Good service. But when I tried to pay with my credit card they will charge me a processing fees I don’t believe it is legal.

Wil-Jons Tire Empire is the place to go for all your vehicle's needs. They have a friendly staff who provide honest advice and service. Very reasonably priced for the service they provide. I am always satisfied when I leave there. I would highly recommend them.
UPDATE: I just recently needed a new tire again. Of course I called Tire Empire. Frank took my order over the phone, said he'd have it the next day. Vinny made sure I was in & out quickly. Even though they were short staffed & very busy. It's nice to deal with professional people.
UPDATE: Most recently brought my RAV4 to be serviced for brakes. As always, I was treated honestly & fairly. A job well done. I will be sure to bring my car back there again when I have a problem. Thank you guys.

Very honest, reasonably priced and good work, i was referred by a family member who has been using them for many years. My experience couldn’t have been any better. I got brakes and rotors done with my inspection.

My go to place for most everything auto related. From major repairs to simple inspection. My jeeps lift, rims and tires were done here. Not the cheapest.but be careful when you look for a bargain.you might get one. Ask for Vinny, he never steered me wrong.

I’ve been going to Wil John’s for years. The gentlemen behind the counter couldn’t be more accommodating. They don’t take appointments but I’m in & out faster than when I would go to the dealer with an appointment. I’m a very happy customer!

What a great experience. Had questions about lifting my SUV and getting bigger tires. Vinny showed me my options and recommended lift and tires. Diagnosed problem with my tire pressure sensors quickly and got the job done replacing them just as quick.

I highly recommend Tire Empire. They were very accommodating, caring to my needs of what I wanted. I’m a very satisfied customer. I give them an A+

Just had my Jeep lifted 2 1/2 inches and a stabilizer put on. Wow they did such an amazing job my Jeep drives so smooth

I can absolutely stand behind telling anyone in need of a repair shop (among a great deal of other things) to bring their business here. Not only are they capable- they are dependable. This is an establishment that has great follow through, a finger on the pulse of the “auto” world and ease of communication in both the showrooms and waiting rooms.
It’s especially nice that all the employees in client facing positions, have a knack for being considerate and engaging to customers. Yall have been very helpful and I appreciate it! J (Niu Niu)

Excellent service, fair price, and got me in and out in under an hour for a leaking tire issue that was not properly handled by 2 other shops in the last month. They didn't try to sell me a new tire or upsell me in any way. Would highly recommend.

This is the best place to take your car. If you want your car fixed right this is where to take it. They are excellent. They don't try to scam you and make you pay for work you didn't get or didnt need. There honest and explain everything in detail. Place is always busy and they have a nice cozy area with coffee, tv and candy. Service is excellent. Very friendly. Wouldn't take my car anywhere else! They have a parking lot where you can keep your car for them to look at. They did my inspection for me and I waited maybe 15 minutes not long at all

Tony was an awesome help from beginning to end. He explained everything clearly and even helped me pick out my tires/wheels while presenting me several options, giving me the best and most valued price. The tires he quoted me ended up being more and he still honored his word. Really love the welcoming atmosphere of this place when you step in with both Frank and Tony at the door. These guys really know what they’re doing and take care of you. Shout out to Eddie as well for servicing my Jeep so quickly! I will definitely be back and recommend this place to everyone

Great crew. Gave me a detailed explanation of repairs. Suggested reasonable time frames for future repairs. Highly recommend. They did motor mounts and brakes. Huge difference driving the car now!

Absolutely amazing service and very cool atmosphere, the employees are so so helpful, genuine and sincere. They have very fair prices! If you think a product is to expensive they look for one at a better price for you! I will continue going to them for all my automotive needs!

The guys over at Never Ride Stock did an amazing job with helping me with my vehicle. They helped me fine the perfect wheels and tires that fit my bmw m3. The guys are the best!

Tony was an amazing help to me, and my partner. My tire exploded and we had pressing time matter to attend to. The shop was closing but he was kind enough to help us anyway. He was able to find us a good used tire for a very good price just in a nick of time. Highly recommend!

I have been going to Wil Johns /Tire Empire now for 40 years.
Robert, the owner, who took over from his father is as honest as they come, which is rare these days. I currently have two cars a 1999 Volvo which has been serviced here since 2002 after the warranty expired and a 2014 Mercedes Benz whose extended warranty and maintenance contract expired and now is being serviced at Wil-Johns. If I were not confident in their workmanship and excellent service, I would continue taking this car to the dealership. I have recommended Wil-Johns to my relatives and neighbors over the years- all being satisfied.

2nd time bringing my car to Will John's and couldn't be more happier with their service. I brought in my older car needing repairs and Tony went into great detail about how to approach the repairs. They discussed that certain repairs may cause more harm to my older car. I felt they were honest about their capabilities regarding the repairs & was able to tackle the repairs to keep my older car safer to drive. Thank You Tony and team!

They tried to take advantage of me since I was a woman. Little they knew my father was a mechanic. I left and went elsewhere. I do not recommend this place they seem shady.

Went to Wil John's for the first time Saturday 12/11/21 for my 2010 explorer. Rob the owner could not have helped me any more than he did. They corrected a problem three other mechanics could not and saved me a lot of money by diagnosing the previous mechanics poor work which I was reimbursed for. I will be a customer for life. Very unhappy with the treatment I got going here. Not everyone can afford a Range Rover so when I brought my car in here to get it worked on I was insulted and asked “if it was a project car. ” What kind of garage is that. If you didn’t want to do the work fine. Wouldn’t recommend going here. In the past Tony was really nice but that other guy is condescending.

I have never been to an auto repair shop where I feel so certain of their honesty and fairness and excellent service. I will never take my car anywhere else.

First off, it’s not just a tire shop, it’s a full mechanic shop! The people there are curious, very professional and experienced. I can always count on them to get the job done right and affordable! I have two classic cars I bring to the, not to mention my wife and my car. Anthony always works on my classic car. He always gets it right! Great prices on tires I used to use Charlie's on Seaview but I been getting robbed I paid 15 dollars less for the same tires I been using for the last 5 year. I recommend will John's great people excellent customer service. Well deserved.

Have been visiting this service center for many years. Very professional, exceptional service. Frank at the front, really nice and knowledgeable. Clean waiting room, coffee, and a little drivers side floor mat to protect your car from the technician’s shoes.

Bought a new tire/rim set. Never did it before, had no idea what I was looking for. The guy helping me was extremely patient while helping me and still running the rest of the shop. Even when I apologized for being indecisive he told me no worries and we kept looking. Guy who put the new wheels on was very helpful. Couldn’t be better.

Eddie mounted & balanced my tires a month ago & Lex installed my shocks yesterday on my 2000 Corvette. They both did a great job!
