Excellent customer service. Nice selection of options, great people to work with. Even stayed 2 hours late on a weekend just to make sure I was taken care of! This one was by far the best out of 5 other rv dealers in their area.

Dan was great! He made it smooth, even after our 5th wheel was delivered/ my truck was in storage/ they came and got our camper winterized it! N/C, good people to deal with!

I'm very pleased with the service at WIlkins in Brewerton. The service manager worked me into the schedule quickly and when I dropped my RV off it was brought into the building immediately and work started! The tech was great and listened to what I wanted and was very helpful talking through my issues and letting me know what he was going to do. When I picked it up the check out was thorough and detailed. I did notice my ladder pins were missing and I mentioned that to the manager who told me he would have new ones sent to me. There is no telling if a customer took them or if they were removed and forgotten by a tech, either way Wilkins took responsibility and I appreciate that. Great service overall from drop off to pick up!

Wow the experience of buying our retirement camper was pleasant dealing with Don Bornside at Wilkins RV in Syracuse. There are many RV Dealerships right in that area and we went to all of them and while we were there they all had their different ways of dealing. We had a couple of campers we were thinking about. What sealed the deal with going to Wilkins, was the fact that Don is the only one out of all the salesman that called and kept in touch with us. He was very cordial and accommadating. If anyone asks us about were to go, our answer would definitly be at Wilkins with Don Bornside. An additional bonus was also working with the best finance manager ever, Carson.

The whole process was fantastic and couldn’t have been easier. From the financing to the walk around of our first camper, it was amazing!

Very happy. This was our first service appt, since we bought our 2021 Grand Design 5th wheel in Sept from Wilkins in Bath, NY. We wanted an inspection and a few minor things taken care of. Ken, the service man was very friendly, and accommodating. Thank you for a terrific first experience.

My Husband and I bought our first Camper here this week. Carson was our rep and he was great to work with he made the whole experience a great one. We signed the paperwork yesterday and will be picking it up in two weeks. The staff we have met has been very pleasant here in Syracuse. It is great to see there are still places that have great customer service. Carson we thank you for everything and making this a fun experience. After several weeks of looking at 5th wheel we came across the Rogue Armored in Syracuse at Wilkens recreational vehicle Inc. It was a pleasure working with Karl, he gave us a full tour of the inside and outside, answered all of our questions for being a new to the camping world. He took all of our needs and wants and finally helped us decide what was best for us. As of 11-7-2020 we are now proud owner of our own 5th wheel. Thank you for your time and patience. Our camper has been back a few times for service work. Sadly the parts are on back order so we have had to return multiple times since purchasing in July. The important fixes have been fixed in a timely manner just frustrated with the continuous waiting game.

Contacted Wilkins RV this morning with a water leak in the ceiling of my camper we were getting ready to take out. Wilkins got me in right away and went above and beyond to get me fixed and able to make my reservations. We were super impressed with the sales experience, and even more impressed with the service end. Very professional and an example of exemplary customer service! We’ve never been happier that we went with Wilkins RV!

I found Wilkins RV to be an extremely friendly place, very competitively priced and willing to deal. Sales staff (Jerry) very personable and knowledgeable. Upon delivery Brandon did an extremely, non rushed over view inside and out of the unit, he knows every nut and bolt, switch, etc.specifications and answered every question. I'm a new customer but have every bit of confidence and trust in the people of this Cicero Wilkins RV and hope to have a continued great relationship in the years ahead. Thank you all.

Considering my New RV purchase took place during the pandemic I'm pleased overall with the delivery procedure. We purchased it at the Syracuse Show on March 5 but were unable to pick it up until April 28th due to the State Lockdown. Ray, who took the time to go over the RV and explain how everything works was very professional along with the rest of the staff. I'd give it 5 stars except I'm still waiting for my Extended Warranty information and License Plate along with the Registration. I wish they would communicate a little bit better. I would purchase from Wilkins RV again and recommend them to Family and Friend's. We are looking forward to our first trip in our New RV and meeting new friend's on our Adventures!

Jerry is pleasant to speak with, and Carson went out of his way to get me exactly the deal I was looking for. Overall, satisfied with my experience, especially being in 2020.

