Over priced by double. Shrink wrap twine and tape outrageous. $107 anywhere else on the planet $ 54 how do you stay in business? You place is always empty except for me buying over priced shrink stuff.

Karen who was working there today was super helpful! She is really patient with the customer and go the extra mile.

Absolutely infuriated.bought a fish finder with a defective transducer, was put on hold for a half an hour and told I could return it by a Manger, drove there and got turned away.won't spend another fckn dollar with these people

I went there because their website says they sold fishing line. No fishing line to be found. Disappointing.

Ordered online for pickup at store. Received phone call when product arrived. Went to store, employee was very helpful, including showing me some other things in the store and write that we're helpful. A very satisfied new customer!

Helpful staff.and so much to look at! We went for winterizing needs for our boat- but got side tracked by the working navigational display, the shoe sales and the various lights and seats on display as well!

The staff is very helpful. However, they don't really cater to sailors and, therefore, have very little stock. If I have to order online, I might as well just order from Defender

This store is DRASTICALLY UNDER STOCKED! The company should realize that this region Needs better support for ALL boaters!

This was a wonderful experience today. This store offers something for everyone. The store personnel were all helpful and knowledgeable. Bob Lewis presented a great Seminar on Fishing in the Hudson River. This Seminar was fantastic. This was a great experience.
