Had an appt few days ago and received great customer service! I was greeted by an employee as soon as I walked in, and then Connor Moore came out from his office and checked me in. We have had them treat all our vehicles and always had great service. The manager, Connor, always makes sure we are well taken care of. If there was any concern, he has made sure we left totally satisfied. Great to work with.

My last experience with this location was less than pleasurable. My chief complaint is that while I was waiting, both inside and out, I was unable to distance myself from an employee and his views. This employee went on and on about his political and personal views and beliefs. If it were a patron, this behavior would be understandable. It makes me wonder if this employee's views and beliefs reflect this establishment's views and beliefs. I would hope Ziebart accepts all people, no matter what their political or personal beliefs are. Additionally, this is the second time I've picked up a vehicle after having an interior cleaning done, and it definitely left me extremely disappointed. If you are looking for an unbiased detailing experience that makes you feel good about the money you're spending, I recommend the detail shop Ivan & Izac Automotive.

I got my windows tinted and got a ceramic coat which was done well. I then went back a month later to get 2 cars detailed. Overall I was a little disappointed with the quality of the detail. They still did a good job, but missed some key areas.

Conner and the staff at the Canandaigua store are super friendly and helpful. I needed a last minute schedule change and they accommodated me happily. I’ve been very satisfied with the service on my vehicle and highly recommend this business

Good afternoon All! I’m writing about your Canandaigua location outstanding customer service from James Kavanagh, I’ve been a customer of this location since I purchased my 2018 Toyota Tundra for its initial service, and had been returning every year for the resprays. Well in between I’ve had issues that I would always point out, and they never seemed to be rectified, during every visit I would become more and more frustrated after each visit, because my concerns weren’t being addressed. Finally I’ve had enough so when I arrived Wednesday morning 05APR23 James grabbed the from the front desk and attempted to escort me to his office cubicle, out of frustration I told him that I’m not here to purchase anything, because all of my issues weren’t being addressed. James asked me to come in and tell him what’s going on. I explained my issues, he replied that he would make it right. He listened to all of my concerns, he took notes, and promised that he would try and have my vehicle completed by 4-430pm. He followed up with a phone call and stated that my vehicle would be ready as promised. I did a walkthrough and turned out James delivered big time! Thanks James for your outstanding customer service and winning me back to the Canandaigua ZIEBART.

James was the best. He did a wonderful job helping us with what we needed for our vehicle. I would recommend him for everyone.

I have had such an amazing experience with James. My car looks amazing and he help me complete the 5 coat ceramic for such a great deal. They did miss spots in my interior and normally I feel ziebart procrastinated on fixing these types of problems but he handled and fixed them right away. I highly recommend james.

The staff at Ziebart Canandaigua are excellent. Attention to detail and customer satisfaction is great! I have had a couple different services done by them and they always deliver only the finest results. I have recommended many of my friends and coworkers to there shop in Canandaigua. Took my car in for a remote start install at 830am, which was set up through the dealer where I purchased the car. Salesperson told me that it would take approximately 2 hours and it would be all set. 4 hours passed by and no call from Ziebart, so I stopped in to check on things. They told me that the car had another hour or so to wait until it was done. The manager then brought me into his office and told me that the car was never worked on because his tech was “too new” and he didn’t want him to work on my car and he was trying to get a more experienced tech to come in and do the work. The manager then tried to back track and offer a “free” $300 in/out detail, for the complete lack of service. What a waste of a day and a joke of a business.

Highly recommend Ziebart in Canandaigua. When you go in ask for James Kavanagh. He was very helpful when I Brought my Car in for Ceramic Coating and window treatment. He made sure everything was done very well and in a timely manner. 10/10 service.

My 2020 Toyota 4runner's inside looks brand new. Wish I had taken before and after picture. I have a 170lb Saint Bernard Jaxon who hikes with me. So everything in the woods ends up in my SUV along with drool, dog hair and wet dog smell. Ziebart in canandaigua exceeded my expectations detailing my 4runner! Highly recommend them if you want quality work and the best customer service.

I have had the best experience using Ziebart in Canandaigua. Working with Connor has been extremely helpful. Hes very patient and knowledgable. He will make sure that you are left with no unanswered questions.

Even if your questions are redundant, he would enthusiactly take the extra time to make sure that you have a clear understanding. Its always nice to work with someone who clearly loves what they do for a living.