Not only was I blaintently lied to 2 months ago and through a few emails I kinda put that in the past this past weekend I was offered 3k less on trade than just 2 months ago! Was stated to me that campers lose about 1% a month well I'm not great at math but I do know in 2 months my camper didn't depreciate 3k. I gave you a second chance but never again.

Just bought our first camping trailer from Wilkins RV. Great service and sales associate. Clean RV and trailers. Good expirence and would go back!

Karl went out of his way to make sure we got the camper that worked best for our family. He found the perfect camper for us that for our budget. The service department went through our camper with us answering all of our questions. Amazing experience!

Awesome folks to deal with at the Syracuse location. We just love our new roomier 2021 Trail Runner. Long story short, in April, 2020 we bought a 2020 Trail Runner, small and no slide. It just wasn't quite big enough, so August we traded it back to Wilkins for a bigger Trail Runner with a slide. They made this happen smoothly and we are very happy and excited with our new camper. Thank you so much to the staff at the Syracuse Wilkins, you all are great!

Stopped in not too long ago to look at 5th wheel RVs. Walked through the front door and was basically screamed at by the receptionist. Sir Sir YOU NEED A MASK! I don't think she noticed I was putting my mask on as I was walking in. Asked to speak to a sales person and was grilled as to if I had an appointment, did I call ahead, what exactly do I need, WOW. Noticed 3 or 4 people behind the front desk who I would say worked there not wearing masks. I again explained to the Lady I would like to look at some 5th wheel units and was told it may be awhile. As I waited I saw a gentleman sitting behind a desk in the front area and presumed he was a sales person. I asked if he could assist me and was told no, he was waiting for someone he talked to earlier to come in. At this point I asked if I could speak to a Manager, not to complain, but maybe he or she may be available to show me a few units, was told the Manager was off that day. I then asked who was in charge and got the classic deer in the headlights look from the receptionist. I guess that would be the service manager, but he is busy right now. I asked at this point if I could just look at the units by myself and was told they were locked and you are just going to wait if interested. 30 minutes after walking through the front door and 25 minutes watching the salesperson sitting at his desk I said thank you and left. I drove about a mile up the road to Meyers where I was treated like I had been there a thousand times and they were happy to see me again. Within a few moments I was with a salesperson talking about what I was looking for. I was given a tour as he put it of some units and wrote a check for my new Momentum 395 Toy hauler. Brought my neighbor in a few days later who purchased a new Fleetwood 38' class A. Sorry Wilkins, I have to give you at least one star to post, would give no stars if I could.

Granted it’s been during the covid era. Communication only comes from me reaching out for answers. They removed a large LCD tv from the unit even thought the invoice showed it. They tried to rectify the issue with a $100 gift card at first, than a 32” tv. I did have to fight back & finally received the 40”. Paperwork? Registration? Who knows the unit is a lawn ornament in my yard. Not to mention when the unit was delivered I had an empty bud light beer can in the outdoor mini fridge.

The times are tough with covid issues but there are things that they can do much better. Over communicate would be one. Keep the customer informed. Assure you’re working to satisfy the customer.

I personally wish I waited this purchase out.

I would advise not to purchase from Wilkins RV.
My husband and I have had nothing but problems from day one. We purchased a fifth wheel one year ago (without any financing) and we still do not have a title!
We are promised returned phone calls and they never come. Our buying experience has been nothing short of a nightmare! It’s impossible to get get an honest answer. Do yourself a favor and buy elsewhere.

Just purchased an RV from Wilkins and had a fantastic experience everyone was friendly and were able to answer all of our questions especially Steve who gave us a very detailed walk-through of our camper. We especially love the special touches that were done. For instance, when we walked in the sign was specialized with a congratulations to us on our purchase! Would definitely recommend!

The absolute best customer service we have ever experienced while shopping for an RV! No pressure salesman, Bill Kennedy helped us select our beautiful 5th wheel and we cannot wait to use it. Ron worked with us to make sure we got what we wanted. Justin and his team were outstanding showing us how to use the camper and helped us make sure we had everything we needed. Everyone was so wonderful and I would recommend this business to anyone looking for an RV.

I had been looking for a specific floorplan to expand my rental fleet, Rolling Home RV, and found the right one at Wilkins Syracuse.

I contacted the dealership and spoke to Ron, the sales manager who was just great. The unit was exactly as he described, they did everything they promised to get it ready and I picked it up with no issues. Very pleased, thank you everyone for your help and for a great experience!
