I've never felt so gross and disrespected after visiting a business before. Michael, my sales rep was exceedingly rude, telling me the chips/scratches on my truck looked terrible and ugly, thinking that was a good way to try to upsell me. And was the most pushy with sales I've ever experienced. The man has no concept of the word "No". He also clearly has zero knowledge about cars, because when he called me about not being able to start my vehicle, I explained the condition of my truck and that you could start it with the automatic start on the key fob. This man then said "WHAT'S A KEY FOB". Are you serious? On top of this, I was told if I got my truck there when they open I'd be much more likely to be done earlier. I dropped it off at 8: 20am and my truck wasn't finished till 4: 30pm, and I live over an hour away so my entire day was spent waiting around. I was told it took so long because cars from dealerships get immediate attention, makes zero sense. Why would I make an appointment and have to get there before 10am if that's how you're going to run your schedule? I wasn't told about the pick up time being between 3-5pm until I arrived, which would've really helped me plan my day better had I known prior to arrival. Do not waste your time or money with this business, they don't care about you.

Had undercoating done and the got it all over the paint badly. Probably had more on the paint then anything. Spent all day getting it off.a week ago i spent 7hrs detailing it. Then this happens…

The customer service is good. They explain to you what your car needs. And so far happy with the outcome also.
Some discounts and coupons would go a long way though

Save your money and go to a place that actually cares. Every time I go there, they miss panels. This time, I have black undercoating on my Dead step fathers car that was gifted to me so thanks for the complete lack of respect. Spend less money and do it yourself or go to a person that will actually do what you pay for.

Was not pleased with my experience at Ziebart. Between the sales guy Kevin trying to up sell me and saying things to me like “ oh you must not care about your truck then “ when I said I just wanted the undercoating done really left a very sour taste in my mouth. Lack of communication during the process as well attributes to the low star rating.

Very unfortunate experience.

We had the ceramic gloss applied this year and the truck looks BETTER than the day we picked it up from the showroom! Highly recommend Alexa and the team at Ziebart

I brought my F150 here in 2018 and got the rust protection, under body coating and truck bed liner. Every year i bring it back for free maintenance which includes respraying the bottom and touching up the rust protection. The best part is the yearly touch ups are free. So far the bed liner has been rock solid and looks fantastic after plenty of abuse. The under coating and rust protection are doing their job with no signs of rust.

I think if you are planning on keeping your truck for a while this is a fantastic way to keep it rust free and worth the money. The people here have always been nice and they now have a much better location so I think things will only get better.

I'm hoping to keep my truck for a while longer but if I get a new one I would come back here and get the same services.

When I moved back up home to upstate NY from FL, I brought my FL jeep up with me and seeing as how she's an 02 wrangler with the 4.0 5speed with NO rust or frame rot getting the undercoating and rust protection was a must for keeping my Jeep protected from those horrible salted winter roads. Now if I could just protect it from all these psycho deer that'd be great. Anybody need help tagging out next year? !

This place is a joke, and they playing around with prices! I had my car parked for couple of weeks, they said i need a paint correction on a brand new vehicle and gave me a quote for 999,99$ and even I double checked the price 1,000 US dollars to remove it. All i need was bug and tar. Such acting was involved
Like omg it is all over car it is gonna take a day or two! I get it it you run the business and you guys need make profit, but you know stop playing acting roles,!

I never am one to leave a review, but I really have to tip my cap to Ziebart. Super professional from the front office to the guys in the shop who worked on my truck. I did a full undercoating, paint correction, glass treatment, etc.pretty much the whole 9 yards and they made sure to do everything to the highest standards. Impressed would be an understatement. Will recommend and go back for any further work that falls under their expertise. Again I'm a 23 year old guy, this might be the first review for a company I've ever written, that should tell you enough.

I received a call that my truck was due for its annual free touch up on the undercoated frame. I feel as though they went above and beyond and my truck looks great. Thanks guys, see you next year
