Nice chickfila, friendly employees, fast service. Overall a great place to get food, only downside is that since they reoriented to mostly drive thru service it's actually kind of hard to just walk in around the vehicles who are trying to get into their drive thru line. What is left of the parking lot is close to full or just plain old full around lunchtime. This is kind of by design as they are oriented to moving a lot of cars through the drive thru.

It says on here that it's open for dine in, but it's closed. Only drive through open, and this always happens. They lock the doors whenever they feel like it. Bad Management

I was going through the drive thru and employee passed me my lemonade completely dropping it on me and the inside of my car. Sitting here soaked the employee and manager gave me a handful of napkins and told me to please move on. I pulled over to clean my car try to dry myself and they all just stood at the drive thru window looking at me. Not once did they say sorry or please let us fix this. So very disappointed in the customer service.

We enjoyed our breakfast. Sorry there was no dine in. Hate we had to ask for receipt. So we went back for our receipt. Order was under the name Sheila. We ordered a fruit cup but we were told that it was not on the ticket. It was given to us. Thank you.

Went there for a milkshake in the drive thru. They gave me a free meal with sandwich, fries and 12 piece nugget. Don't know why but it was nice to do that.

Always have a great experience here. Now that I use the Mobile App. If you want to skip the line use the Chick-fil-A Mobile App and if your not comfortable keeping a card on file you can preload funds to the app and remove your payment method. You can also use a Chick-fil-A Gift card to load funds to your mobile app.

It was the Worse Chick Filet I have Ever Been Too. No Large Drink Cups. I had to get a Medium Drink in a Small 12 Oz Styrofoam Cup. They were Completely Out of All Chick Filet Sauces for The Nuggets. The Nuggets Didn't Taste like Chick Filet Nuggets. Tasted like Something Out of a Freezer. And No Lemon for The Iced Tea. Is There Anything Else I Need To Say. I Hope Not.

Phone was charging didn't take pics, I ate the salad too fast. But it was awesome as well as the diet frozen frosted lemonade with the lemon kale ceaser salad.

It's sometimes astounding how efficient they are. Any other restaurant would crumble with half of the drive thru traffic. Always busy, always fast, always delicious.

Caveat is that chuck fil a kind of lost its luster for me a while back. I still go every once in a while to see though. This trip I asked for large size. They said OK. But It was regular sized which means eight fries. I'll try again at some point.

I ordered a chicken mini TRAY this morning and a sweet tea. When I arrived at work, I realized that I didn’t have a tray, or a sweet tea. The meal that I received is not what I ordered and not what the receipt says. I received four chicken minis. It’s frustrating when you order something specific and do not receive it

The folks are working hard, busy location. Excellent service by the 2 guys working outside the drive-thru window to get orders to the cars.
My order #1 was lost. Pulled into drive-thru just before 1pm, pulled out at 1: 16pm. Not too many cars ahead of me at 1pm. Watched the car ahead of me with more than 1 order receive theirs within minute or two of pulling up to the window, same for the next car. I was asked to park, and then I watched as several other cars after me were served.
Definitely willing to give another chance. Who can resist the 'Chick'! But not if 16 minutes wait is routine when the location at Roxboro Rd has drive-thru wait time down to a science.

My order was taken wrong so I didn't receive the correct order at the window. I nicely told the manager at the window I didn't receive the correct order and that they simply left off a brownie. She absolutely refused to believe that the order was entered wrong and refused to just simply correct the order and give me the brownie I asked for when placing order. I don't mind paying for anything I order but if it's not put in when I ask for it don't me treat me like I'm just trying to get something for free. I thought this place was focused on treating customers with respect vs treating them like a thorn in their side bc THEY messed up. I will not be returning to the establishment due to the rudeness I just experienced over a brownie!

Inconvenient for travelers. Drive thru only, can't go inside or use the bathrooms. They want to take your order way before the menu is posted. We didn't know what we wanted, they seemed annoyed that we needed to look at the menu. Food was done fast. Just had to park & eat in the car, then find a bathroom another place.

*Go to Walgreens, the gas station doesn't have a bathroom either! *

This is one of the best Chick-Fil-A's I have ever been to. The drive through was organized, multiple could get their food at the same time, and they had an amazing grilled chicken sandwich. It was fresh and the cheese was melty, but not too melty. The french fries were okay, they could have been a little crisper. But they were seasoned well and tasted fresh.

Never again will I return to this location. We received sandwiches that were not cooked properly. The manager Zack has disgusting customer service and the Store owner David told me it was due to some frustrations with previous experiences and that he is in the process of learning. The store manager then proceeds to tell me how another customer tried to get $50 worth of free food them. As a customer with complaints of my own I don't think it is appropriate to be told about another customer's experience. The store manager justified the other managers customer service based on a previous customer experience. If this is not stereotyping I don't know what is. The store manager tried to offer me a voucher as he claims they normally do not do refunds there. To receive horrible food, disgusting customer service, and to be judged based on another customers experience that has nothing to do with me (other than the fact that I am black and she must have been black) is absolutely ridiculous. The managers and store managers here care nothing about customer service. Chik-fil-A is individually owned, and this location is not a good representation on the franchise.

