I was lucky to be introduced to Yaniv & associate. My first contact was splendid. I had the honor of being attended to by a very nice lady (Brittany). She took all my details and appropriately guided and advised me on the process. She explained the costs and time frame. I opted for the expedited.
I liked the fact that part from speaking with the paralegal staff, I also went through my case with the lawyer who reviewed everything and explained to he that I have a good case.
Two months was the assigned time for expedited, but my case came through in less than two months.

My divorce went from simple to a headache but Yaniv & Associates, PC stepped in and assisted me in every way possible to get it done. There were times when emails were slow to be returned due to staffing issues but that's a minor problem in the grand scheme of things. Unfortunately I’m having trouble with them. Someone recommended this firm but definitely I’m am not happy with my decision. I called regarding of my divorce and the secretary all the time say the same. It’s impossible to talk with other person different of the secretaries. And when I call to the court they say that they can’t give information to me because I have attorney or someone representing me. When finally the judge answer to me friendly give a advice what the lawyer suppose to do to make the process short. I ask to the firm with this and if I should pay more it’s not a big deal. They say no and that they did what they supposed to do. And if I want then they can send a letter to the court that i decline to have a lawyer. Honestly it talk so bad about how they take care of they costumers. Very bad experience in my case.

This has been a positive experience dealing with the staff at Yaniv & Associates, PC. I dealt with Britney and Bessie and both were very professional and very responsive. While being divorce is a bitter sweet but at least dealing with the staff at Yaniv & Assocates, PC made it less stressful, and less painful in completing the 50 pages I would have to complete on my own if I were to do it by myself. On point! On point! On point! I can’t say enough about them. As I started my search for attorneys I found Yaniv & Associates. As I read their reviews and saw that they keep their word to what they say and do. I became more convinced that they will help me with my divorce. I reached out to them and had a-lot of questions. They were patient with me and answered all my questions. I was in correspondence with paralegal Ms. Brittany. Very helpful and patient. As I decided to render their services they helped me along the way and kept me abreast on the process and the next steps. As I paid for their services including the expedited fee to process my paperwork faster, they immediately jumped on my case. They contacted me as they said they would. Discussed my case and started drawing up a draft and sent to me for my review. Shortly thereafter they sent the complete documentation for me to sign as well as for my ex to sign. Once we signed the documents, Yaniv and Associates sent my documents immediately to receive a judgment. With in a month after they sent my divorce paperwork with in 4/5 weeks I received an email that the judge granted the divorce. I was so elated and happy to hear this news.
