrong. A child is running the door. I am not from here so going to restaurant I know was good to me, but never coming here again.

I start by saying that the food was very tasty. Service was quick. Place was clean.
However, I don't think I'll be returning any time soon. The chicken wings I ordered were the tiniest I have ever seen. They could have been pigeon, they were so small. The menu board showed the 6 piece portion at $6.99. The same menu board said "Make it a plate with 2 sides for $3.99. " When I get to the register, the total was $16 and change. I pointed out what the menu board said and was told that "Make it a plate" didn't apply to the wings, only sandwiches. I paid the better part of $20 for a small meal with no drink. When I looked at the receipt, I had been charged $7.99 instead of $6.99 for the wings. The small sides were $3.49 each. No roll or hush puppies. For less money I could have gone to a buffet or a sit down restaurant instead of a self service joint.
It was disappointing.

If no stars was an option this would be it. Second time I've ordered online and then got to restaurant told that they are out. Second time took them fifteen minutes to find my receipt all while being very rude tells me they are out of pork so they is nothing they can do. They would not refund me, they would not give me contact information of the owner / manager, all Jeff told me is his aunt runs the place.

Very friendly guys that work there, the food was delicious even without sauce. I would go back as soon as I am in town again.

Every time I come here to pick up food for a delivery company I work for, the place has closed early. This has been going on for over a year. After person A has paid money and person B (being myself) has driven all the way here expecting to make money off the order. Update your business hours or cut your tablets off for deliveries.

The food is great the brisket. Tender and juicy and the Pork, chicken and the Fries everythings good Great Atmosphere Alot of things have changed for the Better. Food, Quality, services, freshness. Etc.

Never eat at this place again the food was Terrible did not tast good at all and we did not even get all of our oder three things were missing and we were charged 37.41 for a thing of ribs and a pull pork sandwich on slaw and a drink. Not happy.

The brisket at this location is so amazing. The manager does a phenomenal job. I love Dickies and will continue to give reviews.

Need to update hours! Spent $45 on wings thinking they closed at 9pm. They were in the process of closing at 845pm and I was told orders can't be filled if they were placed pass 8. My order was placed at 810pm but unfortunately due to an issue they have with Google concerning posted hours online I was unable to get wings or a refund and I was only in town for the night. Extremely dissatisfied, Dickey's is normally out of food or there is some other issue. Take your money to another wing place, this is not worth it!

When I showed up to pick up an order I placed online at this restaurants “ghost kitchen” website I was greeted by a very aggressively rude individual. He referred to the restaurant as “his” so I imagine he is an owner or manager. He charged me $11 dollars for the impossible burger and insisted that he makes it with beef. He stated that he did not care what the website says and if I rested the impossible burger then I get an all beef patty. It’s possible that this man was simply having a terrible day but it seemed more likely that he was annoyed by the thought of someone wanting a plant based meat. Regardless I felt insulted.

This place is great! We stopped on our way through town and this one some of the best barbq we’ve had anywhere. I had the chicken breast, my husband had the brisket and they were both amazing. The fries had some sort of seasoning that was really good and I usually don’t even like fries. The place is small, clean and friendly and we will definitely be back!

I placed an online delivery order at 7: 50 p.m. I was charged for the order. It never arrived. I emailed, texted, and called asking for a refund. They refused even though they had been the ones to cancel the order. Avoid this place. They steal your money.

Update: after I disputed the charge, the owner of this business asked me to cancel my dispute saying they would give me a refund. I canceled the dispute on my card, and then the owner said they couldn't process the refund. This business is a TOTAL FRAUD. Avoid.

Ordered a big order online and like many others I showed up to no food. Took my money and provided no food. Also it has been two days and I still have not gotten my money back. Super sketchy.

Employees are very nice and the New mgr has the place super clean.always fresh food and a lot of smiles and laughs.great atmosphere. A Must visit BBQ place great deals

Ordered delivery from here tonight. None of the BBQ sauce was included so it’s just small portions of cold, bland meat with several items missing. Wouldn’t do it again.

Ordered the family pack with pulled pork. Got home and sat down to eat and found several long grey/blonde hairs. Called to complain and basically was told so what and tried to blame us with no apologies.

Unfortunate that I had to give one star. Location was supposed to be open until 9pm - I placed an order online to pick up (which I paid $60 for by the way!) Received a text saying the order would be ready by 8: 10, so I drove to the location to pick up the order and the location was already closed at 8pm. There were three other people that came up while I was there. Also - the phone number online and on the catering van we’re either out of order or nobody answered. Huge inconvenience.

The food always looks delicious, but now three separate times (over the course of several months) I’ve ordered online and been told that they’re completely out of everything. I understand if they have limited food, but they need to update their status on DoorDash/GrubHub if this is going to be a consistent thing.

I picked up several orders for delivery from this restaurant, and I would just like to say that the staff are extremely kind and very helpful. If you're in the neighborhood definitely dine or pick up from here

I really like this chain. Excellent service by the staff. Great parking. And I love the pulled pork barbecue. However the place reeked of disinfectant. I’m sure it was just the restaurant attempting to comply with the sanitation theater demanded by the government. But, stink detracted from an excellent meal.