The food is always good and fresh but very unorganized with their car line set-up. Hollering out customers names in the car line, taking food to the wrong cars and if wrong, passed the food and drink BK through the window. BC of
COVID, the food should have been put in the trash outside where others were trying to get their food. Workers sipping cups outside the window. I was very dissatisfied. Hope it gets better. Want be going BK no time soon.

I was surprised that manager didn't offer to ppints or free stuff since we drove back to have our order corrected. We are from out of town and had to turn around and come back. Manager did correct the mistake. Good food.

My wife's food and beverage was great. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich but it was prepared without lettuce and tomato, and no sauce was offered. Between what we both had (sandwich, 2 large orders of waffle fries, large sweet tea and chocolate chip milkshake) we had a lot of trash to dispose of. No trash bins were available, and there were no other places nearby to place the trash. Why should other nearby businesses be responsible for Chick-fil-A trash? I saw people throwing their trash out on the main road because they chose not to go elsewhere with it. Very disappointing Chick-fil-A.

Amazing how fast and efficient the drive through is. I'm glad to finally understand how to work the app. The family meal deals are a great find to keep our bill reasonable and everyone fed. I always end up with a few freebies from the rewards. Thanks for a delicious meal as always!

I did a mobile order for here and only received 5 out of 8 drinks that I paid for. Me being a fan of Chick-fil-A, this disappoints me because what is this. I’m not used to Chick-fil-A’s being this way. They are always on their A game but not this particular store at the time

First time I go to this Chick fil a location @ Residence Dr and my whole order was wrong. I drove home only to find that I was missing 3 out of my 7 sandwiches and had to come back. Then when I finally got home and ready to eat I got my sandwich just to find out that they had given me a regular chicken deluxe sandwich instead of the grilled spicy chicken sandwich that I had ordered and on top of that the sandwich had tomatoes which I am extremely allergic to, so I had to eat something else instead and didn't even get to eat my meal from chick fil a like I wanted to. I even took a picture where the order numbers don't match between the sandwiches.

Not all Chick-fil-A's are created equal. Some have exemplary super efficient delivery. Some do not. This falls into the latter category. Did not like that I couldn't Park in an assigned spot. As I've done at many others. Took longer than should have taken.

Absolutely top 2 of my fav chick fil a locations in Durham, NC. I travel an extra 7-10 minutes to this location instead of Parkside location because I know my food will be fresh, receive great customer service, timely manner and be satisfied with my overall experience. Keep up the great work and service.

I redeemed my free brownie and they didn't put it in my bag.so I guess I am out of my brownie. However, I do understand that people make mistakes so I am not mad. Other than that, that has a very smooth and courteous operation. Everything that you would expect from a Chick-fil-A.

Very ghetto can't recommend. Never seem to be able to get my order right. For Chick-fil-A to have such high standards this location drops the ball for sure. They're way less attentive than other locations.

Unfortunately, I was deeply dissatisfied with the service I received here and not for the first time. Extended wait for food ordered in the app while I was watching people not use the machine needed, then half of my meal was missing once I left the drive-thru making me have to return and park to walk up to the drive thru just to retrieve my full meal. The store wasn't even busy, so I don't understand all the confusion. Ultimately, I'm questioning if because this location is in a specific area in Durham, maybe they don't feel as though this area deserves equal customer service attention? Hmmm.

Highly disappointed and offended by this location handling of my missing sandwich. I ordered lunch for myself and 2 other co-workers yesterday on the APP. I picked it up and did not look in the bag till I got back to the office and notice we were missing a sandwich. I called spoke with Zack who said to come back today or the next day. I went back today and I told the associate what happened yesterday she said okay they will replace the sandwich. It's not a replacement because I already PAID and did not receive it and ended up having just fries for lunch. If anything it should be you giving me another sandwich or something for my inconvenience. When I mentioned that to the associate she said "we can not give you this entire meal for free". First of all, I NEVER ask you for a free meal. However, I do believe I should receive something for my inconvenience caused by your gross neglect. When I got to the window I was told Zack was busy and another manager, a lady was very passive as if she did not care or believe what I was saying and was like "well, what do you want me to do" I was like something for my inconvenience. I will now travel the extra 2 mile whenever I'm in the mood for chick fil-a then to come back.

Usually have no issues at this location. Got home and noticed my 3 orders of fries were undercooked. Called and was told to come back to get more fries. Came back and had to wait in the drive thru again (about 10 minutes) only to have the fries appear undercooked yet again. I asked the person/manager if I could get them well done. But she said the location is under new management and they don't do well done fries there. I was a bit confused but she agreed to bring me out a third order of fries. Took about 7 minutes to wait in the parking lot. When they arrived, they looked the same, as the previous two orders. Maybe cooked just a few seconds longer. But I decided to just take them. Disappointed as I've been going to this location for years with no problem. No one apologized for the inconvenience, by the way.
