We went to Eric Wright, looking for a used car to purchase based on a recommendation by a friend. Eric was very helpful and informative. There were absolutely no pressure sales. We explained what we were looking for and price range. We spent an entire day test driving several vehicles multiple times before settling one a 2020 Chevrolet Certified Equinix with 18,000 miles. Even though it was at the end of the day, Eric and finance rep, Jessica stayed late to get the paperwork in order. We were renting a vehicle after our car had been totaled, so time was of the essence. We completed the purchase process the next day with Laurie and Eric, the vehicle pick-up ready as scheduled. Everything moved smoothly. We are now happy owners. Everything was explained clearly, and Eric even picked us up at the Enterprise rental lot during a snow storm to get us back to the dealership. He and the other staff were very down to earth and made us feel comfortable.
We had purchased several cars at Garvey Kia Volkswagen and have always been happy with them, but did not see anything that fit our requirements. We highly recommend Eric Wright and Whiteman Chevrolet and would use them in future. Our service will be with them as well.

I went to Whiteman’s having no idea what I wanted or what I could even afford. I was immediately greeted by Justin who helped me through the whole thing and was so patient as I was in and out of trucks. That day I purchased a 2023 Silverado and picked it up 2 days later. Justin was amazing. My son came with me and was a little impatient. Justin was even great with him as we finished paperwork and as he walked me through setting up my truck. I will 100% be returning here for my next vehicle.

Will never use the service department again! Very disappointed with the way my van came back. Hood release left hanging not mounted. Plastic front of dash not put back correctly. Not what I expected!

Short-staffed on a Saturday morning at 9AM. Was not helped after 15 minutes of waiting in the showroom. Never been to a car dealership where no salesmen greet you. 2/3 were already helping other customers while the 3rd sat in his glass cubicle with his eyes glued to his phone. Left and bought from Mohawk Chevy.

I have a Silverado 1500 less than 3 years old with 14,000 miles on it. I didn't drive it for a couple months during the summer. The brakes corroded, they thump horribly, and they told me it wouldn't pass inspection. I had this problem with a previous Silverado and they covered it under warranty. I was hoping the issue was resolved with this newer model truck but it's not the case. They now want $800 to fix just the back breaks. Did not have this problem with other brand and may need to go back. When asked how to keep this from happening, no help, no ideas, just have to drive continuously. Not reasonable or acceptable. I know of many vehicles that have set for over a year without this issue.

I just traded in my Tahoe and purchased a new one from Whiteman Chevrolet. I had the pleasure of working with Bob Marcellus again. True professional. Like all my experiences with Whiteman over several years, the process was handled efficiently and professionally from beginning to end. I literally dropped off my old Tahoe and drove off in a new one within minutes, with Onstar and WiFi services activated which I depend on daily for my career. Excellent technology. Most importantly though, every aspect of the transaction was transparent. Very trustworthy dealership. Thank you Amy, Bob and Whiteman team.

Have owned Chevy's for years. Yesterday I had my 2013 Silverado inspected. 83,000 miles.frame rusted through! Very bad advertising for Chevy!

The sales process couldn’t have been more seamless with Clarissa. She answered all my questions via text which was helpful being over an hour away. Laurie in finance was also a big help with all my questions.

If I could give a narrative star I would. Two days ago, I brought my suv to be looked at cuz one of the mirrors electrically wasn’t working right. Mind you nothing else is wrong with the car. They have the car for over a week trying to fix it, when I get the car back they tell me it was an issue with the computer in the car. Two days after I get the car back, the alarm is going off every 5 minutes, the check engine light goes on, the remote start won’t work, mind you none of this happened before I brought it there. On top of that they never gave me paperwork about fixing the mirror. So now I have no documentation! That they even had the car. So now I can’t prove they did something. And now they wanna charge me money to have the car looked at again! These people are the biggest crook I have ever seen or been with!

This is my second oil change and tire rotation. A few months ago my starter was failing at 48,000 miles intermittently.
A large local repair chain towed my truck and told me I needed $1200 of brake work
and a new $300 battery.
A local mechanic changed my starter and said my brakes look fine. Problem
solved.
Yet I entrust a dealer to change my oil and check my leaking tires.
Honest evaluation was a one bad valve stem and one leaking bead. $48.00
Plus a synthetic oil change and tire rotation. $135
Awesome service and no mention of said bad brakes.

Bob Marcellus (salesman) treated us fairly. The rest of the dealership personal were cold and uncaring. Had a signed deal in place for trade in. Tried to change the amount when I was there to pick up vehicle. Gentleman who inspected vehicle walked past my wife and I, never said a word. When finished he tossed my keys on the desk and walked away. Couldn't have more cold or more arrogant.
Drove vehicle almost 2 hours to get home. Discovered an oil leak the next morning. Took vehicle to local Chevy dealership and I was told an oil seal has been installed backwards by either the manufacturer or the dealership. Vehicle was completely out of oil. Tech said this should have been discovered during inspection to release the vehicle. Contacted Whitemans and they could care less. Will never return and will definitely never recommend.

It took three+ hours for an oil change, tire rotation, New York State inspection, and locate the noise under my truck. The notification for the service department was atrocious. One person states that everything under the truck was tight and solid. Another told me that a valve in the shock was the cause of the noise. My truck has less than 13,000 miles on it. After being there until 5: 15pm. I highly doubt that I will ever be back for service, and after my last experience I will probably never purchase another vehicle from you again.

Whiteman Chevrolet is great. Just bought a 2023 model. Got a very fair deal without haggling. Our salesperson Clarissa was very knowledgeable, honest, and transparent. I will definitely buy from Whiteman again.

My wife went in for an oil change and relearn tire sensors. The technician decided that sense he couldn’t relearn my tire sensors he diagnosed the problem and charge me for it. Didn’t come and ask if My wife wanted him to or not. And then charged me and lied saying he talked to my wife and she told him to. When I called and talked to service manager who was on he gave me attitude and said he wouldn’t do anything about it. She should of said something when she was there. This is an excellent example of taking advantage of a women. She didn’t know what they did and had no idea until they handed her the bill.

I can’t say enough about how amazing Den was. I have a lot of problems with the vehicle I was driving, my family recommended him to me and he listened to my needs. I was not expecting to leave with a car that fit all my needs but he did not give up on finding me the right one. He almost missed an appointment to help me, came back after said appointment and helped get my car ready for delivery. Did I mention that I drove two hours to work with him. The onto financing, Laurie went through many finance companies to get me the best rates and an affordable payment.
