Terrible and rude customer service, and really slow- it’s almost fantastic. I’m sorry - but it seems like something just sucked the life energy out of everyone who works here. If you know what you’re getting and can get out- go for it. But if you ask about anything, it looks like you just killed a puppy in front of them.
Came her once and one of the sales associates left the sensor on my clothing it was very embarrassing. Brought it the manager on shift and he disregarded my complaint as if it was nothing. If you’re a poc they racial profile us so please be mindful. Other then that the clothes per usual are dope and the location is a fav of mine.
Nightmare store. Barely two employees in a 3 floor store, one person working the registers. Massive line to make returns with slow-moving and clueless staff. The return line makes sense given the significant downward turn in quality Zara has taken. Spend your money elsewhere, and certainly your time.
Waited more than an hour on line. There is only one person at the register while lots of employees walking around doing nothing. Terrible manager and service. Never coming to this location
Truly shameful. The staff clearly takes pleasure in not serving customers. The brand should be ashamed - literally negative customer service. Terrible experience
I am waiting on like for 45 min to make a return. The line is at least 30 people deep. There is one person on the register and at least 7 on the floor - not sure Joe this makes any sense. This could easily be resolved by placing another person on the register.
The department store was plagued with a disgruntled work staff, leading to a complete lack of team spirit. It was evident from the 20-minute long lines customers had to endure just to return merchandise. With one cashier manned at the counter, at any given time, it was not at all surprising to see 15 or more people standing in line, waiting to get their turn. The lack of customer service it’s truly not an urban myth, with barely any employee willing to assist or address the mounting concerns of the shoppers. It’s time for the management to realize the dire situation and take corrective actions.
The worlds worst customer service. Worse than any cable or phone company, and worse than the airlines (well, maybe not worse than the airlines). The objective of every employee is to say NO. It is ashamed that they have incredible clothing, but such consistently horrible customer service and staff members. And trust me, this is not after one interaction, this is after 5 interactions. But one day they will realize that great clothing and inexpensive prices is not everything.
I came here with a friend on Wednesday, May 17, around 6: 30 p.m. To return an item. 1. This location is way too busy to only have one customer service employee at the register. We stood on that line for over 24 minutes-which I could not understand because there were plenty of employees restocking the racks. The young lady at the register was awesome. She handled the line gracefully, but what explanation does Zara, -an internationally recognized brand- with a location on 5th Ave in the Flat Iron District have for such meager customer service? One young lady on the second floor at 6: 30 p.m. Hardly seems like management using their human resources optimally. The fact is I stood on that line, so did the people before and after me. Also, by the look of previous reviews, there's a consistent lack of quality customer service at this location. But what do I know? I'm just a customer, right?
Very unprofessional and disorganised location. I’ve waited 15 minutes in the line and then another 20 waiting for them to retrieve my online pickup order. Highly unrecommended
The worst Zara, very small, lines are crazy, definitely not enough employees working, line was like 25 people and only one cashier was there, save your time, don’t go to this location
Do Better Zara. I love ur clothes and the store locations. I need for the employees to be up to date on fashion and trends. More importantly the trends & items Zara brings in. I Asked about a pair of jeans that are flared, lose fit, ripped on knees & back, men’s jeans. Told me I’d have to give them the code number. “How am I to know”. I rely on the employees to be in the know.
Last went to pay for my shoes, walked out and the alarm went off. The guy at the door told be to go back to the register and have them work it out. At that point. I spent money & the guys looked at my receipt, saw I made no mistakes, but still I had to take care of the problem. Feeling embarrassed because the cashier didn’t do their job right. Nor did they try to create small talk & ask me if I found everything ok. Nothing. Ugh. Please do better.
Another one of the Zara stores in the city. Has similar selections as the other locations. Is smaller in size and has slightly less variation. Nonetheless, the store still has the staple Zara items - business casual wear, party wear, work out gear, casual outfit, very few jewelry, few accessories, and some perfumes. The staff are very lovely!
Menagerie Ashley who work in this store is just so rude and disrespectful I bring dress to return or exchange without receipt but with all tags on and proof from my bank account She didn’t even want to help and do she said they can only do if I have receipts? ! Since when? I live one block from that store shopping all the time at Zara but never ever been treated like that I told her I want my store credit then she raised her voice and tell me I’m been very aggressive and she won’t do that what I gonna do about that I walked out of the store but this is not way how Zara need to treat they customers And I’m sure I’m not the only one who lose respect and come back in store Definitely Ashley with that attitude don’t deserve to be manager bcs instead of yelling and screaming she should do her job and help customers
