I adore Zara went to the store looking to buy a birthday present and, of course found a cardigan I know my friend will like. Zara is especially exciting when they have a sale!

My absolute favorite store! If you are looking for affordable, stylish, fashion forward clothing, this is the place!

Very nice store that spans 4 floors with a good selection for everyone, from men's, women's, kid's, and accessories. The decorations are awesome and beautiful.

Personally, I really like the Zara store, but the one in Madrid.they have better clothing in quality and prices.here in New York you can't find almost anything you see in their catalogs.

This is the WORST zara i’ve ever been to in my life. I’ve never felt more neglected and annoyed at as a customer.i asked this lady a simple question of where this skirt would be located and she said she would bring me one from the stockroom and i said it’s ok if you tell me where it is i’ll get it myself she insisted she would bring it for me so she leaves i’m waiting for 15 minutes i see she’s back but instead she’s just putting a bunch of clothes away and she literally sees me and ignores that she was supposed to bring the skirt i was waiting for. Then i ask another lady where the skirt would be located she goes ask the person in the dressing room because they have an ipod idk what they call it, i go and ask the gentleman in the fitting room and he goes and tells me that i should just go through all the clothes on the rack from inside the fitting room. I looked through all the clothes people just tried on and then found nothing so I went back and asked the first girl where the skirt was at again and she just goes oh i’ll bring it right now after thirty five minutes have passed. Whatever I ended up getting the skirt I go to the register and it was another male, these workers have no etiquette they look like they hate their job he tried to make me feel stupid for wanting to do an exchange for something that i bought online but at my retail store were able to do that so I wasn’t informed of this. He did the two different transactions didn’t even care to ask for my zara code for my actual purchase. Overall just a horrible experience. As someone who works in retail i know how things will get but i won’t ever be rude to a customer just because i’m lazy or have a bad day.

Yokasti & paula gave me the greatest shopping experience here at store 666 on fifth Ave. They were very knowledgeable on the products they made me feel so comfortable I wanted to buy more and more things. They were so sweet and professional the best experience ever.

I have been to many of Zara locations. But I really enjoyed the 5th avenue location. The staff is very helpful and I was honored to be helped by Jovany who assisted me in the self checkout for my garment item.

Very nice clothing store with a lot of selection.
Unfortunately the changing rooms on the floor are not clean.

Went to return a skirt today and the staff put on a long face once she knew I was only returning. She was saying “Oh lord” “Oh gosh” and then started speaking Spanish in an impatient tone with the other staff. I don’t understand Spanish but the other staff was looking at me so I’m not sure if she was cursing me or not. I’m already mad about the quality of the item cuz the zipper of the skirt was broken but this returning experience has made it worse.

Horrible customer service. They made me wait for 30 mins and didn’t bother to update that the item was not in stock.

Beautiful brand store, large selection of clothing. Possibility to order online and collect in store.

First Zara in 4 four countries that I have been to that the sellers are not jerks, but the security is!

Employees were extremely helpful and they had a lot of different items! Bigger sizes were definitely hard to cone by, but the employees dropped what they were doing to lend me a helping hand!

I literally had the worst experience at this Zara that I’ve ever had at a retailer. Dressing rooms were closed due to lack of staff and employee yelled at me when I didn’t put clothes I didn’t want on the rack in the dressing room area (even though it was closed). When I asked the manager why the dressing rooms were closed he said just buy everything you want and return what you don’t want. I was only in the city for a day and live in an area without a Zara. I left so furious and as a clothing store owner myself, I can’t imagine running a retail location this way. Makes me so mad!

There is no place to wait or sit, difficult to go as a family because they RUNE people out of the store if they are not taking clothes.

This store was quite unusual. We arrived at 7: 20 pm, spent about 10 minutes browsing clothes, and at 7: 30, when we tried to use the fitting room, we were told it was closing at 8 pm. We were surprised by this, and when we asked to speak to the manager, we were directed to the same person who had given us the information. It was a disappointing experience.

I shop at Zara quite often at many locations, and the experience I had here was beyond awful. The dressing room staff and manager were extremely rude and I didn’t try on half the items I had just because I wanted to get out of there - especially because every time someone walked quickly past the changing room curtain everyone could see in. Highly recommend any location but this one.

The store is good. Clean, big and lots of choice. BUT such disgusting and rude sales assistants in fitting rooms. Teach them to talk and be polite. Only because of their attitude spoiled quick anything to buy here.
