World spa has great customer service. The facility is clean and well maintained.
It’s my favorite spa in NYC

I went to world spa for the first time with a few friends on January 2nd. It exceeded all expectations.
The facility is brand new, beautiful, and incredibly clean. The clientele is respectful and values a restful spa experience.
There is a range of Banyas, steam rooms and pools. Each room was never too crowded, except the salt room, where you needed to wait a bit before getting a seat. There are cold plunge pools and showers near each of the banyas. Water fountains too so stay hydrated.
The restaurant was underwhelming and slightly overpriced but it’s nice to have so you can spend the whole day there.

Pro tip: bring your own clean slippers, not because it’s dirty but to enjoy the snow room.

Really love the snow room. Grab snow before hitting the hot saunas! It helps. Also the staff are friendly and there to help you have a great experience. The bathrooms only have 4 showers so you do have to wait in line on a Busy night

LOVEEEE THIS PLACE. Driving to this place was kind sketchy lol but when you enter the facility it was so clean. I went very early in morning so I would recommend that to avoid the crowds on a Saturday. The message was life changing and 10/10 experience

This place was amazing. I went on my birthday with my lady and had so much fun relaxing and learning about the different health benefits from each sauna. It was truly an amazing experience. Can't wait to come back.

Awesome spa to definitely check out. Loved all the different rooms to try and the snow room was so fun! The wristband system is really great too.

Reminded me of the Korean spas I've been to. Very posh~! I might be unfairly comparing this place to some of the nicer Korean spas I've been to, but this place didn't even provide slippers. Only a robe, which you didn't really use except in the dining area and walking from room to room.

Also, I would suggest the spa get better smelling products. The smell of the locker room was amazing, very spa-like scent. I was expecting the shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion to smell amazing like that too, but I was sorely mistaken. I'm leaving the spa smelling not so great, an almost bitter scent. Hard to describe.

We went here on a Wednesday afternoon, and it really wasn’t busy at all. The people at the front desk took very good care of us. It was a really fun experience overall. The Banya and steam rooms were amazing. My favorite part was the snow room. Plunging into something hot after being in the snow was such a great experience. The only thing I was a little disappointed by was the food and the service at the restaurant. We got there a little bit after 5: 30 and thought we would have until 9 to do what we want it but it took an hour for us to get our food and eat and by the time we finished, we only had 45 minutes left because they actually start closing the place down at 8: 15. We ordered the Greek salad, which had a very awkward giant piece of feta, and the salad itself was really overdressed. The sushi was nothing to write home about but the burger was very good.

There’s also one very silly thing that really has no merit on my review. None of the doors have signs labeling, push or pull. It was really annoying constantly pulling when I should’ve pushed and vice versa.

With all this being said, I can’t wait to go back and the entire experience was super relaxing.

Went on a weekday late morning, and had a great time. It wasn't crowded, and fellow spa-goers were considerate and chill, making for a relaxing experience.

Tons of rooms to try, excellent décor, friendly staff, and surprisingly good food. Also thought a day pass was reasonably priced given the experience.

Overall, this is a great addition to the neighborhood.

I like how you can bring your sandals - and the signs on each station to be able to enforce a quiet space. I had a lovely time there and the sushi was really yummy.

Bring a water bottle!

The ways we are told to gather for demos was nice! I definitely can see how they could make them a little longer because as everyone settles it’s only 5 minutes until it’s over.

I went on a week day and got to spend 6 hours there.

I'm not big on writing reviews at all, good or bad, but this place is so deserving. I had a Himalayan hot stone massage today and let me tell you - that was the best massage I've ever had. I get massaged often, and have been to many spas in different countries. If you can request anyone, ask for Christine (or Christina?). She was amazing! She didn't give you a super heavy handed massage, but she wasn't too gentle. I never once thought "oh my gosh this is hurting too much" - which I usually end up thinking when massaging my stress holding spots. But I also didn't think "ugh I feel nothing". It was perfect.

There are little cabanas in the main area and we reserved one, it was very private and we had servers that were all so accommodating and professional. I had a chicken caesar salad, chicken wasn't great but the rest was. Truffle fries are what I definitely recommend. Before we left, we went into the pools. We only went into the main area pools where there is a normal temp, a heated one that is literally the most perfect temperature, and the jacuzzi/hot tub. Not too bubbly (you know some can be wild) and it wasn't scalding hot.

If you're thinking about going, just go. Its worth it!

