Got my first car here and the customer service I received was amazing. Had a few questions later down the road and they were happy to help! As a young, new driver I was not as patient or knowledgeable with the process of having a new car as I should’ve been but Sam remained patient and level headed from the beginning to the end. Even found me a great mechanic (Anthony’s Automotive Repairs on Kings Highway) just as friendly and patient. It’s extremely hard to find people who are trustworthy when it comes to this car business. Went and bought my first car with them and they were very nice honest people. They show you the carfax on the spot and the car I bought passed inspection. The car was in good condition and have not have any problems since.
Sam also goes out his way to help his customers. A couple weeks after I got my car my passenger mirror got mess up just by leaving my car parked in the front my place and I reached out and he suggested it to buy the mirror online because it will be cheaper and I got it on Amazon and when it came in Sam was nice enough to fix it for me free at charge. Some places I called and just to fix the mirror they wanted to charge me 300$. Regardless of all that extra stuff the customer service was on point. I love my new car!

Might not be the cheapest auto place you’ll find, but the guys there will really try and work with you to do the best they can. The inventory is great and their professionalism is top notch. They won’t tell you what you want to hear but definitely give it to you exactly how it is. Just want to emphasize on their character once more. Great people. Lol they even treated my dog well…. They’re the type to do long time business with for sure. Purchased my car a Lil more then a month ago and we still keep in touch. Keep up the good work Worlds Best Auto!

Female friendly auto place. Not easy to find somewhere that doesn’t take advantage of woman’s when it comes to cars. They help me way after my purchase of the car and are very FAIR.

The costumer service in this place is absolutely amazing. Mike was the most helpful nice guy! Some of the nicest most people you will ever meet. Just bought a car two days ago from them a 2012 gorgeous Kia Optima. Was there for 71/2 hours with my grandma and probably drove them crazy haha. But they were with me every step of the way. I’d deff give five stars but I brought the car home and 2 days later i have to replace both front rims due to huge cracks ‍️. Other than that car seems perfect and quiet so far!

Having been in the car business myself i know the so call "tricks of the trade". With that being said, these guys are few and far in between when it comes to getting a good deal and excellent customer service and i would recommend this place to anyone who is a first time buyer or who is just simply looking to reestablish their credit.
