Everyone was very nice in the Granville Service Department! I did not have to wait very long for my oil change and tire rotation to be completed. Love the new, very comfortable chairs in the waiting room!

Once again Zappone made getting into a new vehicle seamless. Easy to work with and attentive. This was our fourth vehicle from Zappone.

I brought my car in because I heard a rattling noise. My car has only ever been serviced by Zappone since purchasing it. I have to say, this is the best customer service I’ve ever gotten at a dealership. The service staff were very polite & informative.

Even though I brought my car in for the rattling noise they also told me that I should be looking to get new tires soon, provided me with pricing, recommended I get an oil change (I usually go by the oil life on my dash settings & wait until it gets to 15%) & a new filter. They told me not to always go by the oil life setting like I assumed & to just go by the mileage sticker to be safe.

On top of all that, they were able to squeeze me in for said oil change, fixed the rattle & had me out a few minutes before I told them I needed to be. Can’t say enough great things about this dealership. I will never buy a car from anyone other than Zappone! Thank you!

Heather in the service department is the absolute best! While everyone that I have dealt with there has been nice and helpful, Heather goes above and beyond. I bought my Certified Pre-Owned Jeep GC from Zappone CJDR in late 2019 and have been thrilled with it ever since. Even though I don't have the vehicle serviced through them, Chris Horn who sold me the Jeep still checks in with me years later to make sure I'm still happy with my purchase. No pushy sales people here, which is a very nice surprise. I will try to buy from them again in the future and will recommend anyone to buy CJDR vehicles through them.

I have always had a positive experience with the service department at Zappone CJDR in Granville. The staff is very friendly, and the wait is never longer rhan expected.

The most professional dealership I have ever visited. We were traveling and experienced the "death wobble"in our 2021 Jeep Wrangler. We called that dealership since it was only a few miles from where we were staying. They called us right back and booked us in for the day after Christmas. They had to order a part to be sent overnight. They not only did that, but did all the other recalls and updates that our 4XE needed. They also discovered our tires were way out of balance. They fixed everything and had our jeep back to us the next day. All under warranty. I am happy to give them this review.

I have to say Heather is an AMAZING employee. She is always trying to get me in when it’s convent for my schedule. Her customer service is excellent. She’s 15 out of 10. And your tech Jake is also WONDERFUL. He’s always explains and showing me what needs to be done on my car. He doesn’t come out and say this needs to be replace and goes and does it he is always explaining to me what needs to be done and then shows me… You truly have an AMAZING TEAM… OVERALL I GIVE YOU A 15 out of a 10. GREAT JOB ALL AROUND. Thanks for making it easy for a woman to come in and get work done/oil changes done… A+

Always great to deal with zappones. Have probably purchased over a dozen cars between myself and immediately family in the last 10 years. This year we have bought 4. I don’t buy jeep, dodge or ram products. I buy Zappones. If they sold Chevrolet or Ford I would buy from Zappones

Absolute best buying experience I’ve had. I talked to Matt Zappone on a Sunday, he went out of his way on his day off to get paperwork started and get me my trade value, then I dealt with Benn, and Tyler the finance manager. From seeing the vehicle online sunday, to going there, buying it and taking it home 2 days later, I was in and out of the store in 30 minutes. Very professional and straight forward people.