Amazing experience, the place is gorgeous, the staff are helpful. Treatment wasn’t necessary as the place itself just going from room to room was delightful. I did get a massage though which was just okay. The therapist was pleasant and easy going. Will definitely be back

Celebrating a birthday. The staff was amazing at accommodating our special birthday day. Food was incredible and drinks were lovely. The hot and cold rooms created a great balance and extreme healing and rest. Royal Spa Staff exceptional. The male locker room attendance make sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed. The cleaning staff on the floor who is attentive to detail very friendly and extremely helpful. I would recommend world spa to anybody visit in New York. Into any local needs and much needed respite.

Clean, modern, quiet, the perfect spa to get away from the noise and stress of the city. The treatments are also really good and everyone is so helpful.

Wonderful experience at World Spa in Brooklyn - Massages were incredible and truly the perfect birthday celebration with my girls. Highly recommend! We spent the whole day there (even the food was great)

The best massage I have ever ever ever had. Hands down (pun intended). After the massage, I wandered the saunas and pools for an hour, leaving me feeling like a brand new person. I will definitely come back, and plan on staying all day!

I recently visited World Spa and it was a truly wonderful experience! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and a calming atmosphere. The staff were all incredibly professional and attentive, and made me feel right at home.

I enjoyed some time in the sauna and steam room, which was a great way to relax my muscles even further. The spa facilities were all top-notch, and I appreciated the attention to detail in everything from the decor to the amenities.

This is a nice place my friends brought me here for my birthday. The only reason why I didn’t give it five stars is because of the lack of food and I could not receive a service that was paid for prior to me coming for my my birthday (due to me missing my time) I was driving from out of state and got caught in bad traffic. I did not want the money back. I just wanted to put it towards another service unfortunately I was not able to. So I lost $250 and I had to turn around and pay a additional $200 to get another service done. This really put a damper on the whole experience there was a nice red headed lady that was really nice but she said her hands are tied and couldn’t do anything but I know better if I go back again.

Fantastic facility. Great massage. Hot tub jets were not working so I can’t give 5 stars. Also, the steam type rooms have a weird smell-not an unclean one but woodsy. Still, I’d happily return.

Bought a 4-hour day pass and a 50-minute massage. I was told that my treatment didn't count against my 4 hours. It did and I was charged an extra hour. My treatment cost more than the day pass. In other spas across the city, the day pass is free if you purchase a treatment. Other than that, I really enjoyed the experience and my massage was great.

Beautiful, clean, roomy, not crowded. Great very accommodating staff. Pleasant atmosphere. Top of the line. Definitely recommend. Would be even better to have discounts during the week for senior citizens.

I wasn't sure what to expect (reviews ran the gamut upon research) but we had a blast. It's beautiful. Well designed, clean, and everyone working there was a delight. I loved the rituals (fun!) and even with a crowd, I didn't feel overly rushed or pushed out of things. Love this new addition to BK.

However, I literally fell in love with all the magnificent anenities, services, and an amazing atmosphere to make you feel fabulous! It has been literally 5 months (20 times in total), that I was able to have an amazing experience every week to enjoy absolutely gorgeous saunas, beautiful refreshing pool, an excellent food, extremely warm personnel, and the magnificent atmosphera of this Gorgeous SPA, that makes your day a real "fairytale"!

The instructions for the spa are not clear upon entering the facility. Slippers are not included in the price of the services. This means most people are walking around barefoot which is not sanitary. I've never been to a spa where they did not provide slippers. I was on time for my pre-natal massage but was not brought into the room until 10 minutes after and then I changed and she started the massage 15 minutes after the hour. For this reason so only gave me a 45 minute massage when I paid for a 60 minute prenatal massage. This is very disappointing when you don't receive the services you paid for. Also, there were not pregnancy massage tables or cushions so I had to lie on my side for the entire massage which does not allow for a comfortable/relaxing experience, Lastly, I was told when I got there that my 4 hours were just the spa and pools time and that after that time I could check out and then use the shower facilities. When I tried to do so I was told I had to shower within my 4 hour paid for spa time and would be charged extra for any time exceeding that time. I spoke to a manager who let me shower outside my 4 hours. Using the locker room services should not be included as part of your 4 hour spa time window. Although the facilities were nice, I was very disappointed in the processes/pricing and lack of communication.

Beautiful spa with friendly amazing staff. I went on a Friday morning and it was a very comfortable experience. The food was amazing as well.

Everyone was very helpful and we thoroughly enjoyed a very relaxing and healthy time.
