Came for a blowout, when I scheduled by the phone they gave me one price, when I was leaving the price was twice as big than they told me before, for a horrible hair-do. The lady who worked on my hair did not care to follow what I told her and she took 2 hours to do what I could have done at home in 15 minutes (and I would do it better), on top of that she had a disgusting smelly breath, she was new just arrived from russia. When I scheduled appointment I had a special event and I was hoping to see one of their advertised professionals.
Also a colorist Eric, with whom I scheduled before that cancelled on me like an hour before the appointment. Very unprofessional.

First time here, had root touch up with Alena (sorry if misspelled). A month earlier had highlights done by other hairstylist. The results were meh (highlights were too wide, the contrast between base and highlights was strong, thus the whole look was giving off the 90s’ vibe). With that being said, Alena made amazing job not only at covering my greys, but also toned down significantly the contrast making me look more polished. I also saw the work of another hairstylist with red hair - she’s done a great job with bright vibrant coloring. Overall, very satisfied with results, thus would definitely recommend this salon. P. S. I really liked Alena’s professionalism, for those who prefer “silent” treatment, she is the best choice)

Don't go there for short haircuts, you won't get what YOU want but what hairdresser finds "cool and modern" instead

How to hate a client so that instead of the requested haircut, an elongated pixie cuts a young girl's hair! In summer! Potted! Pzdc thanks. Don't go there for short haircuts, they don't know how to cut women's short haircuts and don't distinguish one form of short haircut from another at all.

I signed up for a haircut, when I came to the salon I heard that the barber was sick. You should have been warned ahead of time! I wasted my time

Amazing experience. My friend had her hair done by Gayana who did a fabulous job. Her hair looked stunning and she enjoyed her experience there. The salon was very clean and organized. I cannot wait get their mani and pedi.

My favorite salon in Brooklyn, I have been serviced for a long time, the masters are experienced, the prices are reasonable. Thank you very much for the service, I'm picky in terms of manicure, my nails are done here chic, I'm glad that I found a place where they do a good manicure, without cuts and with an even coating buzz!