I have had my vehicle in Ziebarts on a yearly basis from the day I bought it new back in 2014. The job they did with protecting my paint and the undercoating has stayed strong 8 years later. Not only am I amazed, but my customers who see my work van will say, "Wow, did you get a new van"?

Niko & James are great as is the rest of the team at Canandaigua Ziebart! They got all the camp season mess out of my truck and it looks showroom new inside and out! They’re very accommodating and go that extra mile! I wish more businesses had a work ethic like these people do! I got in a fender bender and destroyed my nerf bar on one side, plus the lower part of the door on my truck. Ziebart was recommended and I am so glad I went there. Nico not only had it repaired so well you cannot tell, but he had the interior detailed as an additional surprise. I cannot say enough good things about Nico and Ziebart in Canandaigua!

We had both our cars rust treated last year and came in today for our free annual warranty check-up. The customer service was amazing. We originally had a car booked in each day but they juggled things around so that they did both cars in one day, which was more convenient for us. They were fast, efficient and friendly. I would recommend!

A big thanks to Connor at the Canandaigua Ziebart for his continued great work. My wife and I had two vehicles in the shop yesterday for their annual undercoating and clear coating. It's a fairly long process, but he did his best to get us out of there in a timely manner.

Nico at Ziebart Canandaigua handled my experience. I had a ceramic coating applied to my new Chevy Traverse and it looked fantastic. Then a tragedy occurred. A short time after getting my ceramic coating applied, a drunk guy on a bicycle ran into my parked vehicle, scratching the fender. Nico was able to buff out the scratch like it never happened. I am so very pleased with their work and would highly recommend anyone use Ziebart in Canandaigua for any services they provide.

I got the ceramic coating several months ago on my new car, when I did I was told that if I ever get a scratch to give them a call and they would "hook me up". About 3 months later I come out of work to see I have 2 good size deep scratches. Gave them a call and they told me to bring it in so they could take a look. I stopped in and about an hour and a half they had touched the scratches up and reapplied the ceramic coating to the area, all free of charge. These guys are awesome, I am definitely a customer for life.

Nico is the BOMB. I am a little accident prone, and he has always been very kind and responsive to my cars needs and my schedule! The actual product of the undercoating is top notch as well. This is my 3rd car with it and I wouldn't have it any other way! Also my favorite place for a an interior detailing

I just had some of the best customer service at Ziebart Canandaigu! Niko is friendly, efficient and keeps you smiling through your whole visit. He had also helped me on the phone the day before, answered all my questions, and eased my concerns about timing. Would highly recommend this location for their car services AND their customer care.

I went in for my yearly maintenance to this location because I had a bad experience with the Rochester one. I wish I can remember the guys name, because I was supposed to write this awhile ago but I forgot. Anyway, here it is, I gave 5 stars because he didn't pressure nor hassle me to spend more money on upgrades and understood my situation. As a whole the they did a great job in a timely manner. I would definitely go back there and also seek that person out to possibly get those upgrades next time.

I have no complaints about the product, nor the personnel. I'm sure the coatings I purchased (through a dealership) do help protect my car and most importantly prevent rust. The staff are always friendly.
I just cannot rate them higher as my experience there is rather limited.

Took my truck to Ziebart in Canandaigua for paint correction/protection and ceramic coating. Originally I was very impressed with the salesman. He seemed to understand everything I needed done and was able to get everything set up for me correctly. I left my truck there for the work to be completed the next day, the salesman James was not there for the day. During that time the work that I had planned with the salesman got misinterpreted by those doing the work. When I picked up my truck I expressed my concerns about the work that was originally completed and the salesman James did what he had to do to make things correct. I brought my truck back as Jame instructed for the work to be completely redone. Upon picking my truck up after the work was completed I was impressed with the job that was done and the salesman we worked with for doing what he had to do to make things right.

Two weeks ago I brought my new car in for a paint protectant and rust protectant. They had it done the next day. Yesterday My car got scratched right through the paint. I told Nico at Ziebart what happened and he told me to bring it in the next morning. He touched up the paint and put the protector back over it free of charge!

Once again I'm here for paint repair and because of the Ceramic package I bought, Connor Moore got me right in to buff out some scratches a cat had left behind. Once again, free of charge. Great customer service, Thanks Connor!

James took care of me while I had my car there. Buffed out so really deep scratches and did a hell of a job with the ceramic coating. Cars basically scratch proof now and I got a good deal. Well taken care of and very satisfied.
